Great place, friendly host, comfort facilities, close to old quebec

Perfect in every way. So quaint and excellent location. Walking distance to Old Town Quebec.
Courteous staff.

Hotel was clean but run down in some areas. It was close to stuff to do but not the best neighborhood to be in.

alarme système when on a 12am for nothing
Woke up everybody

Very few amenities within the aubèrge itself. No knives, no bowls, no hot plate or stove top. Rear entry for guests, which is a new and unusual experience. Very clean but also very minimalist.
4.6
The room in this hotel was clean, quiet, and cool! AC worked great. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.
4.6
Very centrally located and connected to walled city. The staff is polite and courteous. Very close to pubs and restaurants. Easy parking.

Nice Chinese man checked me in. Spoke Chinese and French. Little English. Never expected to see me again in three days; told me where to drop key. Lodging has many common spaces, but I found it lacking conviviality

Convenient location in a great neighbourhood.
4.6
unique property and really convenient. lovely welcome from the staff and convenient parking provided if you inform staff beforehand
4.6
Very small room, tiny bathroom, cold, nice people but not a comfortable stay at all. Called Hotels.com to see if we can cancel and book another place but they were less than helpful.
4.6
Very beautiful location and building.
4.6
A wonderful, cozy hotel converted from an old house. There were common areas throughout the hotel and on the balcony, and books galore. Front desk staff was very helpful.
4.6
Wonderful updated period property.
Close to shops and restaurants with buses into town within a few metres.

Historic looking building quaint.
Parking was tight. Lots of stairs.

The hotel was quaint and very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice, very kind and very helpful. Close to shopping, dining. An easy walk to Old City Quebec.
4.6
The property is well-appointed and within walking distance of the Old City. Public transit is available right out the door and dining is plentiful in the surrounding area.
The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and the shower is modern. The common areas are very nice as well.
Minor point for improvement - better sound insulation for the pipes.
A very good hotel overall with friendly and caring staff.

Great location in Quebec City. A great location for our family of 5

We had a lovely stay at Auberge aux Deux Lions. The front desk staff was eager to help and offer suggestions for dining. It is in a great area and about a 15-20 minute walk max to the old city. Our room was quite small (but there are larger ones available) and the parking is tight but other than that, we would recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect in our room. Beds were comfortable and good pillows. Kitchen worked out nicely for breakfast in our room. The managers went out of their way to make our stay wonderful in every way. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Thank you.

Lynn was marvelous for our check in. Things were not ready on time but she was accommodating and gave us many options for waiting. The room was beautiful. The only wish would have been for AC as it was very hot for our stay.
4.6
We really enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel, and the convenience of all the amenities! A special shout out to Lynn, the main Receptionist for a nice chat with us and genuine hospitality. I would indeed pass along a recommendation and I hope I may return to “la belle province” !

Lovely cosy and quaint accommodation. Helpful reception. The shared kitchenette was very useful. Rooms are very cosy. Bed very comfy and it was the only hotel that had feather pillows. Some road noise but wasn't an issue for us as very light traffic when we stayed. 15 mins walk to old Quebec and a range of places to eat which were walkable. We found the room a little small having 2 suitcases and perhaps would have preferred not to have 2 armchairs in the room. Lighting was a little dim even with the many lights on which could be tricky if you're wanting to read. Other than that, it is a very clean and we'll located property. Glad we stayed here.

Excellent property, clean, quiet, nicely appointed, good location.

We really appreciated how cozy and warm it felt. Beautiful place in the middle of the city. The owner/manager was very helpful, they have called and checked with us that we were all set for check in. Nice and personalized service. Thank you so much for a great stay.

I and my wife checked in around 4:30 pm and there is no electricity, they told in an hour will be fixed but we still don’t have electricity and it is horrible horrible and horrible

This was a clean, quiet place to stay. I felt comfortable and safe as a solo traveller. The room I was in was smaller in a cozy way, with everything I needed in it. There is a shared kitchen space with utensils, dishes, and a fridge which was handy. There are many really cool shared spaces throughout the building with couches, games, fridges, coffee makers, and tables. This would be the place to stay if you were ever caught in bad weather!
There were many restaurants nearby and it was about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Quebec.
The check in process was easy, they left an envelope with detailed and clear instructions (with pictures, which I thought was cute). I found complimentary parking easily.
The only things I didn't love (which were minor) were that I never saw a single staff member for my two night stay, and it would have been nice to ask about places to eat/see, the property, etc. Also, the hotel ad says it has a pool. I could not find the pool despite exploring around the building a bit.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay again!

We wanted to stay outside the walled area of Old Quebec, but within walking distance. This small boutique hotel was perfect was just what we were looking for. The front desk staff upon check-in were so helpful and we loved their recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Pur room was lovely, with a small breakfast area off the bedroom. We would stay here again!

If you like old style homes this is the place for you. It has modern conveniences has been updated

We had a lovely time; the room was clean and charming, the staff was helpful and the surrounding neighborhood was vibrant.

The staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect for enjoying the best of Quebec City

Very welcoming lady at the front staff. She phoned me in the morning to let me know that the reception desk was closing at 5pm that day, so I knew the best was to check in before then. Showed me the auberge's amenities and to my room, which I think might actually be a first for me! The room had obviously been renovated, as everything looked new. I think this is the first time I get a room that's not all carpeted, which was a nice change as the wooden floor looked very nice. Last and most importantly: No waste! Glasses, etc. are not plastic and not wrapped in plastic, which really felt good. I wish more hotels did this.
4.6
We had a small room however the common areas were very comfortable. No elevator and lots of stairs

We really loved this property. It was very clean and the staff, especially during the week were lovely. Only down side is parking was difficult, except on weekends. You can’t use their parking with a larger vehicle so you need to find paid parking on the street which is very annoying. In spite of this, would stay here again and recommend!

A charming and unique inn. Friendly staff, who smiled at our rough attempts with speaking French and who jumped in with their perfect English. The rooms weren’t spacious but had everything we needed, and the inn had a shared kitchen, living spaces and lovely courtyard.

Nice stay, friendly service

Staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely attentive staff. Terrace was a great place to relax during outings. Great location to walk to restaurants, shopping, Old City, and Plaines of Abraham. Clean and Unique room we really enjoyed. There is a mini fridge in the guest common space but it would be nice to have one in the room. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!!
