Had the best time enjoying our family with the fabulous pool, corn hole, fire pit, pool table and full size basketball court with lowering hoops!
Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable and communal areas spacious. Kitchen fully stocked with extra refrig!! There were two pack and plays as well.
If youre looking for a place for fun for all ages without having to leave., this is it!

Great property for family. Many things to do for all ages. Nice improvements with the fake grass and hanging chairs.
May want to consider new pool blow up toys though. Most in the pool box dont stay blown up. FYI a new chair in a box arrived while we were there. We brought it in and its by the front door.

The house was all that was advertised. So many amenities, everyone had a great time. Management was very responsive on any requests. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the best house we have rented for our children and grandchildren. There were 15 of us, we had plenty of space. The home was clean, and has every essential you will need. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of games, we didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay and property is beautiful. Thank you!

This was hands-down the best short-term rental I've ever done. The house is even better than the pictures suggest. It's super spacious (we stayed with 9 adults and 5 kids 3 and under).
There is so much to do that you don't have to leave the house if you don't want to. We had the pool heated and it was just perfect. Once you're in, you almost don't want to get out.
I appreciated that the hosts took exceptional care of everything. Everything is clearly labeled, instructions provided, working and sets are complete.
The kids loved the pool, the grass patch outside and of course the game room. We had to drag them out of there :)
Escondido is a perfect location with big stores close and we had Whole Foods delivered a few times. Nice shops in downtown Escondido as well.
The Safari Park was less than a 15min drive and we got memberships and went about 4 times in 2 weeks.
Absolutely perfect and this is the first time that I'm thinking of coming back to a rental.

The property and the home were wonderful! Mo was always quick to respond and easy to work with! I agree with the other reviewers on the many great features. I wanted to tell a few of the small, but really nice, touches in the home. The kitchen was huge and had an abundance of cabinets and drawers. This home is the first home we've stayed in that actually labeled each cabinet and drawer. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, spices, etc, that the labels were very appreciated! The landscaping was filled with gorgeous succulent plants in colors that were amazing. Every bathroom shower had large Pantene shampoo and conditioner, also shower gel. The beds were comfy! My skin is sensitive, so I always have to pack my own sheets, but I definitely didn't need them. The sheets on all of the beds were heavenly soft. Lots of nice little touches!!

Property was perfect, lots of room for kids to run and play. Very clean. Mo was extremely fast at responding any time we contacted him. Very easy to get in touch with him. Had a great time. Would recommend!

The house was perfect for our extended family get together of 14 people. There is an amazing amount of activities to do from the pool to the basketball court to the game room and more. There is something for everyone at this property and our family had a fantastic time. The host, Mo, is incredibly responsive and everything in the house is in great shape. We could not have picked a better property! The location was great for going to the beach, the Safari Park, and downtown San Diego.

This place was wonderful. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed everything here! Communication with property owner was great. We had a couple questions and received a response right away.

This is a great upscale property for a family event with members of all ages. The property management team is very communicative and helpful. Lots to do on the property and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommended.

The property was very clean and ready for family fun. It took a day to become fully comfortable with spa/pool controls and A/C use, but all functioned accordingly. Plenty of areas to spread out when needed, but also most areas were large enough to accommodate all guests at once.
Plenty of retail nearby but you still have a very rural setting at the house.

The house is wonderful, exactly as portrayed in pictures. Plenty of space for our group of 11 and more than enough to keep adults and kids entertained. Mo was incredibly responsive to any questions and resolved a couple small issues immediately, best host we’ve dealt with yet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place! So many things to do. We loved the pool and all the sports courts, and a big highlight had to be the game room which was great to get out of the sun for a while, and after dark. Mo was very responsive and cooperative. The location is secluded but only a few minutes drive from shopping and dining. We had a terrific time!

Could not have been any better. We were there for the ECNL national championships, which was held at surf cup sports complex in Delmar. The access to the field was absolutely amazing. You don’t get stuck in all that nasty traffic coming from the 5. We had a soccer team staying at the house, and the girls absolutely loved it. The instructions that were given via email to get in and use the amenities was spot on. Everything was easily to operate! Great space for the soccer team to eat, healthy meals, rest, team bonding, ETC. I hope to stay here again.!

Our family consists of age 2 through age 78. There was something to do for each age group. We loved it all and think we will definitely come back.

This was our 9th annual family vacation and this property was one of our favorites. Everything was very clean. There was plenty of space for our group of 12. The adult children loved the detached game room. There were several different sitting areas around the property. The only thing we needed was some dish towels in the kitchen to keep counters wiped down and I would have liked pots and pans without Teflon. Other than that we would all highly recommend this property.

The property is as described and represented in photos. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. Very clean with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I loved how the main living area opens up to give an outdoor feeling. Lots of gathering areas on the property. Check-in was easy. Communication was great! Would recommend.

Simple check in and check out process. Beautiful property with much to do! Information laid out nicely in the emails and around the house, and quick response from owners regarding other questions. Lot of things to do and good places to eat nearby, in which they provide a book of recommendations for. Didn’t want to leave! ☺️

Clean, beautiful, peaceful property. Host is responsive & proactive. There is clear communication of rules & how to operate everything in & around the house. Perfect house for a family. Heated pool was a beneficial option for the cool & rainy days. Best house we've rented in SoCal area.

This home was as advertised. The property is beautiful with many fun things to do especially for young children. Plenty of space for everyone in our group. The kitchen had plenty of everything that you could need. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My family had a wonderful week staying here. At the top of the mountain you feel like your staying at your own private resort. So many outdoor activities like putting/chipping green and basketball court. The kids loved the game room area with the arcade games and air hockey. The pool got plenty of use over the hot Labor Day weekend and the hosts were thoughtful enough to have floaties stored to be inflated if needed. Inside all bedrooms were great sizes to keep us all comfortable with plenty of space to relax. Kitchen is large with all the appliances we needed. So happy my family could stay here and during their stay visiting me in San Diego! Much recommended and many thanks!
