Less than expected.

The room was comfortable.

Paid for three people to stay in the room but was refused an extra towel. That’s quite rediculous. Additionally had to jump thru hoops to pay for a single night of parking.

Great but minimal issues

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious

The couch was not comfortable and the fold out bed was like an inch thick. Also there was mud in the bathroom and the front desk lady working at night was so rude and I didn’t even interact with her

Perfect location for fireworks

The location was awesome, walking distance to the riverfront, amazing restaurants, and 4th of July Fireworks. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

A few amenities were not in our room upon arrival and we had to walk down to get them. Normally not a big deal, but one of the items was bedding for the pull out sofa and we were tired and just wanted to go to bed.

Great! Recommended for any traveler!

It was a great stay in every way. Breakfast was good. Place was clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and professional, and friendly.

We are vegan and really appreciated the oat milk for breakfast. Would be nice to do some hot potatoes or something instead of just eggs and meat for hot breakfast items. Would have loved pnut butter also.

Loved the location and staff was helpful.

A lot of remodeling, only one entrance to hotel, coffee was lukewarm, breakfast was mew. Room was clean, sofa was stained.

Modern and clean rooms. Fair distance from downtown. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Risk of being towed if you happen to forget your parking permit on your dash board + parking fee.

I will stay again, it was a great price for what we needed and for the quality.

Breakfast was great, lots of options and quantities. Room was really nice and clean.

There was some tarp over one of our windows…didn’t seem like construction was happening so I was confused why one of our windows was covered up.

It was good--we would stay there again if we could reserve a smaller room with a better price.

Room was very nice and clean. Bed comfortable The bar food at dinner was adequate. The Bar manager was quite friendly and personable. The breakfast bar was very good. Hot and cold food with many options.

Booking.com said we would not have to pay the $39 for parking. We did. I feel like this was too much. I also thought I was reserving a studio room through Booking.Com. We ended up with a large suite with kitchen which we did not need for one night.

Great stay near the rivier and close to downtown Portland.

Two bedrooms with a kitchen made for a very comfortable family stay.

There was one cleaning issue related to the room, but the staff took care of it promptly.

The GM is terrible

Great staff other than the GM

The GM has a personal Vendetta against us for some weird reason. We have filed an official complaint against her and there is a full investigation by Marriot looking into her fraudulent activities and rancorous actions. The worst person I have ever come across ever in the hotel industry. Lindsey is her name and I doubt she will have her job after her felonious actions. Mariott HR was appalled and shocked by her behavior, and it will cost her dearly.
