Location is top. Parking is not an issue either. Rooms could do with a make over …

Within walking distance of Central and Queen Street stations. Surrounding area not very attractive, but safe. Clean.
No cheese or cold meat for breskfast. No rolls. Only ordinary bread.
Some noise from outside on Friday and Saturday. It seemed to stop at 23:00.
Good value for money. I’d stay there again.

We arrived at night and the service was good as the receptionist was very clear with the advice. Unfortunately our expectations were not met which was acceptable but it simply meant we had to move hotels.
4.4
Warm welcome on arrival. Friendly staff comfy room. Good selection of both cooked and cold breakfast options

Catch up with friends and went to gig
Easy parking near hotel. Nice to stroll along the riverside, close to shops and love the scotia pub next door, a proper slice of glasgow!
4.4
Staff at the desk were very nice and helpful.

Had a great night
Booking in was quick and there was friendly staff
Our room was clean & beds was comfy
Options of pillows was also a nice touch
Choice of dinner / snacky options a bit limited
Breakfast was really good altho a couple of extra options would be good as only Cumberland type sausage available
4.4
Couldn't fault it the accommodation was spotless.

The live music from the bar across the road went on until 00:15 for 2 of our 3 nights stay. It was very disturbing.
4.4
Right at the edge of the historic and shopping areas. A lot of graffiti but we never felt unsafe, and there are murals all around. Visited the Scotia bar next door and got some great local vibes. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Paid parking was close by.
4.4
the staff was very nice and helpful
the hotel is old one
the breakfast (like in any holiday inn is terrible)
4.4
Good enough place. Facilities very basic, shower not very strong and breakfast was extremely basic. Good base though and although bed was small it was comfy.

I highly recommend this hotel, me and a friend travelled up for a gig and the staff member we spoke to on the desk was lovely and gave us travel advice on how and where to get around which was very helpful. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds and they were really comfy and the pillows were great too so we had an amazing nights sleep :D there is also a car park over the road too which was handy.
4.4
Wonderful stay overall. Room very cold, without much heat. Great location for getting around town and a wonderful staff.
Sophie was exceptionally helpful and got us a heater for our room.
4.4
Friendly staff. Close to all amenities and near hop on hop off bus. Great breakfast

This property was in good walking distance to shopping and food
4.4
We found our room a touch small for family of four, but we managed fine.
4.4
An ideal base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Staff very friendly, and hotel facilities all very good. Room was clean and comfortable and we all had a good night's sleep. Lots of information available for those new to area and excellent transport links a short walk away.
4.4
The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great. The location has a bus stop right at the entrance so location isn't a problem. The room was comfortable.
4.4
Really good location. Close to station & centre. Very clean & comfortable rooms. Loved the Dove toiletries. Breakfast was ok but maybe a bit more variety would be good. All in all enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again. 👌
4.4
Very clean and comfortable hotel in a good location by the Clyde River. Many restaurants and pubs in the immediate area. Easy access to the downtown area.
4.4
Very friendly hotel. We had our 6 month old with us which provided us with a cot. Room had good space. Breakfast was 10/10. And only few minute walk and your at glasgow green/ st enoch centre. Parking was £35 for 3 nights.
4.4
Great hotel. Super conveniently located, clean and the breakfast was great. The staff deserve a special shout out, and I regret not taking their names, but I had a medical emergency during my stay and the staff were incredible. Helped me to navigate the healthcare system (we are from out of the country), directed calls to our room from the hospital, held doors for me when I arrived back from the hospital and even checked in to see how I was doing. They were also kind to my daughter amd were helpful with directions. I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness!

There was hammering going on from at least as early as 10am, which is just NOT good enough - people at a hotel are entitled to sleep in if they like. It's their paid privilege. Not to mention the woman next door at 8:30am shouting at her child through the paper-thin walls that he was being selfish through the night playing them music and keeping them up. Thankfully I didn't hear the music, but I certainly heard her! Finally, the hash browns at breakfast were embarrassingly stale.

Very clean and staff very helpful

I chose this hotel for its proximity to Glasgow Green. It’s the perfect place to stay to attend concerts there. 5-minute walk. The room was lovely. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
The walk to Buchanan street is fine once you get to Argyle. I never felt unsafe but I would not want to walk this stretch alone at night. Also, I heard some noise from another event in the Green. It was quiet after midnight though.
4.4
Easy walk to every thing you could need.
4.4
Great hotel but no onsite parking and offsite option was expensive
4.4
Great for 1 night stay, comfy and clean.
Nice breakfast although chaotic around the food area and no set seats so hard to know what tables were free
4.4
Hotel very comfortable and spotless, staff helpful and friendly. Great location for exploring the city of Glasgow.
4.4
Easy to get to and alright overall. It was not far the train station.
4.4
Good check in and check out but no safe, fridge or luggage hold. Also the toilet didn’t flush properly despite a few ‘fixes’.
4.4
Very good experience.
Comfy rooms
We had issue with Air conditioner once too they have changed our room which was so quick.
4.4
Walkable to shops and Central train station. Booked as attending event at Hampton Stadium.
4.4
Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was REALLY comfortable
4.4
For a short 1 night stay it was ok.
Property is outdated. Only one lift was working, took forever and was very small.
Only a USB port next to the bed, no plug. And no plug or charging point on the other side of the bed.
4.4
Stayed overnight for concert . Twin room £ 290 per night . Room was clean , but average for price .
4.4
Folks were nice and convenient
