The establishment was under remodeling. No notice was given at all. Construction material was in plain view inside & out. The breakfast wasn't pleasing. Not much to choose from. My 4 nights wasn't pleasing at all.

Check in with Rachel was a breeze and she was super nice and helpful. The hotel was being remodeled but all accessible areas were neat and tidy. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. I was surprised with the huge big screen TV in the room. Breakfast was good. We stayed 3 nights. This was our second stay here and we will stay again.

Friendly front desk. I did inform her at checkout that 2 of the rooms in my booking ( 106,112) had shower enclosure wall with significant black mold. The carpet adjacent to shower was saturated with water s d I had to go to bed with wet feet since the carpet area was adjacent to bed. Breakfast was kinda pitiful

Convenient location, big room. Hotel was undergoing renovations when I was there, but no real disturbances. Some slight wear and tear in room, but everything was in good condition. Good breakfast. Only minor issue is that TV is in between bed and siting area. Uncomfortable to watch from either location.

The breakfast was awful, the place had a bad smell, the shower had what looked to be black mildew and the place just was dirty. The carpet fpoor felt damp n sticky…the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, there was hair on the shampoo and conditioner bottles, the toilet seat wasn’t clean…we were traveling from our if twin so didn’t have time to get a different hotel but I would never stay there again nor recommend it…they definelt need to update and upgrade the place as well…

The lady at the desk was so kind! We had to stay an extra day because of tropical storm and the lady at the desk was so nice and made it so easy for me. Traveling with 2 kids and a dog is tough but she made all the difference that day. Hotel is nice comfortable and we liked the pool!

My family and I were visiting during the month of July for Global Empowerment Fellowship 6th Annual Holy Convocation!!!! We were so excited and impressed that the pictures online matched what saw in person. Staff were excellent, continental breakfast was amazing!!!! We will be back soon!!!!

I think this place could use a little more care in the overall upkeep. I don’t recommend the indoor pool. The water was cloudy, over chlorinated and the area itself not maintained well. The rooms were standard hotel-sized rooms and seemed clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

This was the most expensive hotel/motel at this highway exit. We checked in close to midnight and left before 7am. The room smelled terrible and the floor was sticky. The air conditioning was loud, but didn't work.Breakfast was meh. Choose a cheaper hotel if staying at this exit, because this one wasn't worth the upgraded price.

This La Quinta is usually clean. I did however, watch my dog sniff out some soiled spots. I would like the pet fee to be used to guarantee a clean room for all guests. You must realize that when some dogs smell the urine from other dogs, they are more likely to relieve themselves in the room.

We drive from Florida to Ohio every year and use this location as our middle point on the drive back (3rd year staying). We love this hotel in Macon. The woman who helped us at the front desk was an angel! We had some issues with checking in and she was calm, helpful and handled everything with grace. I need the mattress and bedding from La Quinta in my home, that was the best sleep I've had since my teenage years. Slept so good we overslept and missed breakfast! Was refreshing to relax so well after a 10 hour drive, had such quality sleep to drive the last 8 hours the next day. Thank you! We will see you again next year!

I like LaQuinta, have stayed with them over a decade, when traveling. This experience was not bad but the sheets were not as fresh smelling as I’m used to. Two of 3 ice machines were out of order and the one working was out of ice. I expect the construction people staying there filled their coolers! Nothing serious but not a 10.

All the icemakers were not functioning. It took at least 15 minutes for a hot water for a shower. The coffee makers were hard to figure out with too many steps to brew. TV was in a bad placement for viewing from either living area or bed. One good thing is that the mini fridge came with a freezer. $25.00 for one cat was very pricey. Grumpy attendant at breakfast who also covered front desk.
