The hot springs was wonderful, the room was clean enough, water was hot, the balcony was wonderful, surrounding landscape was gorgous, lots to see if you want to walk around the area and the staff was nice.
The beds sunk into the middle, the room had NO sound control (which made sleeping difficult), the coffee pods were hidden in the desk (which was odd) and the chair on the balcony were not comfortable to sit it, food prices were very high and not very good.
Overall it was a good stay, but not worth the cost. I would do a day trip for sure, but not stay overnight. The hotel and area have HUGE potential, but they need to raise the standards to the cost.

We did not have hot water to shower. And at 6am an alarm went off for over an hour in a neighboring room. Rooms are not very sound proof. This was suppose a relaxing trip for our family.

It was good getting checked in, we had booked two rooms. Alot of people hanging out making noises in the night. Price was cheaper direct booking at motel, than throughhotel.com. overall it was ok for one night stay.

The room had dirty towels in the bathroom, the heat/AC didn’t work, and we didn’t have any hot water to take a shower. The maintenance guy couldn’t fix any of the issues so they moved us to a different room that had the exact same issues. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

This hotel is poorly maintained and VERY short-staffed.

The pools are great. The room was clean and comfortable except for the smell of smoke in a non smoking room.

We had a great stay, other then a uncomfortable bed it was wonderful. clean room, the only down side was we should have booked with Fairmont, they were giving a third night free, we were not eligible since we booked on this site.

Loved being able to stay there to enjoy the hot spring pools! Appreciate the ease of booking and exceptional rates through Expedia!

We have been staying at Fairmont Hot Springs for over 30 years. There have been many good improvements made over the years. It is a great family destination for all ages. We spent most of our time in the pools. We were disappointed that all the poke were not open all the time. Two of the days the indoor pools were closed due to staffing issues. That is an excuse that hotels have been allowed to use since COVID. I don't think it is a valid reason. Also the pools use to be open 24 hours a day to guests, now it closes at 10pm. That being said we would definitely stay again. The hotel staff was very helpful and incredibly nice.

The pool was beautiful and well maintained.
We didn’t have hot water in the shower. The grout in the bathtub area was moldy.

My boys and I had a great time. We wish the pool would be open later, at lease one of them

We stayed here in 2019 and it was very good and the restaurants were EXCELLENT in both service and quality of the food with a Manager who clearly knew fine restaurant business practices. That has all changed extremely negatively and it is going downhill with dirty rooms, bad dinner service in restaurant and bad food. My French Dip was greasy and had a extremely bitter aftertaste and our server (a young gentleman with tattoo's who never smiled) acted like he could care less and took no action other than to say he talked to the cook: no offer to replace it or do ANYTHING about it. Breakfast was mediocre (although at least the bacon was crispy) but the the server was very nice. This place is now going downhill fast and they have apparently engaged in the "death spiral" of cost cutting to squeeze more profit. Beware "good reviews" by wannabe poser "pseudo elites" who like to say how long they have been coming there. We will never come back.

Property is dated, the rooms need repairs and maintenance, and dinning options are average. I say that having experienced this property as a guest for over 40 years. We have great family memories at Fairmont, but improvements, modernization need to be made.

A wonderful stay for a single night in the middle of our road trip. The kids LOVED the pools and waterslide. Food was reasonable priced and every good quality given the cost.

Our room was messy... garbage not emptied from previous tenant. Empty wrappers in between bed and nightstand. Towels were like thrown on shelf.
There was a wedding in the field behind our room, and it was so noisy...until well after midnight.
No sleep or relaxing for us. I asked the front desk about moving rooms and they told us they were booked.....
The Lifeguards/ pool attendant were very rude and acted as if it was a i issue doing there job. One girl literally sat there wearing sweats and shoes and kept looking away.... My son was trying to make contact with her... to let her know something... I had to get out of pool to tell her....and she acted as if i disturbed her.
The restaurant servers were slow....and doing both dining halls... our food took like forever to come out... and wasn't right... but the server rudely acknowledged and said "well what you want me to do... make something else?" rolling eyes.
I did enjoy soaking in the pools....

only thing wrong was the family next to us had five little kids they were loud and were running all over the place and were banging the doors

We go here for a lot for work conventions. I took the family this time and everyone acted the same. They even knew who we were. It was amazing seeing as they have hundreds of people in and out. There are two ladies that bartend and cocktail waitress they are so sweet and always on top of anything we needed and always are. There is a lady at the cafe she has black hair and she is so great. The first time using the pool since we had the children it was so much fun. The rooms have a home feeling and I never have a problem with the children go to the vending machine down the hall or to our friends room because it is safe. Even with everything going on. They have goats by the playground you can pet. Horseshoes mini golf real golf(not my thing). So many things to do with kids and if you want you can go right down the road to Anaconda and visit that little town as well.

I took 1 star off because food wasn’t great but other than that it was a wonderful fun place to stay for 4 days with our 9 year old.

It was in the 90s when we visited. The elevators were not air conditioned. Fine for the swimmers that used the elevators but uncomfortable for those of us in street clothes and carrying bags

The food was amazing as were the spring pools. We will definitely be back!

The first night was good staff nice , but room was small so I upgraded to a suite that cost me 400$ for one night , the pull out side was broke my kids had to sleep on sofa with out it being a bed they didn’t sleep at all , the staff tried to fix it an they didn’t have any room to switch us to , very nice staff but just to give me back 37$ is crazy . I booked the suit to be more comfortable an my kids couldn’t sleep .

Really fun pool area. The hot pool was hot! Not overly crowded. Delicious food even though it took a long time to actually get it. Comfy beds.

The room was large and clean

Staff generally seemed unfriendly, food was old and squishy when we ordered room service, and kids were running and screaming late at night 12 am or at 630 am. Not a relaxing stay.

The fairmont was nice, out dated for the cost. Our room was literally falling apart the two nights we were there. The food was okay, the pools were nice.

The hot springs pools are amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was much more than we needed but that was all that was available. The indoor pool was under renovation but the outdoor hot pools were nice.
Would be nice to have most current menus available in the room. When we arrived, we were given menus but they were not complete. There were food options we did not know about until our food was delivered to the room and we mentioned that we wished they still offered pizza. They did, but it was not on the menu provided. That's all. Oh, lounge and casino was small but nice!
