Great people at front desk.

Well worth the stay!
4.4
My stay was alright. Room was clean and had a very nice view. The air conditioning had a very loud noise so it was hard to sleep honestly and wanted to stay longer but couldn’t stand the noise so found another room.
4.4
Very nice
4.4
We arrived early and they had a room available and checked us in early. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly
4.4
Staff were absolutely awful and rude. It seems like they are all unhappy at their jobs. The AC is on obnoxiously loud in the rooms
4.4
Location is great if going to the queen mary. Bed was super uncomfortable, seemed to be very old
4.4
The room was clean and comfortable. The TV, however, was unwatchable. It would cut out with high pitched noises, and then resume with ear shattering volume. The front desk person attempted twice to make adjustments to no avail. We were offered a different room, but had already settled in and were expecting food delivery, and were only staying one night. The experience affected the relaxation aspect of our stay.
4.4
The view we got in our room was great, we were able to see a big bridge with boats all around. Great stay.
Only bad thing is they don’t have pancakes monday- Thursday
4.4
Everything was great. However, my only complaint was they do not have safes in the rooms.
4.4
The pool was very dirty and the hot tub was half drained.
My room was marginally clean with spots on the mirror and mildew throughout the shower. The gym had water damage spots allover the ceiling. The common areas were very warm and humid like no ac was working.
4.4
Nice room and facilities overall. Free breakfast was just okay. Limited food selection, very basic.
4.4
Helpful staff and easy check-in. Their breakfast was pretty good. I could not find the gym. For the location, $35 for parking each day seemed high to me. Plan on walking over the bridge for restaurants but the walk up to the bridge is slightly sketchy. Room was large and comfy.

Very good like t 👍

We absolutely loved the included breakfast and coffee and water in the lobby all day! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful! We will definitely be returning!

The property is a good stay.

We didn’t even get to stay at the Residence. Upon arrival we were told the rooms were flooded so we were told we had to stay somewhere else further away and no longer within walking distance of our event. Handled so poorly that the manager of the Residence said she’d refund my entire stay.
4.4
No restaurant in hotel.
4.4
Great place
4.4
Great location just across the water are plenty of shops, restaurants, arcade, front desk staff were very polite and friendly.I will definitely be back
4.4
Room had a king size bed, that was comfortable. The pull out was very "used". The mattress and blankets were old and we had to turn off the air conditioner as our child, who slept on the pull out got very cold, blanket was thin and old. Otherwise, overall room was comfortable.
4.4
The hotel is wonderful and the staff are amazing. The public dock next door means you will be listening to jet skiis and or boaters' music.
4.4
Nice staff, big room, comfortable bed.
4.4
Nice stay!
4.4
For three hundred a night you would expect a half comfortable bed. Thats surely not what they have it was the worst night we have had in a long time. Neither of us got any sleep. Rooms were nice staff was great but again for over three hundred a night should be able to get a good nights sleep. I stay in hotels all the time so not just a strange place for sure.
4.4
Near the truck port of los angeles where all the containers come off the ships, I have never seen so much truck traffic in my life.
4.4
Nice environment.
4.4
We had a lovely stay
4.4
The shower had to be repaired and the fridge and freezer did not work and causes my medicine to go bad
4.4
Nice family hotel.
4.4
Love that it was off the beaten path. Great amenities. Close to shops and a nightlife!

Other than some difficulties getting to the hotel, we had a wonderful stay. We did have a small issue with the TV but the staff gave us a different room with a view of the Queen Mary. Everyone was extremely nice and the room was very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.
4.4
Very nice hotel with good view and location, 15-20 min walk from the Aquarium, restaurants, and Queen Mary ship.
4.4
Seemed like the AC was noisy in the room.
4.4
I don’t like how we have to pay $38 per day just to park when we are the guests of the hotel. I feel like that should have been included in the stay.
4.4
Great place to stay. Nice hotel

Horrible experience. First night we were woken up at 2 am by the fire alarm going off and staying we had to evacuate the building because a fire was detected inside the building. I could smell something burning so we rushed outside. Waited till the fire dep came and said it was ok to return. Was not able to sleep all night since my 4yr old was so scared the fire alarm would off again. We were not able to enjoy the next day since we were all sleep deprived. Spoke to front desk and said it wasn’t a real emergency bcs someone was cooking and burned their food which made the fire alarm go off (at 2 am!) so all they could do is not charge for parking (they still did). I contacted the general manager and have not gotten a response. Horrible and stressful experience to what should have a been a relaxing time away from home. I have videos of us evacuating at 2 am and the fire dep arriving. Will not be staying there again.

Amazing view, room clean and nice and big. Will definitely will return back to this hotel. Awesome breakfast.
