The hotel was in a great area and really nice for my 4 day business trip.
2.0
Reasonably priced and clean. Pool, hot tub, and patio were great. Only thing I didn't like were the pillows because I like them a bit more firm.
5.0
Very clean and bright common rooms and suites. Great service and overall, just a very nice stay. And I'm picky. ;-)

Service was welcoming and attentive in general. I was super disappointed in the property though. Very much not a Marriott standard of cleanliness! The floors had what appeared to be dog hair. I’m not sure, but some kind of black hairs in the bathroom and the toilet was not clean. If we hadn’t arrived so late, we would’ve requested a different room. Somebody might like the decor, but I found it to be very cold, not inviting at all; with bright lights and bland art and style. It was a warm night, and the air conditioning only went to 65. The fan in our room was not consistent and had a hitch to it. That was hard to sleep to. The pillows were exceedingly squishy too. Bed was comfortable. I would not go to this property again.

A little off the beaten track

Furniture was old beds were uncomfortable cover smelled unclean. Shower backed up with hair no fan in the toilet area for the price not worth it. No daily room change of covers not sure if that’s a thing for the hotel but most hotels change linens daily linen was not changed The only good part was the breakfast before I left and the location.

Everything was great except the AC was very loud. I am a light sleeper and it kept waking me up. New ACs might be a good upgrade.

The Hotel lost power overnight therefore obviously nothing was working. We stopped for a break of a long car ride to get into AC but ended being hotel than in yhe vehicle. The hotel staff was very rude with us while trying to ask for a full or partial refund

Room was small. Tv in wrong position. No maid service.
2.0
the property was pitched as being convenient to the downtown pedestrian area...it was not.
3.0
Strange skinny room where the tv was to the left of the bed on a dresser. Not easy to watch. Odd.
5.0
Friendly staff, modern accommodations and good locations.

Great one night stay for a quick trip.

I would recommend a more direct sign indicating where the hotel is. It's confusing with the commercial space next door and the sign being more in front of their parking lot. I also suggest exhaust fans in the bathroom.
5.0
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Though small the room was clean and had all the necessities. The area was quiet but close to downtown Boulder.
5.0
We had a good stay. The only issue was that the electricity went out our last night and did not come on until the next morning. Some things are out of others' control we understand but I have yet to hear from the hotel about what happened. However, the stay was still a good experience.

The people staying next door were very loud and noisy all night long. Then there was no power all night long .
4.0
Aside from the power outage from midnight to around 6am and the homeless people that live right outside the property fence, we did like the hotel.
5.0
The staff was very helpful and friendly

It was a very nice and quiet stay. The sliding glass doors leading out to the parking lot was great! It allowed us to park right outside our room and easily unload and load are luggage. The lighting in the bathroom could’ve been better.
5.0
The hot tub was at a great temperature, as was the pool.
Both were inside and next to the end of the court yard.
I also enjoyed the balcony viewing the courtyard.

Wonderful stuff and living experiences. All stuff I had conversations with are very nice and helpful. I stayed there for 15 days and it definitely make me to live boulder

It’s clean. It has a very modern and enjoyable environment. I’m utterly delighted by the accommodations.

Very clean and everyone on property was kind.

Tired motel. Otherwise it was fine.

Nice hotel convenient to highway and minutes from downtown Boulder. The staff to a person was incredibly helpful and personable.
Room layout a bit clunky; not enough hangers and non in bathooom. The layout made it a bit difficult for two people to navigate without bumping into each other
4.0
Bed was oddly soft and back hurt but otherwise very pretty property and standard dare

Stayed here for the Bolder Boulder—everything was great—the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extra kind and helpful. It’s a drive to go anywhere in Boulder itself, but would definitely stay there again!
2.0
The location was great for Bolder Boulder and the staff friendly. The downsides were the left behind dirty towel from the last guest on the back of the bathroom door and the to-go breakfast bags that didn’t happen.
3.0
The property is clean and updated. It was quiet and we enjoyed the stay. I reserved a double bed and got a king with a pull out mattress. The pullout bed was awful! I could feel every bar under the crap mattress. The only breakfast or coffee is you pay at Starbucks. For the price of the stay I was shocked it didn’t have a continental breakfast included.
5.0
Clean and comfy. Very friendly staff.

The hotel rooms were normal rooms. Nothing really stood out.
The towels and washcloths smelled bad, Not a dirty bad but the detergent possible.
The breakfast that was available was expensive, I have been in more high priced hotels that have the free breakfasts. This was too pricy for us to purchase. The “free” breakfast are more inviting than having to buy the expensive foods. $10 for a cup of oatmeal is uncalled for. I will not go back to this hotel because of the breakfast costs.

Staff was excellent. Hotel could use a renovation

Great place and close to everything in town. Great job

All good with the property but seeing homeless tents and people tending to natural needs through the fence when getting into your car from hotel parking lot not a desirable view

The staff was phenomenal, and the food/drinks were really good.
