Great stay, great bar, night crew for check in was a little more friendly than morning crew. I spent 20 years in the service industry and own a small restaurant. Morning manager was hovering over associate did not seem very happy. But that doesn’t mean she is doing a bad job just would be nice to make connection with staff. The bartender was wonderful.

Beautiful historic hotel, decorated in Andalusian style ( one of my favorites!) Some areas were under renovation, but even “not redone” one can see the beauty. The restaurant “Mas” was excellent for tapas, though the sizes of the dishes were ( as my very nice waitress put it ) “American-size”. The room was ready very early , so I was able to check in and change my clothes before my explorations, There was a Welcome message with my name on the TV . So nice !( I never use the TV in hotel rooms , I have no time for that , but it’s so thoughtful to see a personalized message ) Everybody from the valet to the reception desk employee were super nice, possibly the friendliest and helpful hotel staff that I ever encountered ( and I travel a lot!) Hopefully I’ll get back there at some point when the renovation is finished .

The hotel itself is nice, clean, comfortable. Loved our dinner and drinks. Rooms run warm in the summer from poor window insulation. Biggest issue is the area/location. Lots of homeless, drug use. Didn’t have an issue but made us wary of walking anywhere outside. Staff was helpful and kind.
4.3
Beautiful historic hotel. Staff was amazing. But there was construction going on in the lobby every day and we could hear it from our room when relaxing. We were not told this would be the case.
4.3
There was so much going on, it was great!! Live music downstairs and salsa dancing at one bar upstairs. A farmers market within walking distance took place on the weekend. We did a bus tour of the city and the narrator was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining.
4.3
Beautiful landmark hotel with an incredible foyer, friendly and accommodating staff. Room was impeccable.
4.3
I truly liked this place. The staff was incredible. The restaurant was amazing. Only issue I had was the leaking roof from my tenth floor room. They seemed concerned when I reported the issue.
4.3
Everyone was super nice and they let us order room service even though kitchen was about to close since we were late

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel is a beautiful old building with beautiful Spanish architecture, gorgeous lobby and conversation rooms on lateral areas of lobby which is spectacular!! Checking in was easy and front desk attendant was was nice and helpful. Breakfast until 11 am was a convenienceUnfortunately, housekeeping did not make our room, so we arrived back to hotel late and tired and had to make our bed!!!Checking out was somewhat problematic too! Front desk assured us check out time was at 12 pm. We were called at 11 am by Carla to tell us that check out was 11 am and not 12pm !!We still checked out at 12 without extra charge. But no apologies for housekeeping skipping our room or for Front desk giving us bad info on check out time!!

Staffing was an issue in the restaurant, didn't get attended to as often.
4.3
Beautiful lobby, spacious updated room, friendly staff, central location.
4.3
Lovely hotel with a fabulous restaurant.

Shower in room was backwards. znothing worse than a cold shower in the morning. Person who installed was not knowlegdeable.
4.3
The hotel had a boutique feel. The architecture is nice and historical aspect. It seems like everything around town closes early though. I enjoyed the mezzanine bar and my conversation with the bartender Brenda. Very nice young lady.
4.3
the location of the hotel was convenient to its location of down town Albuquerque
4.3
It was a nice weekend getaway.
4.3
Everything was very good except for the young lady at reception who was not helpful and pretty rude

I arrived late in the night for my reservation after driving all day and all night from Los Angeles and Cassie from the front desk had marked me as a no show. She then insisted that if i wanted the room that i would have to pay double. Expedia called her to get a verbal yes to refund the first charge so i could pay for the room directly but she refused to give it and again insisted that i pay double. I couldnt pay double so i told her if she wont give the verbal yes to expedia over the phone to refund the first charge that I would have to sleep in my car. She told me to leave and shoo’d me out the door. I literally couldnt find anywhere else that had rooms at that time so i slept in my car in a Cracker Barrel parking lot. I am shocked and appalled at the treatment i received. I was very happy to pay for the vacant room I just couldnt afford to pay double. I would like a refund for the room i wasnt allowed to sleep in.

I was charged an additional day for the overnight valet parking. Every time I call to follow up about the issue no one answers the phone or I get put on hold for 10-15 mins until the call drops.

The bathroom sliding door was malfunctioning. Literally had to push hard to open the door. At 3am, the fire alarm malfunctioned and my family and I had to evacuate the hotel just to learn that it was false alarm. No apologies or any gesture from the hotel other than a mere sorry from the front desk. The sheet for the sofa bed was not clean. There was literally a foot print on it. For parking you have to either self park for 10 bucks or do the valet parking. I had a better experience in 2018 when I stayed here but this time it was horrible. 250 bucks for a terrible night.

The receptionist when we came in said we couldn't have Hilton points and was very slow... when we s=went to check out the other receptionist gave us Hilton Points.... the best person in this hotel was Dave and his team at night who parked cars... were on it and helped take suitcases the valet in the morning didnt help me at all with my bags and watched me until I asked for help... so some of the staff is great and other =s a thumbs down...one receptionist good and one bad

This hotel is in downtown abq . It’s beautiful and remodeled a few times in its 100 yr old history . The lounge rooms are the best part .. very cozy and nice lighting . We just hope the dining options were a little better . Food options were not great..
also please keep an open drop box for keys to speed up checkout

This was our second stay at Hotel Andaluz. The area feels safe. There is a nice restaurant on the first floor as well as other restaurants in walkable distance.
4.3
Decorated beautifully. Very comfortable and luxurious feeling. Food was very good at the bar.
Rooms are awesome
4.3
Kind of dated.
4.3
The lobby sitting areas, the art and history(Conrad Hilton’s 4th hotel ever!) are what makes this property! The outside location is okay but use the valet parking and once inside you are taken away to another era! The restaurant on-site is good and so are the cocktails! We Always stay here out first night when visiting New Mexico. Great vibe.

Beautiful hotel. Loaded with history. However. Checking in and out was poor. Only one person, on Veterans Day weekend,
Checking guests in and out at the busiest times. Valet kind enough to bring luggage cart but watched while my wife and i unloaded and loaded our vehicle. Its unfortunate i will not return due to the service.
4.3
I absolutely love this hotel and it is the only place I choose to stay at while in Albuquerque. The staff are very friendly and informative, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
4.3
Very quiet, quiet, laid-back, and the lounge stairs was perfect with a balcony and the bartender was excellent
