Friendly staff Good breakfast

The room was clean. The staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel

We were not greeted with a smile. She had checked two rooms rushing me off to attend to another customer that came down about a complaint about his air conditioner. Walked into the room and the laminate floors were dirty, the table was dirty and the mirror was dirty. Now I know why this hotel was under $100/night. We have been in a few Springfields and this one is probably the worst.

Nice size room with a kitchenette for snacks in room. Breakfast included was a plus.

Staff can be really rude. One of the front desk lady was extremely rude when I asked for a late checkout. I stayed for a week and my last day I had a meeting at 12-1:30pm. I was whiling to pay extra to stay a couple more hours, but she was so rude that I didn’t even ask. This was my second time there but I don’t think I’m going back.

Carpets were old and smelled bad. Rooms were spacious but in only fair condition. Maid service was schedule for after third night but never showed up.

It was a good stay overall the room I got clearly had plumbing problems the bathroom had this sour smell from about two hours then the sink in the kitchen area did too which probably explains why the pool isn’t working.

This property was old and dirty. Lights did not work and our door did not lock properly. The bathroom was horrible. When I asked housekeeping to clean up, she gave me a spray bottle and said she did the best she could. Asked to be moved and was told No. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to be clean and safe.

Overall, great hotel, great breakfast and friendly staff. I was just grossed out by the hair in my tub. It could be cleaner.

This property seems to be used as transitional housing for homeless families and the traffic was heavy. Breakfast was awful.. food dry, no orange juice…. area dirty. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I did not feel safe. The cops came to the property at least once during my stay. Terrible atmosphere!! Housekeeping left cleaning chemicals and cloths in my room after changing sheets. Very bad experience!!

We were very pleased. The lovely lady who checked us in was professional and welcoming. We were a little concerned after reading some of the negative reviews that were posted but we found our room to be very clean. The rooms are dated and could use renovation but not withstanding there was nothing wrong with them. The location was very close to the party we were attending and we appreciated the convenience and the price.

Plug for tub and sink did not work. Only one elevator, which was outdated. Other than that everything was fine.

Beds are very comfortable! Nice and clean. Breakfast was set up oddly but it was nice as be fresh. Would definitely stay again!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I don’t even know where to start. The woman who works the front desk (patricia i think her name is) is one of the most nastiest and rudest humans i have ever come into contact with. We booked a king suite (king bed for my husband and i) with a pull out (for my 3 year old). She gave us a double bed room and told us there was nothing she could do for us and that there were no king rooms available even though we booked our room well in advanced. She made no effort to try and accommodate us, not even an apology! It was almost as if she couldn’t be bothered. She didn’t even make eye contact with us and was extremely rude in her responses! We were not refunded. We were not accommodated. This was a family vacation and my husband and i had to sleep in separate beds as the beds provided were extremely small! Not to mention the bathroom was clearly not cleaned, there were clear rubber hair ties all over the counter along with hair in the sink and walls of the shower. Soap scum all on the shower wall. Bathroom floor was FILTHY. Yellow stains in the tub. The sheets and comforter were clearly dirty. The lighting fixtures are disgusting. The table in the kitchen area is also disgusting. The room smells like mold and the AC barely works. On top of all of that, the blaring fire alarm went off… TWICE! everyone evacuated their rooms just for us to be told it was a false alarm. This has been the absolute worst hotel experience i’ve ever had.

The property shows pictures of Pool, which has been closed for one year.. this would have been a deal breaker for me . I do not appreciate this deceptive marketing at all. For a family staying for 2 weeks, engaging young kids is a nightmare in summer without a pool. some staff members are rude as well. Breakfast is good
