Good variety of dining, bar, coffee. Nice roof top pool. Rooms were clean and modern.
It would be nice to have a mini fridge and free WiFi.
5.0 / 10.0
Location and cleanliness.
Had a reservation but when I arrived, was told no vacancies for king bed unless I upgrade. Gave us a queen bed.
I looked online while in room to notice there was currently king bed being advertised.
Went back to check in and manager found a king bed for us so we changed room.
Refrigerator in room was dirty and looked banged up from outside.
Valet took 62 minutes to bring our vehicle. When manager Scott Blalock (wonderful gentleman who instantly handled issue) found out, he removed the fee but we waited and asked 3 times for vehicle and were told it was at another garage so that was the issue. Valet process should be reviewed.

I liked the large Lobby bar, multiple dining choices, and the Starbucks.
I did not like the beds. They were very uncomfortable. I also wished I had a bathtub.

My friends and I came here for a girls trip. It was our first time in Austin so we were looking for somewhere convenient and nice. This hotel was amazing!!! The staff were friendly and so helpful. The bed might have been the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The pool was open until 11pm every night. There was a Starbucks IN the hotel. The location is pretty central to a lot of things. We were able to walk home from the bars every night.

Gorgeous place from top to bottom! The location is phenomenal. It was as a 5 minute walk to the convention center and easily accessible to the surrounding museums by scooter.
Nothing much to dislike. If anything, I would’ve liked if they listed the pricing in the spa menu available in room.

No breakfast, location ok
Overpriced for what the accommodation is. This hotel needs to upgrade. The cost for parking was outrageous, especially when there is no other options.

Great size rooms, friendly staff, fast check-in, valet parking.
Lots of mirrors in the room - something that some hotels lack and can be a nightmare when there's more than two people trying to get ready.
Nothing - I couldn't fault the hotel at all. My only change would be adding a fridge to the hotel room.

Perfect for SXSW
Bacteria in swimming pool. Not at all maintained at 5* level

Nice facilities and great view of lake from room. Restaurant on site has good food overall. Everything was clean, elevators were fast,, and check in was easy.
Expensive for what you get. Lots of good four star boutique hotels in Austin for around the same price with a lot more charm. Restaurant was expensive - we had two burgers and two drinks and the bill with tip was around $90. Parking costs $56 a night -no lie - the most I have probably seen anywhere.
