Well located hotel for town of Jerez.
The pool area could be better looked after.
The rooms are pretty basic but clean and comfortable.

Great hotel.

Easy to get to attractions in the area. A couple of good restaurants nearby
1.5 / 5.0
This hotel is run down and a long walk into the center of town. It seems to mainly be booked by bus tours.
They have a huge pool in a large garden like space that is great for relaxing and there are plenty of pool loungers, although some are broken.

Was a lovely couple of days in Jerez. The hotel was excellent and was reasonably near to centre of old town. It was a 15 minute walk. Breakfast was really good with both hot and cold choices. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was super comfy.
4.0 / 5.0
Other than the pool area and breakfast, there isn't much offered at this hotel. No gym, no bar other than at the pool. Room wasn't spacious. Only thing available and somewhat affordable during peak season.

Nice looking hotel but perhaps we were out of season - no restaurant facilities outside breakfast; far from town centre (~25 min walk) however good bus service.
Walls are paper thin not restful at all.

The hotel is a little outside of the town center but within walking distance. A nice quiet place and convenient place if someone would like to have a relaxing place. The minor issue is that neighbors are too hearable through the walls. Nevertheless, we visited during a relatively quiet period and therefore, it was not a too disturbing issue.

Clean, nice staff, quiet. Could even sleep with the windows open and it was still quiet.

A modern hotel towards the centre of Jerez. Located in a very pleasant neighbourhood. We stayed there just one night on the way to catch a ferry from Cadiz. The room was comfortable and clean and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. I initially made an error with my booking dates through the app (got dates 1 day out) but hotels.com were able to sort this out with the hotel to ensure I was not charged for the night I didn't stay. Not sure if this is a regular thing but there was a large coach party also in when we stayed so our evening meal option in the hotel was restricted to the extensive buffet laid on for the coach party at a cost of 20 EUR each. It was reasonable value and I suspect gave us as much if not more choice than a regular menu would have done.

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Needs a little updating though. Not the best place to stay if you want to relax in your room. That walls are thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. The room must have been located next to the housekeeping room. I heard them talking and slamming objects. I've stayed there several other times and had better experiences.

Bad air conditioner. Uncomfortable bed and the curtains had holes. Needs upgrades.

Great hotel in quiet location with town easily reachable.

Although I have stayed before and knew pool facilities to be poor and the small pool is often dirty, it was closed for maintenance during my stay. Bar facilities are also poor.

Great that you can park outside, nice hotel w a large pool and garden area. App 10 minutes to walk to the center. Taxi price around 5 euro

Hotel was empty. Good breakfast. Clean but rooms are a bit dated. Very comforyable beds.
1.5 / 5.0
The doors to the rooms can only be shut by slamming. Guests came in until the wee hours and the banging of doors (unavoidable for sure) meant for very little sleep. I realize that the cost of retrofitting the door locks could be prohibitive, but it would help keep down the incredible volume of noise.

I understand Covid-19 restrictions but there were no services in the hotel other than a very basic breakfast. Nowhere to get a coffee or a drink and pool area unkempt.

Hotel was in a quiet area. Room was nice and clean, and beds were very good. Also the pool area and breakfast were good. There were no shops close to hotel.

Dated property but good proximity to airport. Staff friendly, breakfast buffet lovely, but rooms stuffy. Small parking area, so you may have to park on the street. Easy walking distance to several restaurant options. Pool area was nice and clean.

Very good staff and nice rooms. The pool area is a delight with lots of space and a bar open from 5pm.

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel
Outdoor swimming pool was dirty with leaves floating in it.
Breakfast looked liked it it out away everyday and the same stale food put out again the next day
I have to say I found this place extremely disappointing and underwhelming considering it’s a 4 star
May be they have too many coach trips of sherry drinkers .....

I was in Jerez to see the fería del caballo and I enjoyed it immensely.

Nice hotel with a pleasant walk to the city centre also with free parking.

Very noisy early every morning with doors banging and thin walls . Hotel popular with coach parties who all arrive together and leave early which meant every day you were woken by noise by 7 o clock

good hotel, lovely pool good breakfast. We had dinner in hotel - was a bit disappointing with not many spanish dishes, but great salads, reasonable price though 15 euros inc water. Would stay again, good value

We stayed at this hotel just for one night, but it provided all the comfort we needed to regenerate for the further sightseeing. The room was clean and big. The stuff was very nice. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I would criticise the design of the hotel in that the bathroom was covered in black tiles and was therefore too dark.
Great breakfast
Great Pool

All good except lack of sound proofing between rooms and hall door.
