We rented the house to come back to Albuquerque to visit friends and show the kids where they were born. The house is close to everything (especially Dion’s) and offers great mountain and skyline views. Balloons pass by most mornings. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing views of the mountains and city is correct! Centrally located to get to any part of Albuquerque. The house is so comfortable with an awesome kitchen. We loved the game room! Sean was very attentive to any questions we had.

Taking in the expansive view in Sean's place took the cake! Brilliant red and purple sunrises/sunsets, hot air balloons drifting by and the Sandia Mountains in the distance. The location was ideal for us. Hiking and biking trails within walking distance; museums 15 min away, airport 18 min away; and plenty of interesting dining and shopping options. We were adults ages 33+, but even we were lured by the PacMan, indoor bowling, video basketball and the games in the entertainment closet. So much to enjoy, and the roomy space added to our experience. And we were impressed by the cleanliness. Thanks, Sean

This is a beautiful home on the west side of Albuquerque, with easy access to all parts of the city, shopping and restaurants. It is equipped with everything any group would need and nicely furnished, including a foosball table and two video game consoles which kept the younger members of our group greatly entertained. The property owner is very attentive to the comfort of his guests. We had an issue with a bed which he very promptly repaired, bringing someone in on a Sunday to fix it. We spent many wonderful evenings on the balcony, looking out over the city and the mountains. I can’t say enough about the spectacular view, especially at sundown. When we return to Albuquerque, this is where we will stay!

This house is gorgeous- fun layout with most bedrooms on the main floor, open floor plan is fun for cooking meals, watching TV, and seeing the sunset over the Sandia mountains. We even saw hot air balloons! Highly recommend for ease of location to ABQ sites and convenience of neighborhood. Host was great and we will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed here with another family. It was a great location and close to the fields. The house was very nice and met all of our needs! Would definitely stay here again 😊

We’ve been using VRBO for years, and my adult kids all said that this is the best house we’ve had yet! The property was clean and comfortable. It’s location close to Montano and Coors makes access to the rest of the city very convenient. Sean was easy to communicate with and responsive. If you need to visit Albuquerque with a large group, this is the place to go!

I came for work with some colleagues and the property well exceeded my expectations. We saw hot air balloons leaving in front of the house every morning with a clear and beautiful view of the mountains. Great spot.

A very comfortable house with nice outdoor spaces and a well-equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood, but convenient to many restaurants, stores, and area attractions.

Used the house for a mini Army 30+ reunion base camp. Had plenty of space for 4 of us to stay and others to join to sit around catch up. House is close to amenities, hiking, balloon rides, has a great morning sunrise and owner was very responsive to inquiries.

Sean, the host, was fantastic with communication and has done a great job of delivering on everything promised in the listing of this home. The location is incredible, absolutely fantastic view from every window. My partner and I sat at the huge dinning room window each morning and watched the sunrise. Afternoons on the front balcony soaking in the sun and grilling in the backyard. The finishes and furniture in the house are great quality and the additional items (highchair and pack n' play) were a helpful savings for us since we didn't need to rent these from a third party. We will be booking this home again next time we are in town.

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. clean. Comfortable beds. nice tiled showers. loved the good vibes of the house. Neighborhood felt safe and there was grocery store nearby. Next time we travel to Albuquerque we will look to stay here again.
