Went to our room and both beds had stained yellow sheets. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and got us another room. It was hard to get comfortable because there was not really an actual comforter on top the bed. It’s basically a sheet, then a cheap thin crushed brown cotton blanket, and then the decorative cover on top. I was surprised that the shower actually had hot water. That was probably the best part of the hotel.

Easy to check on and out friendly staff and clean

Outside looks a little old and dated next to other hotels near by, but the inside was very nice. Our room was large and clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. They offer breakfast, but we left early every morning to hike, so I don't know how it was. Huge bonus was the indoor pool and hot tub, especially after a day of hiking in Zion. I would definitely stay here again.

I asked for a later checkout time because my wife was not feeling well and needed to sleep a little longer, I called the front desk and they said they do not allow later check out times, they did offer me 15 minutes free of charge. I found them to be very unaccommodating.
The TV in our room didn’t work either.

It was a run down partially renovated hotel. I'm NOT being racist however it was Foreigner (India) ran.
I was on the second floor, NO ELEVATOR 😱
The carpet was ripped and frazzled, behind the toilet there were white stains.
Also white stains on the chair. The phone in the room DID NOT WORK, I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk.
After I checked out at the front desk, the man accused me of having a dog in my room. I DID NOT HAVE A DOG. he showed me a picture of poo behind the toilet and insisted that I had a dog, I advised him to look at his cameras, he then went out to my van and was looking through the windows..... I was not feeling well because of something I had eaten earlier (maybe their so called breakfast) I was so upset from the way he talked to me.
The sites that put these crappy hotels on their sites should have secret shoppers to check them out before listing them.
Such a shame! When I mentioned how disappointed I was he said you should have stayed across the road..... If I would have known how awful it was I surely would have.
Never again will I use this site, because of this experience.

The room was typical for the price range but the bed was very hard. I woke up with a sore back, shoulders and hips. If a friend hadn't offered to let me stay with her at her timeshare, I was planning to find another hotel for my second night. The shower also had terrible flow. Took forever to shower. Oh and no elevator. Guess I should have realized that beforehand.

The gentleman who checked us in and out (presumably the owner/manager) was very polite and efficient. The hotel and rooms (we had three) were very clean. We all found the beds (and pillows) to be very comfortable.
The only reason for less than a 5 star review was the breakfast. I believe the hotel showed a free continental breakfast, which is one of the must haves when we travel. The breakfast area was quite small (but very clean). Due to limited counterspace it was a bit difficult to access some things while others were making their breakfast. There were two waffle irons which was very helpful. The coffee was good. There was orange and apple juice, two cold cereal varieties, instant oatmeal packages, apples and bread. Sufficient for a good start to the day. There were no pastries, muffins, bagels, etc.
Overall, it was an affordable, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. The location was great as we were heading to Zion.

The hotel was older but still had a comfortable room. AC worked great and it was clean. The sheets could’ve been softer and an extra blanket would’ve been handy. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Manager is nuts, spies on you to count how many people go into your room. Micromanager. Literally called me to ask and said he saw more people coming going in. Pool wall has a HOLE in it as if someone tried to drive through it. Passive aggressive notes everywhere about how many towels you can use without get a charge.

Older property in need of renovation. Junk piled up in rear of building. Seemed clean enough for what it was. For a 100.00 room I didn't expect much.

The staff was very kind and efficient. Ieshua checked us in and was a very polite and helpful young man. Ray was at the front desk in the mornings and was also very polite and kind.
The only issue we really had was the water in the sink backed up constantly, which we informed Ray about upon checkout. Wasn't crazy about no elevator and being on the 2nd floor, but we got through it with no incident.

I needed a room to sleep in, checked in at 10 pm and checked out at 5am. Oddly enough the bed was super comfortable and for me that's a win. I have to do that occasionally for work and it always makes me nervous when i only have a few hours, i was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were.
