The room was nice in that the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was recently updated and nice. The indoor was was even well maintained. They also provided a great breakfast with plenty of options. Our stay at the hotel was on a very busy weekend. The staff seemed to be bothered by some of our requests: for extra towels and toilet paper. These probably should've been taken care of when the came in make the bed and take out the trash. There were several days when this wasn't done.

The first room we were given was full of others belongings. Once I went back down to the front desk, I was informed they were out of rooms with double beds and could only be given a room with a single king bed and there were 3 of us. Had to ask for extra towels as there were only 2 in the room and didn't find the bathroom to be very nice.

It was a comfortable stay overall. We were missing a few items in our room: the body wash and hair conditioner in the shower were out. There were no Kleenexes in the Kleenex container and no coffee or water cups.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional! He made check in a breeze, explained everything to us, and even gave my sister a gift for it being her birthday. Hotel was clean, pool was nice, and the breakfast was very good. Attendants always restocking and food was fresh.

Breakfast variety and quality were amazing with lots of seating. Rooms were nice and comfortable, but the carpet in our room was sticky/tacky on our bare feet, and the nooks and crannies in the bathroom weren't the cleanest. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and due to the construction style, I believe, people above us could be heard walking back and forth in their room while we were trying to sleep which was quite annoying. Definitely want to stay on the top/3rd floor if we stay there again. We were able to get two connected rooms which was very nice to have. These were available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The only other thing that was a bit of a pain literally was the indoor pool's water temperature which was very cold. The hotel location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice place.

Our weekend stay was great. we were going to Oceans of fun. Arrived before they opened as as it would go grandkid needed restroom. So we decided to swing by hotel just to locate it and let him use public restroom if we could. Explained what was going on and while he was in restroom clerk checked and our room was available. He promptly checked us in so we unloaded suitcase into our room. Didn'thaveto worry about leaving thing in car at the park..

Everything was excellent with only one exception— One of our bath towels was badly stained and very unappealing to the point that it was immediately dropped on the floor and not used. Everything else was great and we will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Easy on and off interstate, quiet, good breakfast. When we walked in our room it smelled fresh and clean!

We chose this hotel for the indoor heated pool, and the free hot breakfast. Upon arrival, we learned that the pool was closed (due to no fault of their own, someone threw up in it). We were very disappointed as our family was looking forward to swimming. Pablo at the front desk was super nice and got us set up to swim at a hotel just down the block for free. We really appreciated that! Pablo also got us a free crib to use for our toddler. The room was clean, nice and modern. AC worked well and the hot water and water pessure were fabulous. The hot breakfast was great with plenty of options. A woman was cleaning up messes as people made them at breakfast (she was doing a great job keeping it clean). Late checkout was nice. There was also a nice little sun terrace outside with rockers and patio furniture. Only thing not great was the carpet in our room seemed damp and that was kind of a gross feeling, but it wasnt hard to just keep our shoes on while moving about. Thank you for the place to stay for the night and for the excellent service.

Safe and fairly clean. Loud AC unit. Not ideally located near anything other than Worlds of Fun (which would explain the more reasonable rate). The complimentary breakfast was great. Staff were great. Easy to find. Free parking. So, satisfied for a place to rest heads and shower but no wow factor.
