Exceeded expectations

Property seems new and so clean. This met my expectations of the Hilton property. Staff was professional as I expected.

There’s nothing I didn’t like on the property. I could actually reside there.

The facilities were very nice and the location was easy to access.

Location of the breakfast area was fine. Cleanliness was okay. Good selection of breakfast foods.

We went down for coffee and all of the pots were empty!!! We could not find the attendant so I had to go ask at the front desk for more coffee. The desk clerk said the attendant would take care of it but she also realized the attendant had not come out so she went to the work area to alert the attendant.

We had a GREAT stay! The only inconvenience that I would mention, our bathroom door was one of the sliding doors. It didn’t lock and my 4 and 5 year old thought it was a good time to interrupt while people were taking care of business 😬

I notified Booking that I was changing my check out date to June 4 2023. I have a screen shot. I checked out of the hote

please see the photos that represent my days I selected to stay. the property gave me a receipt stating I checked out June 4th Booking still charged me for June 5th. return my money!!!

The stay was great!

Breakfast was okay. Never heard of having a corndog with scrambled eggs. They should of had a staff person wipe off the tables in the eating area.

We arrived at about 2:30 p.m. and the person at the front desk said check in was at 3:00 p.m. and we could not check in until that time. We had an appointment at 3:45 p.m. and had to change clothes and get ready. When she saw I was a bit upset she seemed to find us a room. If check out is at 11:00 a.m. I can't believe they would not have a room available before 3:00 p.m. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn many times and never had that problem.

the swimming pool didn’t look particularly great. The location is not walkable into Denton city centre but it wasn’t far by far

Could have been better…

Location was good, property is recently renovated. Breakfast was good, dining area is accessible 24/7 which is nice when you want a place to sit or eat.

Service was very so-so. Some staff tried very hard to b*llsh*t me on issues rather than just being honest. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Mechanical issues in the room necessitated a room change. Some renovations are not yet complete.

We will continue to stay here. Might book a first floor room next time though.

Very convenient to the places we needed to go. Clean rooms and great staff.

There was a powerful failure on the morning we had to leave so the elevator was not working. I have a physical problem that made it difficult to get down the stairs. At least we were only on the second floor. The staff tried to be very accommodating so it eventually worked out.

Front desk staff were rude asked for quarters.second morning to use the laundry facilities didn't have any told me to go to the convenience store down the road. Breakfast was totally lacking

Warn about construction above the room.

The location was perfect to UNT and TWU. Plus Downtown Denton. The room was very spacious and clean.

They could have warned us about construction on the second floor. It was right over our room. It began at 7 am and did not quit until 10 pm. They could have moved us to another part of the hotel. Not once were were asked nor notified. There was almost no water pressure. Saw three people working at the desk, and only one smile in 3 days.
