We loved the hotel it was in a great location and was modern and comfortable. We were 20 mins walk from the station and near lots of shops and restaurants perfect for exploring.

The room was very comfortable with good beds and quiet. Breakfast buffet was great quality. Staff was very helpful
5.0
Very nice hotel in the center of Amsterdam.
3.0
4 night stay on way home. Booked a superior room, had plenty of room but it felt sparse and lacked a level of comfort. Privacy from the street was poor and noise from outside was excessive considering the level of room booked.

Eden is a located in Rembrandt Square, a very lively and well-connected part of central Amsterdam. The hotel rooms are well-equipped and reasonably spacious. I'd definitely stay there again.

Really nice hotel - beautiful room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent.
Location is great in the center of the city.

Have stayed here previously with my nephews as the hotel has a pool table and some other games as well as a small supermarket so keeps them occupied during wet days. Bar staff and reception team at every helpful and polite, nothing has been too much trouble. I’d recommend a superior room as they have been refurbished, older standard rooms don’t have great views and smell of damp. Rooms also don’t have a fridge or mini bar but there is a kettle and espresso machine. Odd that some of the hotel isn’t in use or for private functions only, lots of wasted space where a gym could be installed or spa

Great spot. Clean and nice rooms.

We loved our stay at Eden’s Amsterdam! The location was perfect for us- close enough to walk or take the tram anywhere but far enough out of the bustle of the city. Our room was large & clean and had a great view of the canal and Opera house.

Nice hotel, with a cool vibe. The room was small but functional and cozy. The bed was comfortable ... perfect for a 1-day layover.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The entire staff was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great ace to stay in terms of locality! Bar was amazing!! Accomodations were great but wifi was a pain. Staff was awesome!

Room was a bit small but great location.

Great location. stay was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is comfortable but nothing fancy. Our “triple” was cramped for three people and the bathroom inadequate. The biggest problem was the unbelievably uncomfortable soft beds- we all woke up with stiff backs from the terrible mushy mattresses. That said, the location was great, staff friendly and breakfast was offered, a nice offering as long as you avoided the coffee. If you’re on a budget and not too fussy, this hotel would work!

Very convenient for everything.

Nice smaller hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. We stayed in room 23 which had room darkening shades (one window missing the room darkening shade) and shutters Only downside was lack of a/c…wasn’t an huge deal for use in September but one night was a bit sticky. No elevator. Other than that a solid little hotel. They offer breakfast for a few but we didn’t try it.

Very nice overall and would stay again
Staff very helpful and breakfast worth it.
Only downside is the view is awful (industrial ducting) and that's after paying for the upgraded room .
That aside, very good nights sleep

The reception is deceiving because it looks modern and clean. The first room we got was so dirty. We checked the mattress for bed bugs and found both big stains (period blood and urin) but also lots of brown small spots. The staff saw the mattress and gave us an upgrade.
When I asked if they have had any bed bugs, they stated “yes, but that was a long time ago”. With rooms that dirty, I don’t think they check for bugs very often.
We also checked the mattress in the new room, and couldn’t find any signs of bed bugs, but my worst nightmare came through; I was eaten alive and have over 20 bites the day we checked out. Disgusting!

Only downside I had trough out our 3 nights here is the BEDS 😭 mine broke second night so couldn’t had a decent sleep. The leg on the left corner just snap so there that but overall the rest hotel was great

Canal view, great location, nice breakfast
3.0
very well located but very pricy for what we got.
Fair size room that looked built from a corridor space,
New bathroom with bath /shower, but I am positive the designer of this ensemble never tried the shower. The bath base was curvy, very bizarre...saves space but does not help stability. This being said , nice people at reception!

Beautiful clean hotel in a great walkable location. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely suggest the hotel to family and friends. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great hotel, but staff seems untrained. Had to ask several staff members for the same things before they got accomplished. We were traveling with the another couple and booked identical rooms. Their room was twice as big, with a walk in shower and decent bathroom layout. Ours had a tub, bathroom got soaked when we showered, I could not reach the toilet paper while sitting on toilet.

Close to many sightseeing

Leeds hotel. Can’t set thermostat under 19 C. No airflow in room. Was hot and humid at night. Hard to get a good nights sleep.

Very convenient location. Bars and restaurants were just around the hotel

Stayed for 3 nights to attend the F1 Grand Prix at Zandvoort. The hotel had everything i needed and the staff were always helpful. Location is good for walking to most central areas of the city and close to the Metro and trams. This made it easy to get to Zandvoort.
Photos show the nice view from the 5th floor room.

The property was great!!!

Stayed one night before leaving on river cruise. Appeal was location - neighborhood and canal view, both were as advertised. Staff were excellent and accommodating. Size of the room was claustrophobic but manageable. Property is "odd" with steps on either the outside or inside of rooms. Realized that all lights only work when a room key is inserted into slot next to door (like a cruise ship). Bathroom door is a glass panel which swings either way and does not lock (no privacy). This would be a deal breaker for staying here again.
