We went to the state fair and wanted to stay close to the fair but not in the city. Hotel was perfect for our needs. Friendly staff, clean room, close to convenience stores and fast food. Very safe area.

You get what you pay for. Need I say more? If you drink tea in the morning for breakfast, (if you want to call it breakfast) bring your own, They don't serve hot water or tea bags!

This was my second time staying here. I stayed here about 3 year ago and I found it to be consisitently clean and quiet. The only negative is breakfast is extremely basic. Should probably advertise it as continental breakfast. Overall, this place is a great option and I do plan to stay here again.

My daughter and I arrived around 945pm and as soon we parked this car began to back up right beside my daughters car she would not have been able to get out of her car. The driver realized she was too close and moved. Then there were two men making laps in the parking lot, one turned out to be the very friendly front desk clerk, stated it's too hot during the day to walk and get in his steps, I have to agree with him but still creepy to two women pulling up alone. Then this Mexican man watch us go to our room and walked by and asked my daughter if she drank beer? I don't know he asked her anything. As we were walking to the car to get the of our belongings the same guy asked me if I drank beer I politely told him no! We went back to our room to get settled in, the beds were squeaky but comfortable enough. That morning as I was getting a shower for my surgery I noticed a baby roach climbing up the wall of the shower. Grossed me out and we couldn't get out of there fast enough thinking we were taking roaches home with us. That's a big nope. The best thing about the stay was the easy and polite check in at the front desk.

The stay was quiet and comfortable! But they lied about the amenities of having a pool and the breakfast was horrible! The hotel needs upgraded! If they upgrade and make the breakfast better I would always go here when visiting!

The room was excellent. It was very clean, the a/c was quiet and worked great. We had the room right next to the ice machine, which was loud when people got ice, but that was a nominal problem.

The building was dated and run down. We were placed upstairs which was extremely hot and humid. The upstairs stunk too. The chain on the door was broken which made us feel unsafe. There was a ceiling fan that had no controls or any way to turn on or use. Every time we went back to the room the key cards didn’t work and we had to reactivate them. I’ll pay double before coming back to this place. You can really tell the management is complacent and isn’t concerned with its guests experience. I was truly disappointed in this place.

This hotel.has curb appeal the parking lot and the grounds are well kept. The lobby was neat and clean and the check in process was fast. The front desk staff are friendly. The room was cleaned daily, there are many lights in the room there is a refrigerator and a microwave.and a wet bar. The room is a nice size the floors are tile and the water in the shower was hot.with a strong flow of water. The breakfast was continental.

We tried to upgrade to a jacuzzi room but the jacuzzi was out of order. The front, side door for staying customers worked half of the time. The bathroom in the room had leftover hair in the floor and around the tub. The microwave had a half eaten Bologna sandwich in it. I asked for 3 extra pillows and I got 2. However, you get what you pay for and the room was cheap.

This was the most disgusting looking place I have ever been too. The pictures make it look nicer than what it is, as soon as we walked in it smelled like straight mildew. We took the $75 loss and immediately walked out and stayed somewhere else

Ended up having to spend the night in a hotel due to plumbing issues in the house. Booked this room because of price and location. Very decent budget hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, pillows...left a bit to be desired. Toilet seat wobbled. Bugs or something in the light globe in the bathroom. Front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful. Coffee at the breakfast was surprisingly good. Lobby and halls were clean and seemed well cared for. No weird smells or anything that seemed unclean that I spotted, and I'm a former hotel manager, so I DO spot those things. Floors in the room appeared clean, and I liked that the rooms had laminate floors. All surfaces in the room were clean and in good shape, with normal wear. It's not a luxury hotel by any means, but it was clean and comfortable. I'd stay there again
