There were no amenities. Our shower had the body wash missing, no glasses in the bathroom, no shower cap, etc. Our other room had a continuous buzzing noise, it took three calls to guest services for them to answer. It was not a positive experience.
4.2
Great stay at the Hilton
Within one block of 6th street

Great stay! Had fun in Austin.
4.2
Clean! Convenient location!
4.2
Our room was very clean and the hotel is in a nice area where it was easy to get to places we wanted to see. We were on the 13th floor and you could hear the night club blasting music till early in the am. Make sure you bring ear plugs!!! But other then that it was very convenient and everyone was nice!
4.2
The front desk noelr room service answered after multiple attempts to reach. Floor unvaccumed, hair and toenail clippings in room on floor. Loud in halls and plumbing in room was extremly loud when flushed. Glasses used werent replaced when room cleaned. Disappointing
4.2
Great stay for conventions or meetings downtown but navigating different areas is problematic.
4.2
Not a terribly awful location but your forced to use the hotel parking due to the surrounding residents. Not very safe
4.2
They treat you very differently when you book through a third party…I am a diamond member and they acted like I was a pain for them since I booked through Expedia……
4.2
Had a great stay. Lala at the service desk was great. She made my day every day I was there. When she was off Pamela was available to assist. I will definitely return next year!
4.2
I almost walked into a room that was already occupied by someone else. I was also locked out of my room on multiple occasions. All this was completely unacceptable for the money you pay
4.2
Beautiful hotel, perfect location
4.2
Ashley @ the front desk was amazing & so accommodating!
4.2
Many restaurants in walking distance from hotel (6th street is where to go). Staff have been very friendly & helpful throughout trip
4.2
The room was dusty every where by the central air unit there was dusty, there was also dust on every painting frame and lamp, and window ledge. there was so much dirt in between the couch cushions. Also the room had a mini fridge that was not plugged and the cord was too short to plug it in from where it was. I would expect these condition in a motel not from a hotel like the Hilton… Also fix the cracked button in the elevators it looks horrible the best thing about the room was the view

Unfortunately our checkin was during the “Microsoft security update shutdown”… thankfully we were able to check in but unable to get room keys assigned to us so security had to escort nearly every guest to their room- VERY inconvenient but they were trying hard so I’ll give them that. They should have been comp’ing more than just parking when many guests did not use the garage/have a vehicle.
Our room was good and spacious. Downside- our AC and lights kept shutting off when we left so our room was not as cool as we like it. They provided a fan but it was quite loud, but again they tried to help.
The bathroom amenities were for sure lacking- the toilet paper was worse than single ply dollar store- maybe quarter ply. And the conditioner bottle in the shower only had 2 squirts left in it- it should be filled after every guest. It was frustrating not having the ability to wash my hair at a hotel you pay a good amount for.
Last complaint- we picked this hotel because it had a bar in the pool area…… it was shut down and under some construction of some sort which is NoT listed anywhere online or even in the hotel!

Such an amazing experience from staff, and just the city and atmosphere to combine everything. Great customer service, it was so clean and a well around friendly and inviting.
4.2
Very clean, quiet, and roomy. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff was very attentive and helpful
4.2
It was hot inside the hotel. Our door was locked and needed to be unlocked and we waited for 45 min for someone to come and fix the situation. Our toilet kept running all night and made noises
4.2
Nice hotel in a great location.
4.2
I really enjoyed the central location, nearness to public transportation and 6th Street, and the courteous staff.

Great

I loved the view of my hotel but it was super hot inside my room, I feel like they just rushed into the room to clean everything since I did pay for a early stay there was water all over the sink and a open soap bar, I dislike that you have to pay for everything on the tv especially for music but I did love the pool area with the bar and the walkable distance to everything.
4.2
Property was very clean and the employees were very engaged and helpful.
4.2
I loved our Skyline view. Parking garage was kind of tight. Other than that I give it 4.5 stars out of 5
4.2
There was so much noise in the hotel, people talking and doors slamming! The bathroom smelled like urine and vomit and the pillows smelled like urine too. We left at 3am and drove home because we refused to stay.
4.2
Parking was tight and could hear the Austin nightlife. Everything else was fantastic
4.2
The veiw was amazing and hotel just as nice
4.2
Great
4.2
Would be nice if spa service was available and more options for dining.
4.2
Elevator functions errors. No snack vending or counter after 6 pm. Low temperature hot water in the morning. No emergency washer/dryer. Nice decor.
4.2
The hotel was amazing, and the staff was really courteous. They were able to accommodate us after a huge mixup with us booking the wrong hotel. They still helped us.
4.2
The bed, pillows were horrible! There were tiny bugs flying around in the room.
