Great place to stay! We had one issue with a broken microwave that we discovered the morning after our first night, and the staff was very apologetic and quickly moved us to a different room. My only other minor complaint was the shower head could have been a bit more powerful to be able to rinse off faster! Other than that, we had a nice stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. We would definitely stay there again!

Handicap units only have handicap bathroom as second bath, not master bed/bath. Not much room to maneuver wheelchair in second/third bedroom, but we moved a bed and got enough room. Very nice pool, excellent access via ramp into water for wheelchair users in addition to pool lift. No access to hottub. Access into pool area only through 2 gates, one where we had to pass the bar area, or one (between pond and buildings) where there was no drop on curb to access sidewalk/path to pool unless we walked around to frontside of the buildings.

This was our first stay at this resort and it was a family weekend with our grandson. It won't be our last! Our suite was huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen could use a bit more cookware, a working dishwasher and garbage disposal but we made due. No room service until 11am (none on Sunday) was disappointing but the pool area made up for any disappointment! The pool was huge and very clean with plenty of seating and towels. The area for little ones is great and my grandson did not want to leave!! This is the perfect place for families with kids!! Cannot wait for the next trip!

Everything was amazing, since the check in all the staff was very kind and professional. Rooms were big and sparkle clean. Very secure and have everything you need for and amazing vacation. We are definitely coming back.

Felt safe on the grounds and while walking to Target. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. The drive to Disney and Universal was easy. Lots of things for the kids to do and the outdoor bar was a plus!

This was the worst stay ever. The room smelled absolutely horrible and musty. The room was very dirty. There are no locks on the guest bathroom and the shower water did not get hot and even though we had a noon check out, the housekeeper started banging on our door at 10 am and even though we said we had a noon checkout, kept coming back and banging on our door. Even though I let the front desk know today, I heard nothing back, not an apology or anything. Very disappointing stay!!!

Person at check in was very pleasant and very helpful. I needed a room close to pool and main building due to mobility issues and she was very accommodating. However no one asked me to help me get my luggage to my room and it was a struggle as I was alone and on crutches. It didn’t occur to me to ask until I saw bellboys assisting other people. The suite was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was good. The only people I encountered was the bartender at the pool bar who was lovely and so friendly. The young man who delivered my pizza and salad was also so very friendly, polite, and a lovely young man !! These two people really made my stay more pleasant!!!

We had to stay here last minute to evacuate from a hurricane. We was blessed they had a three bedroom unit available. The only issues we had while there was that the toilets kept clogging and we had to hunt down someone with maintenance to get a plunger. It was so difficult to get someone with a plunger we kept the plunger they brought finally. The resort is a little outdated with older carpets and the sliding glass doors to the patio sticks but all in all our stay was great.

We evacuated for hurricane Milton. We would absolutely stay here again. The atmosphere is calming and fun for the kids, it’s safe and it’s conveniently located to Disney, Universal and other tourist areas. We felt safe even as the hurricane went over Orlando. We walked to Target and grabbed a few bags of groceries. Restaurants are walkable too.

Mary Lou at the front desk made a crappy day much better with her big smile and friendliness. We had to find a place to stay since we had no power in Sarasota after Hurricane Milton. Mary Lou was great!! Good people are hard to find. Give her a raise! She was awesome!

Our room was disgusting. All the floor was dirty covered in dog hair. It is clear nobody swept the floor before our arrival. Kitchen was clean

Overall, the property was nice and clean and very quiet. The only reason I scored the property an overall four is because the additional room had a window that was located where the walkway was to other rooms, elevators and the street ; these rooms are accessible from the streets, so I don’t feel that was as safe as most properties I’ve stayed at. If there is a way to score 4.5 I would. I will say that there was no incident with anyone, so please do not let my opinion deter anyone from staying at the property.

Everything was incredible, except the cleaning service from when we arrived on Saturday until Wednesday they never came to the room to clean and/or take out the trash. The entire experience was excellent except that.

I enjoyed the spacious room options and the full kitchen. This is our 4th stay here and usually the pool has a steady flow of warm water and this time it did not. That would have made our stay 5 stars all around.

We’ve stayed at Floridays twice now, once in 2022 and recently. The rooms could definitely use some upgrades. It’s a decent enough place to stay, but you don’t get the “this is a really taken care of” feeling from the rooms. They’re not dirty, but they just don’t feel above and beyond clean. The rooms seemed to be in better shape a few years ago. Our A/C was broken when we first arrived. After a phone call to the front guest, it was fixed quickly. All of the employees seemed pleasant. Room service was not available one night when we wanted it, which was disappointing as we were super tired after a full day at the park. The pool area is great! Would probably stay again.

Great resort, clean, a lot of fun, good services. The only one complaint is that the room's jacuzzi doesn't work, you'll have only a bathtub. This happened the 2 times, different rooms we have stayed.

The overall stay at this resort was good, just wish the hotel was updated a bit, it seems as the furniture inside the room was a bit outdated, but overall my children absolutely enjoyed themselves and I wouldn’t mind staying at this property again.
