Walls were dirty and had holes in them toilets didn't work had roaches smelled of marijuana and something uriatied in the elevator felt very uncomfortable staying there

Chose not to stay due to terrible conditions. The place is being used as a homeless shelter. I did not feel safe even walking into the lobby. Waiting my turn in the lobby did not improve my impression.

I had booked a room for 2 days left for food on one day stayed gone most of the day. They came in my room took my full bottle,and any clothes found to "clean". The overweight girl at the front counter Anna told me i could looked in the trash can for my stuff and to get out her face before she called the Cops. So i would def. Not bookon the one on I-35 lol unlesd its a life or death situation . Really disrespectful White girl works in the evenings. Big girl,With really long fake nail(looks like she not wiping her overweight ass) dingelberry lookin ass

I thought I was in the wrong building when I first came through the doors cus it looked completely different. The place is a lot cleaner, the staff members are a lot nicer and more professional. And I think I love the chick at the front desk so y'all get a 5 star from me.

I’m usually not the one to review. But I HAD to for this one. The only positive is that there is ample parking space for a long trailer like mine. Other than that it was horrible. I saw about 3 cockroaches during my 2 night stay. The 3rd floor literally smells like blood. The rooms smell like mold or wet towels. On both nights they didn’t have any towels. On the 2nd night I arrived to a room with no sheets. Went down to ask them to put some, was told no one was on staff to put my sheets so I had to put them on. Which allowed me to see the dirty and stained matresses. Which is also when i found the 3rd cockroach. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 more per night and avoid this mess

Walked in the front door and the entire lobby smelt like marijuana. There were several homeless ppl outside. Did not get to stay in room because after reserving and showing up, told they had no rooms because they did not clean the room. If you like staying in a place that may not feel safe then stay otherwise get a tenet and stay outside.

Our stay was almost a bust, but that wasn't entirely the hotels fault. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a handful of people roaming around the front door to the check-in counter. A few of them spooked my daughter. The girl at the front counter in the evening when we arrived was a helpful as she could be. That was probably the best part of the stay. Our first steps into the room were really loud. The floor looked "clean", yet our shoes stuck to it every time we took a step. I checked the bed to see if there were any bed bugs, but I didn't see any signs. However, the mattress casing was dirty. I'm not sure what was on it, but we flipped the mattress, and the other side looked a bit nicer. We finished making the bed again, and as exhausted as we were, we almost kept onto the bed to be immediately hauled but the extra firm mattress. That thing was a brick with feather's on it. The refrigerator was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Those two things were nice. The last thing and this may be a deal breaker for some. There were dead crickets in the room. When we woke up, there were live crickets on our things. Least to say, you get what you pay for.

The rooms were horrible. The fire alarm system was placed on bypass and not working . The police were on site multiple times. Due do the poor conditions of the property had to find a different hotel. They refused to provide us a refund!!!!!!

My kids stayed there and every time we went to visit them it smelled like marijuana really bad!! And the full kitchen is just a 2 burner cook top and a full size refrigerator the is no oven to bake anything.

Our check in was terrible. No one at the desk so I called the number 500 on the phone provided and was told it was no loner in service. After waiting too long, a gal staying there came to the lobby and told me she had the same problem and gave me the number to call. When I called it, the guy came from just around the corner and was less than friendly.

Our room was covered in roaches. In the sheets, underneath the bed, on the walls. White powder on tv stand, and the bedding was dirty. Was told we could not get a refund on weekends so we ended up just leaving and sleeping in the car. Tried to ask if we could get a refund Monday and the front desk person said “No because we can’t prove you didn’t stay if it’s 2 days later”. Very unprofessional and anyone who feels uncomfortable or unsafe should always get a refund if they don’t even stay the night. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Needs to be shut down.

This place is sooooooooo bad. I had to ring for someone to come check me in. There’s sketchy stuff happening in the parking lot. Our room has dead bugs in it. Our fridge was all rusted out. Do not stay here!

It felt like I had entered a different space of time. The staff was nice, and what looked like long term tenants did their own thing. My room was very clean, and very cold (finally got a hotel with a good AC) the office area seems a tad ghetto but just call the bumber to get the front desk to open up if its closed. Good enough for a last minute plan shift, or if you just need to sleep for a night.

My husband our two toddlers and I are staying here as a last minute unplanned decision while we wait for our lease on our new home to begin. Huge mistake. The other tenants give off intense tweaker vibes. A random man knocked on our door and started unintelligibly ranting and raving about a Nintendo switch, he didn’t shut up even after I closed the door on him. The room had not been cleaned up even a little bit, there was so much dirt and grime caked to the floor that it took an entire box of swifter mop pads to clean, and every surface is covered in something greasy. I cannot think of one upside to this place.

Mlajor construction inside, drug addict all over the premises and inside the building, the website for booking never bother to informed patrons of the construction that is being done in the facility. I left the place immediately.
