Noise from night clubs along road was disruptive and carried on until 06:00 in the morning. Police were present and clubbers used our parked car as a seat (fortunately no damage)

Convenient and good location. However, if you pay for a room with a terrace, I think one should get at least some terrace furniture, eg chair and table!

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Jerez old town. Okay for one night stay if you want to hit all the main attractions in Jerez.

Room had overwhelming smoke smell. Pillows , blankets also and made a terrible sleeping condition. We asked to change room and were told hotel was full.

Room was very clean but has a weird smell. Other than that is was great location, great service.

Stayed two nights for tourist visit to Jerez. Good location for equestrian show/school. We found limited dining options in the evening and at the time of our stay the hotel restaurant was closed. We also didn’t partake in the breakfast buffet, or the hotel parking as we felt both were not good value. Found breakfast and parking options nearby. On a positive note, the room was comfortable and clean, and the in-room safe was repaired promptly.

Booked into the standard single room. Looked very dated - 3 stars. When sat up on bed, the base/mattress kept moving away from headboard. Had to keep pushing it back. No air conditioning, just heating (due to winter season I believe - temperature operated centrally), so had to open window for ventilation - handle on window was broken, so was difficult to open at times (especially after showering and when condensation settled on window).
If you are a light sleeper, there is no sound proofing, as stated. It can get quite noisy as this room is located by the cleaners room/cupboard. Lot of banging of doors, and at times loud talking. You can also hear cleaners hoovering, walking in rooms above, and along corridors. On arrival, I had to ask for my towels to be changed as there were a few marks on them. Reception staff happily got them changed asap.
On a positive note, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was amazing, the main highlight of my stay - 5 stars! A vast selection of food and beverages available.
Ideal and safe location, with easy access to main sights, restaurants, and shops. 20mins walk to the town. 25mins walk from Jerez Train Station (Taxi approx.€5.00). Approx. 2mins walk to bus stops. Approx. 15mins walk to Escuela Andaluza de Arte Ecuestre and approx. 25mins to other key sights, eg Alcázar Jerez, Teatro Villamarta, Jerez Cathedral and more.
Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Gracias NH

Whilst the room was nice, the bed was comfy and the towels were very fluffy, this trip was spoilt by the noise coming from the Nightclub opposite. I know this is not the hotels fault but it just doesn't make this a pleasant place to stay. The music starts at 19:00 and continues all through the night until 6:30 am...... BOOM BOOM BOOM all night. This is the first stay that I can honestly say, it will be nice to be home in my own bed.

This summer, my son and I stayed at the NH Avenida Jerez hotel for a week. The hotel has a privileged location very close to the center, whether on foot or by bus.
Our room was spacious and had views of the avenue with a cozy terrace. The room was all in perfect condition and the daily room service was top-notch. The reception staff were available 24 hours a day and were very attentive to us.
The room had very good wifi which is very important for my son, and for me the comfort of the beds and pillows and the serenity of the room even being on the main avenue in Jerez. The hotel also has its own underground parking and an exceptional restaurant and cocktail terrace.
The value for money was unbeatable with its central location, and its proximity to everything Jerez has to offer.
Without a doubt we will repeat on our next stay in Jerez and we heartily recommend it.

Walking distance of old town and tio pepe etc. Lovely breakfast buffet

The room given to us was really bad, unconfortable bed, linen and towels very old, will never comeback.

Comfortable, modern hotel with great customer service. Excellent breakfast -- the breakfast manager ran the dining room in a professional, competent, and friendly manner. Comfortable bed. One gripe: why no patio chairs or a small table. Most rooms have beautiful patios but no patio furniture whatsoever.

The breakfast buffet is incredible good. The service provide by the staff in the front desk in amazing. However, I highly recommend to upgrade and improve the halls in the hotel. they look poor and they need maintenance and painting, the same the floor.

I like the size of the room, it’s clean and air conditioner works great

This was sadly the most disappointing NH hotel We have ever used. The air conditioning didn’t work and when we explained to the reception staff that the room was exceptionally hot, we were told it wasn’t warm enough for them to turn the air conditioning on! How can you advertise air conditioning and climate control as a feature at the hotel but not have it switched on?! Apparently they only allow it to be used in mid summer. This is madness, especially when you wake at 3am, sweating and have no option but to sleep with the balcony door wide open. Not exactly security conscious, let alone ideal when you’re bitten alive. We also travelled with our dog - he was panting like crazy due to the heat so we had to stand on the balcony with him at 3am to try and cool him down. It’s also disappointing that they charge €25 for a let to stay but they provide absolutely nothing for them. I have no problem at all paying for my dog to be with us but most hotels provide a water bowl and bed etc. There was nothing at all for our pet. We also upgraded our room to a ‘suite’ but that was a waste of money. It wasn’t a suite at all but a slightly larger room (same size as most hotels) with a balcony - although there’s no furniture on the balcony so you can’t actually enjoy it so what’s the point?! The last problem was the bathroom was the size of a postage stamp and the water in the shower goes from scalding hot to freezing constantly.

A well placed hotel to visit Jerez comfortable and friendly staff

Common areas felt a bit dated. Could definitely do with some improvements. Lifts were very small and slow.
Room was decent size and clean..we had twin beds rather than a double.
Breakfast buffet was fine.
If you have a car it can be difficult to pass. There are on street spaces but they are on a meter and you can only pay for a max of 2 hours. There is free on- street parking further down the road but difficult to find an empty space.
You can walk in to the centre of town within 10-15 minutesminutes.

We upgraded to the 'superior' room, but there was nothing superior about it, it was nice enough but its what should have been considered a standard room. However I'm informed by another colleague in a 'standard' room that it really wasnt nice at all.
Pros- Beds are comfortable, bathroom clean, friendly staff, and not far from bars, restaurants and shops in the old town.
Cons- Bathroom very small, strange smell in the room, little amenities in the room and hotel in general (no iron, short opening hours of restaurant etc), very few tv channels (no english speaking channels)and not a great hot breakfast.
Overall if you are planning on being out and about its the good place to come back and rest.

The reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast adequate. was noisy with doors slamming due to the design of the doors. The ac was not very efficient and there was no bar in the hotel.

Great hotel especially for the money. Modern and very clean

Hotel good, but poor service related to parking advice - make sure you check where is acceptable to park if not paying to use the hotel car park - was told free parking on street but this is only applicable on week days and not weekends

Breakfast starts only 8pm Saturday and Sunday
Electricity shut down in my room due to a deffective hairdryer. I came back from diner, the reception said it was fix. I entry the room put the lights but by switching on the hairdryer, everything shutdown again. I changed room.
I reckon the rooms are nice and breakfast ok.
Parking is very small

Room was nice and modern, very clean and tidy with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The room was great overall and the hotel is in a good area close to the centre (10 min walk) however the service was awful. We started by entering the underground carpark and subsequently went to reception where we had an unfriendly receptionist and then found out they were charging 17 Euros per day, absolute rip off considering there is free street parking less than a 5 min walk away. When I told the receptionist that we would not be using the car park we were met with an angry face and told rudely to get the car out of the car park as soon as possible. The receptionist then was very impolite during the rest of our stay. In the morning we needed a swift checkout as we needed to catch a flight however with only one desk this was unavailable. We then tried to drop off the keys quickly however this was met with a sour face. Then after waiting 10 mins we finally checked out, all they asked was which room number and did we use anything from the minibar. Frustrating as that could have been done in 3 seconds and we could have easily gone much earlier. Overall the room was great but the receptionists were rude, unwelcoming and impolite ruining the hotel for us.

Front covered in scaffolding. Garage inadequate and expensive. Staff helpful, breakfast excellent. Rooms tiny, claustrophobic, poorly lit, air conditioning ice cold or nothing!

It was desappointing one detail in concrete, it was a very hot hotel, the temperature was 26C and there was not AC in the reception tell me there was not wat to turn it on until they talk to the manager, but they never do it and where two nights with 24 and 26 C in the room, that is a shame.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic, but comfortable.Located about a 15 minute walk to city centre. It was very hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower, it would change from really hot to cold then back. It is close to a noisy establishment that has very late parties. The balcony doors dont offer enough noise insulation, which made it hard to sleep a few nights. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items. Not as nice as other NH

Well located hotel....check in experience was not great...our king size bed room booked not ready after 3 pm....we were asked to wait for 1 hour or 2 which we decline as we were tired and ended up staying in a twin room...lifts are slow...no coffee & tea making facilities...bedding was OK but pillows not great ...the room condition was below average...lack of maintenance ....tv is old and small....wifi very slow.
