The check-in person didn't know how to operate the computer to add in our 2 dogs. It took about 1.5 hours to check in. They also over charged us. Went with their rate, not Hotels.com. Oh well. We were just so tired of driving we just put up with it.

No air conditioning in our room. Window was wide open when we arrived. That was a red flag. Luckily it was cool that night…

Okay but we saw a mouse in the bathroom and room

Cockroach in the room!! Comforters on bed dirty. The ground was covered in sand had not been swept and mopped. The floor boards looks like there was a flood. Inside drawers super dirty and dusty. Vending machine stole out money. Hidden pet fee that is requested at check in. Not mentioned when booking!!

The furniture was a little run down and the carpet was gross, but for the price, it was great! It was just what we needed for an inexpensive, spur of the moment stay in Hurricane. The man at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Near Zion national parc, so it is very convenient. However, the quality price is not appropriate. It was okay for one night.

had a reservation but did not end up staying here. Hotel did not match pictures on line - appeared to be dated and not appealing from outside. Pool sits in parking lot at corner of two busy streets. Front desk staff was not friendly.

Not impressed at all. I don’t know why they supposedly have a 7.8 rating on Expedia. It was 100° the day I arrived, and yet, the AC was COMPLETELY off in the room, so I spent the first hour sweating while I waited for the room to cool down. (On top of that, the AC made some jolting sounds every few minutes, which made it hard to get to sleep.) The floors looked like they’d be swept, but definitely not mopped. The soap dish and coffee maker tray were gross, the tub lined with black around the edges and in the crevices. (If I hadn’t brought my pool sandals I wouldn’t have even showered in it.) The walls showed obvious signs of old hardware that had been moved but not properly touched up. There were base boards missing in some places, and all the furniture looked like it had taken a beating. The mattress was rock hard. The “continental” breakfast was disappointing. I ended up eating elsewhere for breakfast both days of my stay. I would definitely recommend spending an extra $20-30 a night and staying elsewhere.

Decent motel with good staff and features, however the room overall wasn’t as clean as could be expected. Good value for money.

The property was not as clean as it looked. the pool was right on the street with no covering from the street.

Front desk was very helpful! Continental breakfast was as expected. Room was quiet and comfortable; however, the flooring is in very poor taste - - makes the room ugly.
Property is very conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, and parks - - within walkable distance.

the management was very rude. they would not do the cleaning for the second day. there was a trail of Ants in the room. The internet was not working. They came knocking on our door while we were sleeping without calling before. The management was not friendly and inappropriate. We will never stay at that location again.

This motel is in a very bad shape, located at a busy traffic intersection. We were told that the room was one of the best. It was spacious and the mattress was good but there was no natural light at all, furniture were falling appart, carpet was stained. Would not recommend that place at all.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean but could use some remodel. It's an older property so somethings just need replaced. It's very affordable and close to Zion. Would stay again

Not clean
2.0 / 5.0
Convenient location if you want to be near downtown Hurricane. This is an old-style motel with outside entrances to all the rooms. The overall appearance of our room was rundown and worn which would not be bad if it was clean. However, the floor in the room we were first given was so dirty my shoes stuck as I walked across it and the refrigerator did not work. Management responded apologetically with a new room with a working refrigerator and although the floor was not as dirty as the first, it was still pretty bad. I wiped it up as best I could, completely blackening the paper tissues I was using. We will avoid this place in the future.

Pest infestation in the room. Had to change the room but still the second room had the same issue. I don’t recommend staying here!!

Very good lodge with comfortable room, friendly staff, and excellent amenities, but the restroom exhaust fan is not working and the distance between the toilet seat and the toilet paper is not easy to reach.
