Nothing! I had the worst experience ever!
Everything! First they put me in a smoking room when I booked a nonsmoking room. The place is roach infested, the phones in the rooms are for decoration. It’s trash everywhere, it’s not clean, the stove barely works. The rooms came with nothing need to cook or eat. Glad I brought my own! The management is trash and have the worst attitude. Me and my family stayed for 3 nights and had no access to clean towels. The pool is dirty, and out of all the extended stays I have booked hands down this is the worst. As a travel agent! This place needs to be shut down.

I found everythhing I needed for my stay. All the facilities I needed was found at the room. A good frige, a micro owen and a stove.
I really didn't like the reception. the first impression of the place was the worst as possible. I just arrived after midnight, after more than 24 hours of trip. The guy in reception was so dry. He attended me out of the hotel, without even opening the door, asked for my credit card to pay in advance my stay and required my password. Only after almost five minutes of arguing he allowed me to get in to type the password. Training is missing.

location. price.
one room smelled like something had died in it. thin walls, could hear a pin drop-outside. pillows should have been thrown out years ago. bed cover needs to be replaced about same time pillows shoulda been thrown out. curtains needed to be ironed.

it was close to UNT. I didn’t see any roaches, the room was as clean as it could be
well the outside of the property needs a lot of work. the phone and remote was filthy so use gloves for the remote and use your cell phone. when I walked in I wasn’t greeted. the guy was on the phone speaking with someone in what sounded like Arabic. he was watching the camera on this one particular guy and all I could make out was police. the old restaurant literally on the same property is a eye sore. there was trash everywhere. trash cans were overflowing. when I mentioned roaches the guy called someone and said make sure 119 is clean and doesn’t have roaches. it’s amusing how this place was so run down but literally a block away and the neighborhood is nice

The room was clean, the building looked safe and the pool was so inviting but just didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff we dealt with were polite from front desk to housekeeping.
I didn’t see any security outside but we’ll lighted.

absolutely horrible. I reserved a non smoking room for 2 nights, I allowed them to charge my card to reserve for me because I was getting there later than check in. they had no problem charging my card but I arrived, they told me they only had smoking rooms. that they would get me a new one the next day. i came the next day and they told me no one was told anything and they still didn’t have any rooms. i asked for a refund and they told me no
cause I didn’t come at check in when they didn’t give me an exact time to come to switch it. they had absolutely no problem charging me card but couldn’t give me what I paid for.
HORRIBLE!!!
everything. we had to sleep in a smoking room even though we RESERVED AND PAID for our nonsmoking room. WHY HAVE US RESERVE AND PAY IN ADVANCE IF WE CAN NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR!!!!???

The receptionist was great!
He moved us to another smoke-free room and helped us with the language.
The small roaches in the first room we stayed in, plus we didn't like the extreme cigarette smell in the non-smoking room we reserved. We came in on the 16th right before midnight and had to change rooms soon after. Therefore, we didn't get to sleep until 2am.
Price was also too high for this room.

I had flies in my room the entire weekend no one cared to give me another room I killed 20+ flies over the weekend
0.5 / 5.0
The room had a terrible smell and there were dryer sheets shoved in the air conditioning vent to try and mask it. It was dirty and there were hundreds of flies. It was absolutely disgusting. Homeless people hanging around at all hours of night and day.

convenient to where we needed to be
it’s kind of like lipstick on a pig- drugs, neighbors yelling at 12:30 am, door looked like someone tried to kick it in - but the property looks nice-ish
