The first room we were in was terribly smoky- smelled like cigars. The staff was apologetic and switched our room. The room was awfully hot. The temperature was not adjustable. We were offered a box fan. My daughter and I watched a man urinate in the hall.

They are in the process of renovating, and this hotel needs it desperately! We had 12” cut in the carpet near the sink area. The floor tile grout was dirty and dingy, which was no fault of the housekeeping staff, it was probably as clean as it could be. Most of the plug-ins were inoperable. The ice machine did not work. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this one ranks as one of the worst, especially for the price, it really should have been half of what we paid. We’ll stay elsewhere next time we’re in Fargo.

This was the absolute most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Cigarette burns on comforter and carpet. Mold on ceiling in bathroom along with greasy hand prints on the wall. Stains on sheets, box spring, and bed skirt. This was unbelievable.

Property is run down. Pool and hot tub down which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Pet charge was double what we usually pay for our dogs. Lots of vagrants around asking guests for money, and living there in vans or for free. Garbage bags and bowls of food dumped outside. Nice to have a bar onsite with a casino. Hotel has no elevator and about 25 stairs up to the second level so hard to carry a bunch of stuff and make multiple trips. Hotel is broken up into several buildings so hard to find room as well. Mold and ceiling damage, sinks/toilets clogged

Prostitution happening in the parking lot. Front desk barely spoke to you. Pool was nasty and hot tub wasn’t working. Room was ok but nothing special. Would not recommend

Front desk staff was distracted entire time checking us in, forgot to tell us the room cards were printed upside down so we couldnt get into our room. When we finally got in the room had trash in the garbage cans, the bed had footprints from someones shoes, the fridge didnt work nor did the tv, due to a faulty duct taped and broken plug in strip. We had multiple large spiders and a catapillar as guests to share our space with. The ice machine was broken to the point the floor all the way around it was wet and they had a bucket on the floor catching the ice. Overall it was a very poor experience and we spent the first hour we were in our room looking for a different place to stay to no avail.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Sink, vanity and mirror had not been cleaned. The floor had a coating of dirt and was sticky. Curtains were haf on half off the hooks. Bathroom had a hole in the wall plugged with toilet paper. Toilet rocked when sat on. Door had a open crack at bottom allowing insects to come in. Lights on walkway broken - very unsafe. This motel is in desperate need of new property management and repair. I am surprised Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this motel.

The staff on duty was training a new employee. She did a few mistakes (which is normal for first day at work) the trainer was very rude to the new employee. Which was very uncomfortable as guests to hear. First I think this lady deserved respect from the guy who is way younger than her. Second a new worker deserves patience.

Room was amazing, super clean, and the hot tub in room was terrific! staff was great! Bar/casino was a blast! Only dislikes were the possible renters in rooms around us, and alot of beat up furniture on balcony, from the possible renters. Everything else was simply great though!

Issues with room keys. 4X. Had to wait for first set because clerk had to leave front desk for 15 minutes. Was not able to get into my room initially and had to wait in the lobby until clerk returned. Phone number given to call came back to front desk. Hair dryer plug in had to be positioned just right for power. Shower curtain rail was installed so curtain would slide and not close. False ceiling tile had numerous water stains in hallways.

Being gone from the area for over 20 years I picked the property for cheaper rates to keep my expenses down. Over 20 years ago this hotel was a popular place, bar casino scene. I have been to wedding here. I was shocked at the conditions. It has not changed at all it is run down. I understand that it's low star hotel, but the carpets in hallway were dirty. Have not been vacuumed. I did online check in and they asked if I wanted to upgrade my room for extra and I chose too. I was surprised by what I got for an upgrade. Refrigerator did not work, slow sink drainage, poor flushing of the toilet. Smell of mold. When I check out and addressed the issues they found out that I did not get an upgrade room, charge was removed. I most likely will not stay at this property again and the main reason is cleanliness, I had issues with my allergies when I was in the room.

We stayed in the deluxe room with the hot tub. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. We were on the second floor outside. The rail is unsafe and my child could fall through it. The hotel provides rooms for staff and there is constant traffic of people in and out. The guy at the front wasn't up there most of the night to where guest had to wait 45 minutes to check in, check out or need something. The bartender was rude. Most of the vending machines don't work. And there are no extra pillows or blankets. I suspect drug activity in this hotel from watching. Won't stay here again with my children! It's hard when you already have the reservation and no refund.

The place was dirty, broke down, over priced. The kid at the front desk was very dirty, looked like he hadn't dragged a comb through his hair in weeks, let alone a shower. The room was in shambles. We had reservations for 2 queens and got 2 twins....it just wasn't a place to take my family. More like an hourly hotel. The pool wasn't worth a swim, it was cloudy and unkept.

The property charged us for old blood stains on their sheet. We did not use the sheet we removed it from the bed. We arrived very early in the morning and slept for a few hours and left early. They would not listen to me and charged my credit card for the blood stain.

The smell the smell the smell!! Nasty urine smell permeated the hallways and lobby. The old school AC in the room barely worked and left it muggy. The beds were comfortable and room was overall ok apart from being very dated. Grounds needed some TLC and a coat of paint all around. But to lay your head in a pinch, it did the trick. But don’t be fooled by the pics, as you will be mislead. Facts!

This is an old hotel. For unspoken reasons, local residents cannot stay at this hotel. Cleanliness and bad smells are something you have to get over with here. The pool area, the lights hardly work, there is no lighting for the hot tub area, and the pool is dirty. The beds are not comfortable, pillows probably have not been replaced in 5 years. I could go on, but the only thing good here is the bar area with the gaming.

Worst place ive stayed at in a long time. Zero customer service way over priced. Gave us a room that was occupied already we literally walked in to someone else being in the room. Will be asking for a full refund. The breakfast they offer is a joke.
