Another amazing stay in Makkah Towers in Tower 2! Had to ask housekeeping staff to accommodate necessities for 4 people, as were only providing for 2 people despite a reservation for 4 people. Lift services need to improved as had long waits for a lift. Breakfast variety could be improved but other than that it was a lovely stay! Very close to the Haram

Everything that I requested was not done I booked two rooms. They gave me room as far apart from each other and different floors they told me my request was not on the system. They will change me the next day, but every day I called the never bothered to assist.. My family had to stay separate requested no steps because of Wheel Chair . They did not accommodate cleaning of rooms on a daily basis was not done. Terrible service.

They allocated our room at tower 3,Where groups stays, was difficult to use elivators and waiting times can expect around 45 minutes to go down/up.Quite frustrating.
Better stay in hotel not tower's.

The property was OK, there could be better cleaning and better room services. Internet wasn't working due to poor signals. However, the location was excellent as it is just minutes walk away from the Haram (which was my primary purpose) and food areas are close-by.

Security is so rude and disrespect, they just yell and shout at you even after showing hotel card. No respect to hotel residents. Show favor to local language speaking people. Hope you guys are reviewing CC tv cameras.

Extremely dissappointed with service and facilities.
Also I didnt get my room until 11:30PM eventhough I was there at 5PM just after checkin time and they asked me to leave sharp at 12 midday without late checkout.
Furthermore the availability of dining options in the hotel are extremely expensive and the food quality was not high.
Furthermore the room carpet seemed not vacumed or cleaned as my foot soles were getting dark in my own room!!
At checkin there was a confusion amd I was left eithout a room waiting for 1 hour as they gave my room to someone else!!
Overall extremely dissatisfied eith this hotel.

Very rude staff. They got us security guard and kept knocking on the door to try change our room. I was away and they scared my family and annoyed them a lot. I can’t believe this is a five star expensive hotel. I paid nearly fifteen hundred sterling pounds for one room for 3 nights with bad service. One of the most expensive hotels in the planet and the worst one at the same time. I regret booking this hotel and I advise everyone not to go there

The best hotel to stay in, in Makkah. I stayed here for 4 nights and had zero issues. Breakfast was exquisite and the staff were accommodating. It was a short walk to the Haramain, literally outside and I'm there. Thankyou I will be back

great place - near Al Harram, building door on the Alharram outside yard, inside door open in the mall ( location always busy as usual)
highlight recommended for elders how can not walk long distances as you need to be)

One of the best locations with walk-out to Haram. Clean not as roomy as we expected and elevators get very busy during prayer times so plan to go down earlier. We had wifi issues and the staff resolved them. Staff was excellent, whenever we had any issues or questions they were resolved quickly.

I booked three rooms and advised them that we have a handicapped person for one of the rooms .
we got there the room is not for a handicapped . so he had to go through a rough night without any accessible means for him after a long flight . that was not fair and not worth what we paid for.
another thing, the room was in weird floor so you go with elevator to a floor then go up the stairs . they never mentioned that online. stairs were high and we had an old person with us.I will never ever visit that hotel.

Very close to Masjid Al Haram BUT the reception is literally in the basement parking which wasn't easy to find at all. It was the most bizarre check-in experience I've ever had. Overall is was okay, but it wasn't super easy to navigate the entry and exit, especially because it's surrounded by a mall and shops. It's just an overall confusing hotel.

Staff was above and beyond like Ahmed the receptionist and Khaled the valet of the bags leader
2.0 / 10.0
Horrible, most of them don’t speak/understand English properly and rude. The receptionist lady was so unprofessional; she had a hard time comprehending and struggled to find my booking confirmation number. She even looked at the booking confirmation numbers in my email and couldn’t put the booking number correctly in the system. I was given a room in tower 3, floor 17 and room 19. There were only 3 elevators for each tower and no AC in the elevator. I was pushed by a group of 40 to 50 Indonesian, Malaysian, and Philippines each time I used the elevator. Additionally, each time I went down or up, I needed a minimum of 20-30 minutes to wait to get into the elevator. A day before my check out, I learned that one should not accept the room in Tower 3 expressly; this tower and villas attached to Tower 3 are given to the above nationals.
The room and breakfast were just okay, not up to the standard of 5 stars. I paid almost 1400 dollars for four nights; everything was crap against the money I spent.
People from room service and housekeeping were caring and thoughtful about their guests.
Overall, I don’t recommend Makkah Tower, nor am I returning to this hotel again. There are plenty of options around the area within the same price range.

The place is very near to Holy mosque. It's clean and quiet. The only thing that I I didn't like the elevator! They only have 3 elevators and the hotels was very crowded so you have to wait for 10 minutes to find an elevator to take you to your room!!
But in general, it was a great experience!
4.0 / 10.0
It’s second to none in terms of closeness to the Haram with entrance virtually on the doorstep. But this is negated by the issue with lifts usually taking too long meant leaving earlier for prayers. The breakfast is decent with good variety but served in tower 1 which is a few mins walk from tower 2 where we stayed. The staff are polite and helpfull. Also it’s a bit tricky to get to the taxi pick up area which a walk through the car park.Had a great Haram view from the room.
8.0 / 10.0
Hotel is good would definitely recommend.
Only negative will have to be the lifts. 2 out of 3 lifts were not working and sometimes you’re waiting 15/20 minutes.
Other than that, EXCELLANT
