Mostly nice and very clean. Not clear which unit I was going to. If it’s in the check in procedures, I couldn’t find it. But overall happy with the place.

My wife and I wanted a place to stay as we visited friends and did things in Denver and Boulder for Labor Day weekend. This property was a perfect homebase at a great price! We visit every year and we will be booking this property again next year for our vacation. Thank you Lynne for letting us stay at your place.

Nice cozy, clean space. Great for couples. Easy access to Boulder/Denver areas.

I love how close to downtown this apartment is! I appreciated that Lucca coffee shop was just a 7 minute walk away. I used the apartment for sleeping mainly so I was only around at night. The AC did not appear to be working correctly or I didn't know how to operate the system properly. That would be an area of improvement for guests, instructions on AC operation. Luckily, most of the nights I was there it cooled down enough that opening the windows was sufficient. I would stay here again for sure!

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo with good location for exploring the area.

Very cute Condo in the heart of Louisville. It was a short drive to the Wedding venue. We had everything we needed close by. We took a short drive to see Boulder Falls and spend the afternoon shopping in Downtown Boulder.
The condo was well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishware. The shower had great water pressure.
We would stay here again if in the area.

This was the ideal spot for a great get away. 20 minutes from everything and yet everything is in walking distance.

We loved our stay in Lynne’s place. The condo was very quiet, with a beautiful, peaceful, lush backyard overlooking the creek. It was just a short walk to downtown and numerous nice trails as well.

The property was great for our needs while attending a wedding. We were centrally located from Boulder, Lafayette, and Golden. Priced just right. The bed was so comfortable, kitchen stocked and wonderful place to sit by the stream with squirrels and 2 owls! Very quiet!! We even extended our stay and had no trouble with reservations and payment. Might be our new “go to” for Memorial Day weekend.

We had a great time staying here. It was a very convenient location, only a 5 minute drive to our conference. Lynne was very attentive quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks!

This was my second stay at this great condo! Super stylish and comfortable. Convenient location. It has everything that I've needed for a week away. It feels like a second home to me now for when I travel on business. Owner is really nice and easy to communicate with. I will definitely be coming back again! Thanks Lynne!

Cute little condo
I was traveling for biz so it was just me. Anything more than 1 or 2 people and I think it would be too small.
Good locations for where I work in Broomfield.
A little disappointed in the kitchen items,
There was no skillet and it’s the first place I’ve stayed that didn’t have any kind of cooking oil at all.
Could use a little more outdoor light, I arrived after dark and it was very very dark and a little difficult to figure out which xoxoxoxoxo do it was.
Otherwise great little place.

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was great. The unit is an end unit which allows for more light and looks out on woods and a small stream. The space was small but clean and set up in such a way that it felt welcoming and cozy, not cramped. The decor was tasteful and inviting. Super comfy bed. We felt like all our needs were anticipated and met before we even walked through the door, from kitchen cookware to storage space. We were able to settle right in and enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again when not traveling with our dog.

This is a delightful condo. It was very clean and stylish. It had everything that we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My wife enjoyed the highspeed Wi-Fi when she needed to get some work done. The condo feels secluded and peaceful, yet convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We checked out downtown Louisville one evening as it is right around the corner from the condo. What a cute little town! We were thrilled with all the nice restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. We also went to Boulder, which was a super quick drive. The owner was really nice and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed here when we moved our son into his apartment on the hill. The accommodations were very cute and nice and as pictured. We had everything we needed which also included a couple fans. The bedroom is well appointed and it was nice to have the sliding door open on the balcony for a nice breeze. The downtown Louisville is great. Cute shops and nice restaurant we were pleased surprised. CU campus was only a 15 minute drive. I’d recommend staying here.

My daughter and I stayed at the property for a week for one of her softball tournaments. The property was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. All we had to do was bring our stuff and go grocery shopping. The owner was really nice and was easily accessible if we needed. It was a great stay and would do it again if given the opportunity.
