The hotel is impossible to access, but I’ll get to that next. The worst part of this hotel is thinking you are staying at the airport for convenience which is anything but Convenient. It took me over an hour to get from my room to the TSA pre check line and the hotel is literally on top of the terminal. If you are flying in or out of that particular terminal! I would have missed my flight if it had not been delayed. So that was leaving the hotel after a poor to mediocre stay. Now the horrible arrival experience. GPS says you have arrived at hotel while you’re in the middle of the airport terminal drop off lanes. After panicking, We pulled into a parking garage randomly, then happened to see a sign for their luggage drop. After following the signs to the top level of the parking structure, we used the designated phone to call for Bell service since there was nowhere to temporarily park our car. The phone did not work so we had to go back through the parking structure to find a spot, then lug our bags all the way up the ramps to the entrance, then all the way around the perimeter of the hotel to get to the check-in desk. Rudest staff woman if ever encountered. Although I rarely talk to staff these days with the contactless check in at most hotels. Which I now have a greater appreciation for! Once in room, no windows to the outside. Couldn’t get AC to work. Thinnest blanket on the bed which felt like sleeping under sheets only. The positive- you couldn’t hear the planes!

This is my 2nd time staying this hotel. I booked early flight so we stayed the night before. Location is always convenient. Price is a bit high for me but you can't beat the price for the convenience location

Needs renovation and staff training. Phones don’t get answered and then when they finally do, you get transferred to someone that puts you on hold and never returns. Missed breakfast because of this. Was told that a dance group is coming in so apparently no other customers matter if a group is coming.

The convenience of staying inside the terminal can’t be beat. Orlando Airport has its food court pre-security so there is a lot to eat and shop for. You take the elevator down to have the security gates right there for Terminal B.

This hotel was such an easy option after getting into Orlando airport after a late flight. The team who checked us in was quick and helpful and accommodated a request I made. It would be a nice touch if the hotel had quick and easy meals for purchase at the front desk - but all we saw was candy.

Perfect location and so convenient for catching early morning flights. Was able to turn in the rental car the night before and not have to deal with that in the morning. Close proximity to the check-in gate to drop off my luggage as well as TSA. Will definitely stay again when traveling through Orlando.

RUDE!!!! After traveling all day we showed up at 3:45 and were told that check in was not until 4pm no exceptions, go wait over there! A little after 4 we were allowed to go to our room. Then we simply wanted to order room service using the menu provided in the room. We were told that the menu we were trying to order from was old and no longer in use and that we would need to go downstairs and get a current menu to order from.

The gentleman who checked me in was AMAZING!! I was so tired and drained but he was very polite and understanding. The check-in, room, atmosphere, etc was all outstanding. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

There was constant noise emaniating from the open atrium. It was a part of the airport which meant people were arriving and leaving at all hours. Nightime was quiter, but also the constant sound was more noticeable overnight

Missed flight needed a room for the night. Could have gone with a cheaper room somewhere else. Checked in. Used the pool relaxed in the most comfortable beds. Took all the stress and anxiety away. Couldn’t be happier

It was a very short stay resulting from a delayed flight. But the location of the property is a near-unbeatable feature. The exit of the hotel is literally adjacent to entrance to all gates, so you can squeeze in a few more minutes of sleep! After a great dinner in Hemispheres, and a comfortable sleep, I'd forgotten all about the delay!

You can not beat the location of this hotel at the airport. The ease of taking our bags down to the airport terminal and checking in was worth every penny. The cost of the room was comparable to other hotels and the quality is just as good. The service was wonderful and our overall experience was excellent.
