Always great.

We had a great time, our room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good lighting, comfortable bed and pillows, and within walking distance to a lot of great spots for some food. The staff were helpful and prompt with anything we needed, and the valet were quick and efficient with anything we needed.

I was there for two nights and it was delightful. The front desk staff was amazing, courteous, and very helpful. The condition of the hotel and restaurant were beautiful. The food was amazing. The only thing that was unusual was a constant sound outside my window. I’m thinking it was the Metro train.

Nice hotel spacious room and great location. A bonus was the proximity to the public transportation direct to the airport.

Came into Portland for an event at the Moda. This hotel was the perfect location. Walking distance to the venue and secure parking.
Easy access to MAX line if you wanted to explore other areas of the city.
Clean room with comfortable bed and newly updated amenities.
Helpful and friendly staff.

Close to public transportation and Moda center. Comfortable bed. Parking on-site but it’s only valet.

Great value for staying near downtown or NE/SE Portland. Staff is always professional, accommodating and kind. Just note that when comparing on price, that you will be also paying for daily valet parking rate, about $30/day at the time of this review. Valet service is excellent - just not included in the nightly rate. Very modern, clean. Nominal rooms are small, but well equipped and comfortable. This is one of my go-to hotels when coming into town for business.

Amanda, at registration, was just the smiling face I needed after a long travel day. She was charming and pleasant and ensured I got settled quickly.

This was my second time at the Hotel Eastlund and, by far, my favorite part is the Metropolitan Tavern rooftop bar and restaurant. Beautiful view and excellent food and cocktails. Also, the parking and entry into the hotel is super easy and convenient. The room has little touches that set it apart from other hotels and I really enjoy staying here. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with some documents I needed to send on a deadline and I was very grateful.

It was ok but everything costed extra like parking and valet that was required. Would of been fine if they told us up front

Hotel is very clean right by the arena and convention centre. Train from airport is right across the street. Lobby is clean and spacious. Rooms are very clean and very nice.

Easy transit access. Quiet, comfortable room. Great rooftop bar with excellent service. Only downside was that some areas around the hotel exterior had trash and drug paraphernalia.

Room was very nice and transportation options were very convenient.
Cafe service was slow and food was terrible. Roof top restaurant was good. Skipped one day of room cleaning at my request, but staff didn’t service the room the next day.

My only issue with the hotel and it's rooms is the lack of privacy in the bathrooms. The sliding door has no locks and also sit far enough from the wall that you can see into the shower from where the TV is in the room. If your alone who cares but if your with friends or family it's just awkward.

Great hotel right by the convention center. Would’ve been nice to have a microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby. The cafe downstairs was great in the morning.

There was constantly hidden infuse. They charge you $75 a night and then $43 a night for parking. I checked out and then got an additional $43 and an additional six dollar charge. They say I’m going to get the 150 back and I called him disputed the other two random charges. We had issues with the key to get in our room as well. Still waiting on my funds to be returned. Very frustrating.

The front desk told me I only had to pay 27 for parking but they ended up charging me 43.

Super cute and comfortable. The restaurant on the top floor is an amazing touch.

Hotel checkin was good and cleaning staff were great. Room has snacks and cool beverages for sale, a little too pricey but we used the fridge. No microwave in room but one in the lobby. Angry male patron, possible steroid rage, came off the elevator from the upstairs lounge screaming f-bombs at no one in general, exited through lower lobby doors but came back in still yelling profanities. He pushed the door right off on his return. Frightening for my companion and likely front desk staff but it appeared they knew he was coming as lounge likely notified them. I recommended to a door staff that they call police but door staff was reluctant to do so. We left the lobby to go outside and walk away as it felt unsafe in the lobby.
Picked this venue as coffee shop in lobby was excellent and hoped it would still be. Breakfast sandwich very good but coffee was bitter so went down the street to Roseline Coffee thereafter which was better. Coffee pods in room were not drinkable, bring your own. Price was a little high. Lounge upstairs had decent food but very noisy

We forgot how loud city noise is!! Streetcar and tram noises were a reminder!
3.0 / 5.0
Staff are super nice and friendly. The parkade is really difficult to get in and out, especially for sedans with low clearance, literally the incline is 60 degrees, 1.2 meters at least from street level, and with two huge speed bumps at the end, when I say huge, it’s really the hugest speed bump I ever seen. It does not make any sense and a silly design to put into real life with no one thinking it’s wrong? Come on guys, this whole parking thing makes this hotel into the ban list forever for me.
In addition to the stupid parking thing, the hotel is 5meters from the city’s light rail. You can clearly hear the noise when the train cross the street rail and it does not stop until 2am in the morning and resumes again at 6 am. This could only be beneficial if you are not driving and need to get out of the hotel in the early morning. Otherwise it will make your night sleep about 4 hours long. Oh by the way, the air conditioning is really loud, even set in low fan speed mode, it’s like a pickup truck engine running 120km/h on highway.

Loved this hotel, very high end with an affordable price. Hallways and rooms are the cleanest I've seen at any hotel. Staff is very friendly and the roof top restaurant is excellent. Will be staying here every time we go to Portland.
