The hotel is very dated. It lacks modern amenities and looks far more charming in photos than in person. Noise pollution is a HUGE issue here. Music will pretty much blast loudly almost 24/7 with the cleaning crew and pool users causing the remaining portions of noise. There are no elevators, the restaurant and bars no longer operate. Staff is mediocre at best. Telephones unplugged. No microwave and a fridge that hardly works. This place is only good for convenience of its location to pub street but that’s also its major downfall and source of the bass pounding music. The moment you step outside you will be solicited endlessly. Also the “airport shuttle” is actually just a small tuk tuk. Rooms are dark and we had to immediately change rooms due to electrical issues and the power failing at our room. If this place was free, I still would not return.

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it is always fantastic. It is much better than the price would indicate. Of course it is older than the newer properties but it is quiet, clean, and the staff is so friendly and so helpful. They make you feel like family. The location is great and even though it is close to pub Street, there is very little noise as long as you’re not in the very front rooms. I am from USA and I find this hotel to be every bit as nice as your average Courtyard by Marriott, or Best Western hotel.

If you value your sleep whilst open holiday avoid this hotel at all costs Avoid any hotel within 1km of pub street if you want to sleep TBH. Reaksmey is basic but nothing to terrible for the price. Could be cleaner, could be better service but it’s what it is, dirt cheap. If you want to party all night and sleep all day maybe it would be tolerable.

I was impressed, upon check-in, that I was offered an alternative room, to move to a room toward the rear of the building, to avoid all-night noise from nearby Pub Street. I love the convenience of the location. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I will book here again when I return to Siem Reap.

The hotel is close enough to walking street but our room was very quiet. I think they had an issue with roaches in the bathroom drain in our room and I had to bug spray. Lovely hotel and pool. Reception staff were ok

It's right by pub Street, so loud music (and screaming cats) till 4am. When I booked, for some reason I thought the bikes were included, but they apparently are not. The room is fine, the water is hot, I didn't see anything gross like cockroaches. The pool closes at 7pm so I never got to use it. The breakfast was meh. The location is great if you want to see pub Street and old market.

This place is right in the heart of Siem Reap nightlife, and for the price it’s pretty good. Personally I wouldn’t stay there again - I prefer something newer, bigger pool, quieter, etc. but if you want to stay right in the party street - go for it

One of the best 2-3 star hotel I've stayed in Siem Reap, everything is clean and nice, very friendly staff but what spoiled everything was when check-out the reception asked to pay for laundry bill. I didn't have any laundry in that hotel. After 10 minutes and apologies they said that maybe the wrong information was also to wrong customer?. Everything should be clear in this kind of small hotel. I don't trust this hotel anymore. A big pity. I cancelled my next stay in this hotel.

We only stayed one night so maybe this is quick to judge but our stay was fabulous! We got a crazy good deal on the website and ended up at the hotel. To be fair we knew wanted to stay near pub street or night market since we have been to siem reap before. The place is very cheap considering the rooms are huge, it has a huge pool, toiletries etc are there. We didnt even stay there other than to sleep but we would for sure.

I stayed at this same hotel a few years ago and was happy with the experience. Its amazing how much the level of service, efficiency of staff and inadequate maintenance of the property has deteriorated in less than 3 years !!!

The hotel is very dated, from the room decor to the breakfast. The pool needs more greenery or shading because it is very warm mid afternoon so not relaxing to cool off. Staff helpful and the room clean.

The hotel was located right across from the Alley and Pub Street. Very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The room was beyond expectation. It was huge. 2 rooms in fact. regular bedroom and then a sitting area.

The hotel offers free airport pickup but when you try to book it no one answers the phone. When I got there I asked if I could get free transport back to the airport. While they agreed to do this when the time came they expected me to ride on the back of a motor bike with my luggage. The staff did not seem very happy not the usual welcoming Cambodian smiles.

So I understand that it is not supposed to be the best quality of hotel but even for the price I think you could find much better accommodation. My complaint isnt even over the noise which wasnt too bad but I was in the back and ground floor and could easily ignore the sound with ear plugs. My problem was how dirty the room was, it wasnt clean and they wouldnt change the towels. I even tested it with lipstick and day after day when I left the towels on the ground they kept being folded and put back for me to use. Also the bath room and floor throughout the room was disgusting. Lots of mosquitoes and bugs as well. When I arrived my safe wouldnt work but after me refusing to keep one that I would have to be responsible for a key that could get lost or stolen they finally brought one with a code from another room. So that was nice. Another issue I have is with their free ride its not a free ride! And you have to arrange ahead of time and they have no email to contact with them and staff spoke little English so a phone call would be impossible. The breakfast was disgusting and I had to buy food every morning instead of eating cold eggs and fruits with bugs on it. But for 26$ what can you expect right? No after meeting people that live there permanently told me that there are many other great options for the same price or less and some are hostels with private rooms which I wish I would have booked instead. find somewhere else !

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. it was as friendly and as good as i remember it. you get a basic but adequate breakfast and the staff can and will help you with anything you need.
