We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and cozy up until 12:30AM where there was a succession of 3 loud bangs we thought were bullets, a boom echoing through the A/C. After our hearts stopped racing, we then started to fall asleep until 3:30AM where it happened again but 12 repetitive bangs as if we were under attack. We then we had to get up at 6AM for the Clipper; It could have been more restful, the bed was beautiful and were were tucked in early in hopes of a restful night. There must be some sort of flashing or shroud affixed to the building around the window that had alternative plans for us. When we did wake, the bed side lamps flickered and barely stayed on.
It was a bit creepy being at the very end of the hall, farthest away from elevators and stairs, in case the spirits attacked again. Surely not all of the rooms were booked (#352), but as fate had it, it was an adventure nevertheless.

I enjoyed the stay the front desk was very friendly helpful in helping me find nearby places to eat and offering services. The room was wonderful with the soap lotions and shower scrubs available. My only slight disappointment was the food inside closing at 9 but getting in prior to 9 they stopped serving that would of been helpful to know or maybe posted.

It was kind of hard to get to the hotel due to construction nearby.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
We had the buffet breakfast which had a nice selection to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly.

We stayed here for three nights, the room itself was nice, a little cramped for a family of four but most our time was spent out of the room. Only one thing that was a little annoying, we did not have enough towels when we arrived and then again when the towels refreshed after the second night. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Unfortunately, lots of construction in the area, hotel Carley needs replacing on several areas and breakfast quality the same as the ones that are free.

Average cleanliness. Friendly bartender. Friendly front desk staff. The room smelled of mildew.

Very clean location. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Overall I feel happy staying here for 7 days. Only not happy is one of the front desk.

Pros:
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Close (15 minutes) to Needle, Pledge Arena, and rail.
Food options near by and QFC across the street.
Cons :
Needed assistance with Diamond parking app/site for the empty lot across the street because the parking garage height was shorter than my non-lifted truck. $10 additionally to the $30 expected parking for the site garage I planned to pay when I initially booked the room.
Not used to breakfast costing an addional $20/person for a breakfast bar.
Did not have the time even if yhey had one but wanted to point out, no pool.

Should have been told about the construction and closed roads

I booked a room with two queens and was told they did not have any available. However, I was provided a room with a single king bed and they comped parking for the hassle.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Even when calling for information they were extremely helpful.

Great place to stay, location is perfect for a concert we attended. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Climate pledge and Space Needle. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rates are reasonable, there is a Parking garage underneath which is very secure. $30 extra charge but that’s very reasonable for Seattle area.
They are having construction right by the hotel, the workers are respectful and the noise isn’t that bad.

The hotel was great. Very clean and updated. Staff was friendly and efficient. The was close to tourist attractions but it was not the best. The hotel has secure garage parking for a price. Take this option. DO NOT leave your car parked on the street in Seattle.

Junkies all over the place. Paid for parking across the street in an unlit parking lot with homeless people in tents in the same parking lot. Overpriced. Not going back.

Nice and clean hotel close to Seattle Center. The price was very high for the amenities, likely due to location.

Have stayed here more than a handful of times and has always been satisfied with everything.

Coming from the airport we was told after the fact they had no shuttle transportation to hotel and the night time manager was very unhelpful and told us to get a cab or Uber and pretty much cut our conversation off. The daytime help was however very helpful

Ok for the price

Good location however parking is like being in a pack of Sardines and no one cleaned our room.

Property located near attractions and ground transit which was great. A new building was going up right next door and property on the other side is vacant with a homeless person living there in a tent. On the whole we felt safe enough to walk to various places.

Overall hotel was clean and comfortable. Area is very sketchy. Watched men spraying graffiti outside front of hotel, walked a block to get something hypodermic needle on sidewalk. Be warned. Outside patio was closed. Can’t turn on shower unless in the shower - poor design. Overall comfortable and convenient.

The staff was very polite and friendly, truly helpful. The only downside was the construction going on around the hotel, we were not able to use the courtyard because of that.
And another plus was we were here for an Alaskan cruise we stayed here the day we got back from the cruise at 7am room wasn't ready but they held our luggage for us so we didn't have to drag it around every where we went..

1. The quality of the shampoo isn't good. 2. A few days ago, I asked the front desk to extend my stay by one day, and they confirmed it was all set. However, when I followed up later, they had no record of the extension and informed me that only one room was available at a much higher rate.

pretty expensive for what it offers

This property is located about 8 minute walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Garden, and Museum of Pop Cuture (MoPoP). It is also very quiet in the area. No need to Uber to Pike Place Market. Instead, take the monorail from the Space Needle to downtown and back. Very convenient and a lot cheaper.
Staff and service is a bonus. They are all very accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Didn’t get the room we reserved. Although, the staff did their best to remedy situation it was still disappointing.

It was under a remodel and they did not let us know ahead of time and we paid $335 a night. We woke up to Jack hammers at 7 AM. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room or refresh our towels. It came with no breakfast. They ran out of coffee. It was a really sketchy part of town and the parking was outrageous. Price and very sketchy as well. Elevators were filthy, and carpet had not been washed Were very small. We were very disappointed for the price we Sheraton and four seasons, thinking we would get a nice room.

The Wi-Fi was out at the hotel from the time we arrived until we left… Almost 72 hours. They couldn’t find the correct room that we booked, which was a two bedroom suite and they put us in a one bedroom suite after we had already paid for the two bedroom on Expedia. There were crumbs on the floor of the room and garbage under the pullout bed. The pull out bed didn’t work. We had to get our own linens and towels for four people which we had put in the number of guests for the reservation. All around a terrible experience for the money and I would not recommend at four points Sheraton again.
