At arrival reception not able to speak English ? Check in was very "strange" Partially no electricity in the bathroom. Safe in the room was broken. Restaurant/Breakfast was closed.

Cambodian staff were great. The bathroom could do with some updating and deep cleaning. The location of the hotel is pretty far out from the centre and not really walkable. For the price it’s good.

Friendly helpful staff,the room was a large size and in average condition.The room was not cleaned the two full days staying there.About a 30 minute walk to the tourist area of pub street.Good for the price paid.

The hotel was in poor location away from the town. It was very poorly lit. The initial unit’s bathroom was in a terrible state. The bathroom had patched up concrete walls and floor and no partition or curtain from the shower to the bathroom floor. There was no hot water and when I took a shower, water ran over to the bathroom and the bedroom floor. The towels were threadbare. The young gentleman who served breakfast could not understand English and had to get the manager every time I asked for coffee or tea. The coffee was too strong and the tea was lukewarm. They ran out of croissants one day. They promised to have breakfast boxed for Angkor wat sunrise tour but I did not see a sign of another human being except the night watchman. So much for boxed breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am but was never ready before 6.45 am. They had no sugar for in room coffee and tea making. To be fair they did change my room but the hotel overlooked a rubbish dump. The front desks people were helpful, the beds comfortable and the air conditioning was good. They were the saving graces for the hotel. The surroundings and the transportation were not good.

This place is cute boutique hotel. The staff is great and friendly. They are super accommodating. I had a sunrise tour and they went out of their way to pack a breakfast box for me. They gave me recommendations and made sure i was comfortable. The pool is lovely. Its small but it was perfect. The sheets and towels are a bit old, but i didnt mind it. The bathroom and shower is very old, but it was still decent. Its in a very quiet area. Its not far from city center. But i dont recommend walking. Its far to walk. You can easily grab a tuk tuk, use GRAB, or have the front desk grab you one. Overall, i would stay here again.

The room is big and clean. Though Hotel is 1.5Km far away from the City center but the rent is reasonable. Staffs are good and helpful. Hope Booking this hotel is a good idea.

We had a really good stay at River Bay Villa. Very friendly, helpful, english-speaking staff. Great food at the Lava restaurant. 20% off for hotel guests. Nice and calm area. Ask for Mr. Nat for airport transfer and other tuk-tuk services.

We only stayed at this property for a few hours but we thought it was wonderful. We had a suite and it was the perfect amount of space for three guest. They also allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby while we were at Angkor Wat. Overall, Id be happy to stay there again.

Free pick up on arrival to Siem Reap. Staff recommended show and means to travel to it and staff was right, show was so fun. Travelled with ease to amazing Angkor Wat by experienced tuk-tuk driver from hotel. Love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Supper too. Would recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel. Nice, big rooms. Clean and amazing service! Staff are so helpful and kind. Nice pool with extra towels. Place are beautiful. It’s cost only 1.5-2 dollars take a crab Tuk Tuk to center. Peaceful where you can sleep without noises! Security during nights. Good breakfast, only juice was bad taste. Really can recommend this hotel! We stayed 5 nights!

A little out of town, but worth the effort. Staff were v helpful, WiFi good, room was amazing, lovely pool and restaurant. When I return to Seim reap, would definitely stay here again Have the Egg Benedict for breakfast, was delicious.

I was pleased with my stay at the River Bay Villa. They offered airport pick up which I liked. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk or a $3-$5 tuk tuk ride to the Old Market, Night Market, and Pub Street. The hotel is located right on the river so for navigational purposes all you need to do is find the river and you are good to go. There isn't a ton around the hotel in regards to entertainment but like I mentioned you are not that far from the action. The wifi was good, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable. For me that is all I ask for. Would stay again if returning to Siem Reap.

I wanted to stay in a quiet area but close to the night life and this was perfect. Clean rooms (a little tired but excellent value) friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get a Grab or PassApp (tuk tuk) everywhere. Nice pool. Located close to Angkor Wat.

The place is nice, neat and they have friendly staff there. Also, it is quiet and has a relaxing ambiance which made our stay much more enjoyable. Other than that, the location was near the heart of the city which made Siem reap easier to navigate.
