Spacious & comfortable room. Free water, juice, tea, Arabian coffee and dates for all guests in the lobby. 10 minutes from the room to the Masjid Al Haram.

I'd definitely recommend Jumeirah Jabal Omar. For the price, the accommodation was great. We booked a two bedroom apartment which was actually a 2 bed 2 bath with an extra room and bathroom off the kitchen. It was very spacious and just about a 10 min walk into the King Fahd gate. My only problem was the fact that the kitchen wasn't in fact fully equipped as it lacked a microwave and pots and pans. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The selection at the breakfast buffet was also very wide and the quality of the food was great.

Bathrooms and rooms so modern and luxorious.

Jumeirah jabal omar exceeded our expectations. However, because there are so many people staying there, it may be a good idea to have more people at the front desk. The staff that was there was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the hotel apartment was good and met our needs. The hotel as a whole is clean and very close to the haram and shopping complexes. Reception and housekeeping are very accommodating.
The downside surprisingly is the facilities of the apartment considering it’s one of the new buildings in Jabel Omar. The water pressure and heat was lacking, bathroom shower doors wouldn’t close, awkward positioning of mounted TVs could result in people hitting their head on it in the bedroom and towards the last 2 days the smell coming from both bathrooms were horrible and required housekeeping to disinfect.

Check in was very quick , good hospitality. Restaurant only buffet.
Room not that big
And not really full view of Alharam

Hello
I am very sad about my recent experience with the Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel, Makkah. I faced a lot of problems during my experience. My first reservation, which was at a reasonable price, was canceled and I had to book a new reservation at a higher price, and this is completely unacceptable. On the first night, I faced a very strange problem, which is The reception gives me the key to the rooms, but it is not activated several times, which makes me tired, my family tired, and my children sad.
In the rooms, the air conditioning was very bad. We requested maintenance and they fixed it. It remained as it was and was not fixed. On the last day, I told them that I wanted to go out late, and the reception agreed to my request. Four hours before my departure, I was disturbed to go out. I had previously told them that I wanted to go out late.
Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience
And very sad

All our experience was impressive from the warm welcoming front desk to the excellent staff interaction and remarkable room service. Highly recommended and will definitely consider it as my favorite place to stay when in Makka

I had great stay in this marvellous hotel. They gave friendly and helpful services during our stay

I think the property is definitely over charged not worthy at all dinning is very expensive in the hotel rooms are quite small but close to haram but price is definitely way too much they even charge even if you use one drink and the cost you need to pay is 40 rials which is just a rip off I ll not stay there again even security guard was not letting our taxi go in and big language barrier staff bit rude and greedy

This property was 19 days old when we stayed there. Prime location, excellent buffet, delicious in room dining options, highly recommend. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

Having stayed in many hotels in Makkah & around the world I must say this has to be one of the most memorable.
Everything from check-in until check-out (& beyond) was smooth. Lovely Danya assisted us with check-in & ensured we got the exact room we specified. We booked Haram view however requested it to be in Tower 1 which Danya went above & beyond to accommodate.
The hotel is in very close proximity (within minutes) to the Haram however due to crowd control during Ramadhan the roads were often blocked off nearer to prayer times so it’d take longer to get to the Haram - to avoid the detours I’d just recommend leaving the hotel a little earlier.
We had both iftaar & suhoor at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant & all the staff were just amazing. They were incredible with serving with efficiency & great hygiene especially with the sheer pressure they were under in ensuring everyone was fed in the very limited time between Iftaar & Isha Salah. The consistent excellent quality & choice of food was extremely impressive - from the fresh juices, lobster/king prawns to the different varieties of cuisines & desserts - I must say I’ve never seen buffet food with such great quality ever! Also a shout out to Waseem the restaurant manager for accommodating our request on the last day too!

The service of the property is below other options in the area, the stuff was not friendly, the room service most of the they do nt answer the phone, and the room dinning options are very limited after iftar… the property forces the guest to only got for certain packages.
As much the building was beautiful, as much as the customer service were not up to standards except for the reception team.

I tried to call the reception desk and housekeeper to request shower cap and no one answering for almost one hour until I end up calling the other divisions to pickup the phone. The bathroom full of mold. The hotel name supposed to be Jumeirah Makka and taxi driver dropped us on jumeirah jabal Omer and we insist that’s not same hotel therefore name need to be corrected on the website Seriously that not jumeirah hotel and services we got in Dubai and other hotels .

Could not have been happier for choosing this property for our stay in Makkah, it shows 10 minutes walk to the haram but in reality it is much closer, clean, smells nice, new, convenient! The breakfast was exceptional! All staff we encountered have been so nice, friendly and accommodating! Would highly recommend to anyone who wondering about options.

Everything was good apart from departure from the hotel. The taxi could not get in on time to pick us up due to security at the gate of Jabal Omar entrance, which meant we missed our train. This was very disappointing, as I paid extra for my onward journey.
