Beautiful hotel, staff was very nice, and it was clean.

Our room's TV was not working and the person at check in

When we arrived we were greeted with about $300 in additional fees than what was quoted. The room was small, floors were dirty, and towels/washrags were harder than sandpaper. There was mold in the shower as well. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel the first night and waited two hours for food. Then my fiance didn’t get the cheeseburger he ordered, they instead gave him some “day old” meat. That is what the server called it. After paying $1100 for 3 nights, due to hidden and additional fees, we were completely unsatisfied with our stay. They charge for literally everything they can. There is a water bottle in the room and if you use it they charge you $15. They charge you to use the safe in the room you paid for. We will never be back

The hotel and bar were great. The car valet area was tight and meant many cars blocking the street to get in. Also could heat the guests next door in their bathroom from our bathroom. This was not the case in the room itself. The staff were all wonderful.

Was charged more than the original price even after the tax.

Very expensive for what you get. Very nice facility however

Had to ask for soap and conditioner for the bathroom as it was empty upon arrival. It was delivered when I returned to the hotel.

Loved the staff. Especially the female bartender in the lobby bar. She was absolutely delightful. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Stayed here for a Cardinals game. It was just a short walk to the stadium. No issues to walk there. Take advantage of valet parking at the hotel. Clean and safe

Great spot to stay if you are heading to a Baseball game and wanting to be able to walk around the area.

Hotel needs to hire employees with more energy and can smile.
5.0 / 5.0
It was within walking distance to the stadium.

Check in and out was fast. room was clean and had everything that was expected

This property certainly does not live up to Marriott standards. Rooms are worn, amenities limited, towels old, dull, not folded neatly. Room was noisy and impossible to cool.
4.0 / 5.0
The staff was amazing but the service to get dinner was terrible. We sat at one of the tables for over 30 minutes before squeezing into the bar to order dinner. Also we were constantly waiting 5-10 minutes to catch an elevator to the high rises.

Will never stay here again. Was charged for parking and breakfast when it was supposed to be complimentary ($200.00 additional for two nights). No ice available in the entire hotel and staff members said guests complain about this and no access to drinks but nothing is done about it. Internet was poor. No dining. The refrigerators in room are unplugged as are the vending machines and ice machines on each floor. Valet was supposed to be complimentary but I was charged. Parking is a block and a half away in a very sketchy part of the city. Don’t stay here!!! 20 floors of deserted hotel that was probably nice at one time. This was a total waste of $1,000 for two nights!!! It was horrible!

Not enough staff to handle guests. Elevators down leading to long waits. Room was clean, but couch had ripped cushions and lamp had ripped shades. Bathroom door would not stay open and exhaust fan in bathoom was inoperative.
3.0 / 5.0
Valet parking needs revamped. Also should let people know the actual cost doesn’t include free parking even tho we paid over 300 for one night

There needs to be an ashtray on the 9th street entrance, cigarette butts we’re all over the sidewalk.
1.5 / 5.0
The hotel was nice but it said 24 hour room service. We had a very hard time getting food because we had a late check-in the first night and concert the next. Also no ice machines and there wasn’t any vending available after hours.
4.0 / 5.0
Staff is nice but follows the rules (which they should)
Internet is not free although it should be. It is a basic necessity just like water, and electricity.
Close walking distance to the Arch and the Stadium. Not much else around the hotel and surrounded by abandoned buildings.
No issues with the hotel, or rooms or beds or anything like that. Room was quiet and comfy when I slept.

It had a Starbucks in it. The Resturant was great. I wished it had more microwaves for people to use with food allergies. Two microwaves to share of 8 floors. The staff was friendly
2.0 / 5.0
The room was decent and clean but lacked some amenities. No free WiFi up front. They are supposed to credit it back. We were supposed to have a fold out couch bed and didn’t. Room was small.

The property was very nice and clean. Check in was excellent and staff was very helpful. The restaurant served beautifully prepared food but the service was not as well trained as expected for a Marriott restaurant. The valet experience was not good at all. The car was needed twice and there was no one available early morning and caused some concerned on making my meeting. The second experience with the valet staff was much like the first in the amount of time needed to retrieve the car. Lesson learned check with the staff to see if the car can be ordered from the room.

Very friendly staff. Cleanliness was excellant. Room size was ok. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was in a deck about 1/2 block from entrance but easy walk easy in and out. They had a well stock breakfast buffet with an omelet station. 15 min walk to the ballpark . Would stay again

We have stayed here many times. This is our last time. Check in great. Refrigerator never kept anything cold. Thermostat kept room to hot. Water leaking under sink. No microwave. Women running around our floor with short dresses showing private areas. Elevator to parking garage didn't work. You had to walk floor to get to the top Elevators. The worst stay ever. Cleaning lady knocking on door to see if had left yet.
5.0 / 5.0
Parking is not free... However, if you pay $40 at the hotel front desk, you can go in and out of the garage without having to pay each time you leave; so I like that option. Other than that, the property was clean and accessible and the staff was very polite and welcoming.

Great for downtown access

Property was very nice a little on the pricy side. Standard size rooms very clean and had enough space for 3 people for sure. Workout room on the 3 floor was huge had everything you could want. No pool they took it out about 3 years ago but in the description still says there is a pool. Bar food was also great, and so were the drinks bar servers were also very polite. Right across the street from the stadium and close to Sugar Fire smoke house great food there.

Great location, excellent on-site bar and close to other walkable restaurants and tourist destinations.

I never made it. I reached out via the hotels.com app as well as calling the hotel directly. Our trip was for Father’s Day and to go on a fishing tour. However the captain had us reschedule to do no luck on the river. I was Hoping to move our dates given the fact it was out of our hands and hoping for some communication from hotel and received nothing. The rep at the hotel i spoke To was super kind but said all was restricted to her since i booked Via hotels.com
If this is how you work with a partner company who helps fill rooms, acceptable. I understand there cancelation restrictions but I’d hope that humanity would allow for a change in dates for a stay that was already paid for. But not a single response from the hotel with the messages i sent through the app. Terrible service .

Parking and access are a major issue at this property. Parking is very, very expensive and accessing the front doors is difficult and cramped. Tried to find another entrance/exit and were stopped and harassed by security. Told us “the doors are locked and there are no other exits” When asked about fire code and whether that was legal or safe or not, security told us they would rescue us if there was a fire. This was quite disconcerting and affected the enjoyment of our stay.

The location was great for seeing a ballgame. Super comfortable and quiet. No wash cloths and called housekeeping and were on our door in the AM. Check out was hectic; wish the staff had explained how the parking worked at checkout.
