Service was great!

Amazing Riad, highly recommend! Lovely rooftop space, fantastic breakfast, comfortable room, however the staff were what really made our stay, right from the pre arranged airport pick up to printing our boarding passes, nothing was to much trouble for them, we hope to return in the near future

Tastefully decorated room in the medina.
Nice rooftop terrace to sit and watch the sunset at night.
Nice breakfast area with enjoyable breakfast.

Lorsya is a beautiful riad just minutes away from the bustling souks but completely quiet, calm and peaceful. Our room was gorgeous and huge, with a mezzanine bedroom up a wooden staircase. The room was fairly dimly lit but that’s part of the vibe! The dinner when we arrived was delicious - beautifully spiced courgettes and aubergine starters and a wonderful tagine. The freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, made-to-order omelettes and honey at breakfast - which we ate up on the gorgeous roof terrace - were memorable. The people working there couldn’t do enough for us and were the loveliest people. Incredible value for such a beautiful and authentic place.

What an amazing find! We had such an amazing time - beautiful riad, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, professional or friendly - would recommend 100%

I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lorsya. The staff and manager were very nice. And walkways near markets to walk and see. Also , very close to the square.

Great Traditional Marraquexe Riad experience, for those who like it. Great team!

The hotel is incredibly difficult to find, even for an experienced traveler, as it's in the warrens of the medina. Staff had difficulty obtaining a functional key for our room. The A/C in the room was inadequate for the size of the space. Check out was unclear - we ended up just sliding the key under the office door.
Room was decorated nicely. Staff did assist us in removing an unwanted "guide" that was harassing us.

Visited in May 2023 and found the place in very close location of the main square
Difficult to find fist time but once you get short cut directions from the staff it’s easy then
Staff were very useful and they also arranged all my excursions and bookings for agadir
Nice quiet place where you don’t hear music blasting at night
Would definitely stay again in this place

Amazing Riad in the centre of the souks. The staff are lovely, the continental breakfast great and the rooms comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

So local! Yassine and staff ensured our check in and hospitalities were flawless! Definitely one of the best Riad in Marrakech. Their mint tea was the BEST despite trying out at different places.
And they were just beside Hamman moussaine.
Only thing to take note is figuring our how to get to the Riad. So do contact them for the directions.

Beautiful riad with gorgeous rooftop terrace to have some wine and relax. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. It was tricky to find this riad in the maze of the medina, but worth the search!

The property is beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help you. It’s a little tricky to find but once you find your way it’s not too bad.

The service and food (breakfast and 3 course dinner) was especially good and exceptional value. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The riad is very clean and the room comfortable. Rooftop terrace was lovely at breakfast or to chill out after a long day out. Great location. Access was a bit daunting through the alleyway but got used to it after a few days.

Charming riad located in the heart of the souk, yet very quiet and comfortable. The personnel of the hotel is very kind and helpful. We very much appreciated the historic charm of the riad and the rooms which made us live an exquisite and authentic experience! The location made it easy for us to purchase items at the souk or visit some of the local points of interest such as the Photography museum (recommended) and the Majorelle gardens. Tip: go to the riad's rooftop terrace to bask in the sun and enjoy the view.

We had a overbooking situation and they resolved it very well!
We stayed and the Riad Dar Zaya, just next door.

Fist time in a Riad, it's very different from an hotel. Not soundproof, no TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay but 3 nights was enough.

The riad is very well located, a five minute walk to Jemaa elFnaa, and the entire team is lovely! Zachariah especially made my stay warm and welcoming- he was always a high point to look forward to!
This is not a “luxury” property by western standards, but I’m not a luxury type of person either so it was perfect! The staff is kind and flexible, will give you all the local info and recommendations you need, and even offered to come pick me up if I got lost! (Thankfully that wasn’t necessary!)
They coordinate airport transfers very well, thoughtfully providing an assistant and a cart to bring your luggage from the airport van over the cobbled alleys to the riad. Don’t attempt to find it yourself the first time- the maze of alleyways definitely requires a guide at first.
The food was consistently delicious and “local,” and they will arrange dinners and local excursions as well. Very much appreciated for my first time in Morocco.
I sincerely hope my travels bring me back to Riad Lorsya and when they do, I’ll return! Thank you all, Holly

This riad is in a great location for exploring the medina. What really made our stay here standout was the staff. They were always so helpful and we were thankful to have their help booking seats on a bus to another city and hammam reservations at a nice place. Additionally, we loved that we could always get a pot of mint tea to relax after a day of the crazy medina. The riad was so quiet and peaceful and breakfast was always lovely (and big!).

Nice Riad is a good location. Rooftop terrace is lovely. Breakfast area is a little cold with no heating for this time of year.

Probably the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The raid was fabulous. The staff was very nice and helpful. Abdul is great. The location seemed a little intimidating to find at first but got easily the second time. Very close to most sites. Breakfast very tasty.

Beautiful Riad with a calm atmosphere whilst still being really close to actions of the Souks.

The hotel is in the market. The room is nicely decorated. The hotel provided big breakfast every morning. Definitely worth the money. The only down side is the hotel’s location. The entrance of it is in an alley. It took some time for us to find it when we first arrived.

It's an amazing riad. The room was beautiful and the location is perfect. It is super close to the big square. From the rooftop patio you can hear the drums and sounds from the square, but the rooms are quiet and peaceful.

Hotel manager reached out to us way ahead of time and provided lots of useful info. During our stay, he was very polite and patient. Hotel is conveniently located, e.g. close to Djemma el Fna and it’s interior design is quite lovely. Suggestions are perhaps they can fix the leaky shower head and change smelly area carpet.

Thanks for a great stay - Riad Lorsya is well located, peaceful and quiet amid the noise of the medina. The roof terrace provides a lovely afternoon spot for sunbathing, and the breakfast is delicious.

We stayed there for 4 nights. With a warm welcome with mint tea the concierge showed us the Ryad and gave us a map showing us where we were and where we could go. Quite at night and great service during the day. Great breakfast. Recommended!

This Riad is lovely. Our room was beautiful inside. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate. We were greeted with mint tea when we arrived. I would seriously recommend that you ring the Riad and organise a pick up from where ever you are coming from (airport etc) as it is nearly impossible to find the Riad on your own. There is no taxi access and it is in the middle of the souks. This is a perfect location but tricky to find at first. We would stay again.

Searching for a Riad in medina? Look no further. I looked for hours trying to compare, Riad Lorysa was perfect. We have spent two weeks in Morocco, including a different Riad in Marrakech, but the service here was outstanding. Staff was great, he knew English, and was over the top friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, pool was clean, terrace was good with a shower and the location was safe and central. If you looking for a Riad Lorsya should be your choice. Did I mention that the room was in lovely Moroccan style?
