Great staff & very clean rooms. Loved the snacks in the lobby.

The staff made our breakfast to go the night before because we had to leave for a procedure at Temple at 5:15am. Staff was so accommodating. Very clean rooms. Great price. There was free popcorn & cookies downstairs when we arrived back from dinner.

The whole experience from check in to check out was perfect!

The only issue was the bathroom. Hot water did not stay hot. To turn on shower I had to stretch my arm for only one sliding door opened so I got soaked before I got in.

This is still a good value for travelers.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was large enough for our needs, and the amenities worked as expected. We appreciated that they transitioned to pump dispensers for shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Eliminating all those tiny plastic bottles is a smart move.

This hotel had some renovations in progress when we stayed here in late 2022 but this time we saw no evidence of improvement. The carpeting in all hallways looks dirty and there appeared to be much fewer housekeeping staff on site.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I love the cleanliness, the staff is always nice and the location is wonderful even though it is about an hour from where I live but I'm ok with that. The rooms are always clean and it's just comfortable for me.

I stay here occasionally and for the most part I love this hotel but this weekend for my birthday I just wanted to relax and I couldn't to much because people kept slamming there hotel room doors either across from my room or next to me at all times of the day and night. So it wasn't to peaceful for me this time around but overall I love this location and I will stay again.

Breakfast was good, was close to my location for the evening. All went well.

Bathroom vent is a jet engine that cannot be turned off. Sound damped when the bathroom door is closed, but need to fix that.

THE FIRST ROOM WE HAD WAS AMAZING-THEN WE WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THE ROOM WAS JUST O.K.

THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND LOTS OF IT.

THE BED WAS TOO SMALL FOR TWO PEOPLE. THE BED WAS LUMPY.

Passable

Didn't like the gentle man who was watching the desk in the middle of the night. He made me extremely uncomfortable when I went out to smoke, and then when I came back in, he waited for me to walk by and then got up from behind the desk to watch me walk. Very nerve-racking.

cold coffee snd breakfast breakfast choices poor first room had NO shade or curtain despite my being in first floor another member of our group had door lock quit working. the repair took so long I had to get taxi to airport as she had no access her room to get her bags snd car key night clerk argued with me about my reservation which was in my name with my credit card. he asked to see my husbands id my husband did not make this trip is this enough?

Nice hotel for the price I paid.

Long road trips can be tiring and frustrating. That is why when I stopped at this hotel on a long road trip, I was very happy with how friendly the staff is, and the free breakfast provided in the morning.

I’d recommend doing a once over on all the sheets, and potentially throw some out and get new ones. My bed sheets distinctly smelled like pee which wasn’t great. Still happy with the friendly staff and bed to sleep on.

Room was clean and comfortable.

To noisy, no food or cold breakfast (8:45 am) kitchen staff to busy on phone (private) flirting with other staff. Took 3 people to ask for coffee before someone else brought it out 1/2 houre later .

The hotel needs updating to be in the same class of hospitality and look with other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. The breakfast was not as good either…no fresh fruit and the food was t replenished if you were there later in the serving time. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working and they kept the door open to the supply room which was noisy and across from the room I was staying in.
