I have been to this hotel several times—it could use some updates! The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean (although very small), the excellent location always brings us back (along with the helpful, friendly staff).

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The property needs updating. The area around the property is noisy and very busy. Feels safe due to the amount of police, otherwise, it's a bit iffy. Beach is just across the street. Great dining nearby. Staff are very helpful. Though we were charged a hefty extra fee due to flight timing mistake that made us late for check-in.

pictures you would not get the real ambience. Having the option to have breakfast every morning is very very good wether it was the best or not but I loved the avena yummm! And plenty for everyone to enjoy.😉 The staff was great including housekeeping very inviting and made you feel at home. Overall I would stay again.

Great location. Very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. We walked to everything in our area. Lagoon activiities. Lots to do! Pool was small but served its purpose. Free breakfast was nice. Needed a business center at hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The staff was AMAZING!! They were so helpful and kind to answer any questions. The location was great, quick walk to the beach and the hotel had beach chairs and umbrellas set up for its residents. We stayed for a quick weekend and loved it.

It was a confusion on the nighr we check in they put us to the next hotel bec they said they're not informed (Expedia) that we're coming in. But I keep gatting the texts asking how was my checing in so I came back to them that they we're informed bec Holiday Inn Express keep texting me So I went back and spoke to Victor very helpful , compassionate and did above and beyond to help he said He'll let the manager knows and come by 9 am the next day bec he'll be there. Allen the manager no question askec told me we'll take you back here just come around 11 am the room will be ready. So we and I got my peace of mind bec If I didn't tell my situation we will be spending time in different hotel for 8 days and that would not be nice and right specially I have my 3 kids with me. But the rest they we're vwry good to us.

Great location! Near Beach, offers breakfast and friendly staff. I don't like the 18% additional resort fee $48 on a $200 room rate was pricey especially if we only stayed for less than half a day. Resort fee is the charge for using the beach and other facility usage. Not sure why they don't just add that to the hotel cost. It's unavoidable and somewhat deceptive way to get you in. Also, $25 to valet park your car. If they take out the 18% resort fee, then we will come back.

Elevators small and on the second day we stayed one out of the two elevators broke, had to be waiting long periods of time or use stairs. Jacuzzi was nasty dirty green water. I use valet parking for a day and when got home I see receipt noticed I was charged for two days instead.

GREAT Location to walk around. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was Great. No good Parking!! The Hot Tub was built WRONG!!! the 7 water openings on the floor should be on the wall by where we sit so that we can get the water to hit our backs (not our feet). Elevators need to be rebuilt or renovated to be more modern.

We had a nice stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was a little hard to find at first because it was a corner room; however, we had a view of the lagoon and a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, the floor in the room was not clean. The breakfast was ok. The hotel looked a little run down and the common areas were very dirty. It was also close to the beach. I would stay here again for a short stay, but not for anything more than a couple of days.
