We enjoyed our stay at Cabo Blanco. Rooms were nice and clean. A fridge and coffee maker would have been more convenient but staff at restaurant gave us ice whenever we needed it. Food at restaurant was good and great service. Pool area was great, lots of lounge chairs and sitting areas. It was a 10 minute walk into the town which was easy.

We stayed 4 nights at Cabo Blanco. Rooms were clean, decor simple but nice and very quiet.the pool area is great, lots of seating and umbrellas. Nice to have the restaurant on site as town was a 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only wish there was a coffee maker and fridge in rooms. They do provide bottled water and would give us ice anytime we asked. Next time we will book a suite with a kitchen. We will stay again.

Pool is nice, close to Pickleball courts, short walk to downtown. Rooms are dated, no fridge in room, tv picture was fuzzy and no English channels (eg BBC news, CNN, etc) since most of clientele is English speaking

This hotel is quite old, but comfortable and the common areas are well cared for. The rooms are comfortable but could use some tlc. All the staff are excellent.

We chose this hotel because it came highly rated for families and we were traveling with our eleven year old and 16 month old baby. The pools were fun for the kids but our daughter cut her hand on a broken tile, and our baby enjoyed picking chunks of peeling paint off the pool edge… overall the rooms and facilities are in need of a remodel. Be warned, the restaurant food is not good, and it’s a long walk to town, especially if you have kids. While we were there another visitor in the neighborhood got mugged in the alleyway behind the hotel we regularly used to walk into town, which was alarming.
It wasn’t the right place for us, but staff were friendly and it was very quiet.

I stayed here in January 23 and again this stay. It’s not horrible and the staff are mostly great. In January, I had a scorpion fall on my bed from the ceiling - no compensation after I told them. This time, 2 large cockroaches stayed at the bathroom door for a few hours. I didn’t report it based on what happened during my last stay. Reception host, Graciela, was very good - excellent attitude and perfect English. So, it was a mixed experience.

in the room there was nothing at all hanging on the walls. no tissues in the room and the TV only and one station in English, get total play and people can get to switch the station to English. breakfast was free. yes, it was. the bacon was hard we could not eat it and there was fly's everywhere on food while we were trying to eat. we could not eat our food. the pool needs a handy cap ramp for people who cannot get up or down a ladder,

We chose Cabo Blanco because we assumed we could play Pickleball for free. That cost quite a bit We split a breakfast his morning and were than charged $24. Much better options elsewhere if we’d of known. Would not stay there again.

The place was clean and quiet. Convenient to town. Most of the service people did not smile.
We could not get coffee until 8:30 a.m. which is late for those of us who are morning people. We had to walk to the OXXO to get coffee at 7 a.m.
We also needed ice to keep our water cold because we were there to play pickleball. It seemed to be a hassle for the waitresses. It might be good to invest in a coffee and ice machine for the lobby.
The pool was beautiful and the pickleball courts were awesome! Enrique was fabulous!!
There was a sewer leak in front of the hotel that stayed flooded for 4 days. We could not walk through it and had walk through the marina gate to leave the property.

I spent a couple weeks at Cabo Blanco and really enjoyed the experience.
Pros - The staff was friendly and accommodating and all common areas were very clean and maintained. If you play pickle ball the courts are really nice but there is a daily charge to use them. Really appreciated Alex’s service in the restaurant and pool area. The bathrooms have been updated and are clean. The location was in a neighborhood that was quiet and safe. Beach and restaurants were only a 10 or 15 minute walk away.
Cons- only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room. But I just bought a styrofoam cooler and bought ice to keep stuff cooler.
Over all a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly, especially Alex.and Antonio. Rooms were cleaned very well and timely every day. Too bad there was a charge for use of the pickleball courts. No other complaints. Exxellent pool and location.

They had new pickleball courts that you could pay to play. I thought they should have it if you stay there it should be free and if not pay a fee.

We were only there for two nights, so were in short stay rooms. No water pressure in shower or sink and hot water was hard to come by. Toilet had problem when we got there but was resolved quickly. The breakfast on offer for a few was inexpensive and pretty good. Staff are friendly.

Nice hotel but the staff couldn’t speak English. The Pickleball courts are excellent but I expected tennis courts as well. No tennis courts at the hotel they have been changed to Pickleball courts.

This hotel needs some updating and repair of some broken shutters. It just feels old with dated switches and ceiling fans. It has a nice swimming pool and that was about it. The food their is just mediocre and boring. Just better to go out and eat somewhere else. Breakfast was boring as well.
