Clean room, great view of the Frontenac. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. A lovely stay!

The hotel is clean, rooms and bathroom are clean, staff is friendly and provided great information for what we wanted to do. It is winter so they have to put the heat on but you can’t control it. You have to open window. There’s the breakfast area on the basement level, with tv and a ton of games for all ages. It’s a big room and complimentary coffee, espresso, hot chocolate to make. Old Quebec City is nice area to walk with lots of shops, and restaurants! The hotel is less then 20 minutes to Mega park, which is a mall and amusement park in one inside a large building. So worth it! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and again!

The bathroom sink was block, the whole bathroom smelled moldy and there actually mold in the shower

The desk clerk was especially helpful in accomodating guest and helping find a place for dinner.

there should be a notice that the FRONT stairs are not easily accessible so more info about entering via the back should be noted. the front desk staff was awesome, bed was super comfy WE REALLY LIKED THE ROOM

Located next to a park with a lovely view of the Saint Lawrence River. Back entrance for easy entrance for guests with a room key. Front entrance steps may be difficult for handicapped. Close to the Citadelle and local restaurants. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A bit tight by the foot of the bed.

Overall very satisfied, friendly staff, great location.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff

Great location, friendly staff, helpful with respect to looking after bags following check out. Convenient parking nearby facilitated by hotel.
4.5
Perfect location to walk the city. Stairs in front, but no stairs in the rear of hotel for unloading. Has elevators. Breakfast is fair.
Comfortable.
4.5
Great location, easily accessible to places of interest and restaurants. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location and lovely room. Loved the rooftop deck. Only issue is that the elevator was broken on our departure day and we were on the 3rd floor. We are an older couple and it would of been nice if someone would of been around to help us get our bags down. We saw a man cleaning on the 3rd floor when we realized the elevator was broken but he would not help.

Arrived at 7pm room had not been cleaned had to spend the first night in a smaller cheaper room hotel failed to compensate us for our troubles like they said unable to refund us $ because we booked through a third party which seems to me if they really wanted to make amends for our troubles they could have found a way around that issue rooms are small and oddly laid out great location but they need to do better
4.5
Do not book if you have mobility issues or are elderly. You have to go up and down a flight of stairs to reach the lobby. It is impossible if you have any luggage. The shower is in the middle of the room with no privacy. The controls On the shower are difficult to operate. The TV operation requires a teenager to operate. You had to use 2 different remotes to operate the TV.

Samuel is an amazing ambassador for your hotel. He greeted us with a friendly smile, and answered A LOT of questions, translated for us and went out of his way to be helpful. All with a smile. It was raining and we didn’t want to get out, and he even helped us order food delivery to the hotel. The lounge is a lovely place to gather.

This is a charming hotel in a great location! The renovations they have done are great--modern touches while retaining a lot of the history of the building. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a rooftop area for relaxation that we weren't able to use due to rain, but they do have a lounge area in the basement where you can purchase wine by the glass. They have a cappuccino machine as well as board games available in the lounge. It is an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is adequate--there are commercially prepared and frozen pancakes and quiches, as well as the usual toast, dry cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. The coffee was good. The staff was friendly and all speak English. There is an elevator in the building, but steep stairs at the front entrance. There is a back entrance without stairs and the taxis/ubers will be able to drop you off at that entrance if needed. We had a great experience and look forward to staying again.

What a great price. What an amazing location! What fantastic service! My wife and I did a weekend trip to Quebec City and this hotel was perfect. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the whole time we were there. It was walking distance to soo many local attractions. We look forward to returning.

Great location. We used the roof top terrace…nice views.
Rooms are big…..do not get a view but get out a go for a walk.
4.5
Perfect location for us after completing a cruise for a 3 night stay. Rooms were nice other than the floors needed a better cleaning. Our white socks didn't stay that way. Location was ideal for daily walking trips around the city. Front steps are a little wicked but there is a rear entrance at ground level that made it better but it was a little inconvenient. Enjoyed our stay and would go back.

It was really good. The room was clean and beautiful.
But the breakfast could be better.

Perfect place to stay in Quebec City. Everything you need is within a 15 min radius. The hotel building itself was very old but the entire inside was refurbished. The basement lounge was very nice and the rooftop deck was amazing. We had a wonderful view of a park, riverwalk and the Chateau Frontenac out our window.
4.5
Such a cute little boutique hotel! My room was exceptional! I had the Romantic River View room looking out to a park with the boardwalk and river beyond. Separate free standing tub + shower. Everything very modern. Chateau Frontenac is right next door. Everything within walking distance. Loved it!!

From check in to check out, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made every effort to get us in early as we had not slept the night before. Upon leaving they helped us get a taxi during an extremely busy time. Thank you, totally enjoyed our stay.

Location of room very close to lobby and elevator so could be loud

Stay was amazing. Allan was so accommodating to everyone in a line waiting to get checked in.I heard him offer his office as a place to hold luggage for guests when rooms weren’t ready and storage area was full. Check in was 4 and people were trying to check in noon.
4.5
Lack of service and management accessibility. Otherwise fine hotel.

Location, location!!!

,live in basement!!! Unacceptable!

Very easy to walk to all of the interesting sights within the walls of old Quebec City. Right next to the castle and a park and the water.

Wonderful property, perfectly situated in a busy city! Loved it!

Fabulous hotel. Great location. Just perfect.
4.5
It would be nice if the hotel supplied water bottles. We would of liked for the lounge to be open later so we can relax in the evening, socialize with friends or play cards since the lobby is so small. It would be nice if they varied the breakfast menu with different items. The coffee machine did not work to make lattes. The hot tub should be hotter and there was not way to increase the jets. There was no bar soap after the first night. Then they took the one bar away. They turned over dirty glasses to reuse instead of replacing with clean ones. They only replaced our bath towels not the hand towels or wash cloth after the first two days. The folks at the front desk were super helpful - they were great!

Minuscule room ask sister to pay an additional $40 for a card to get out of the parking lot. In addition their entrance is outright dangerous.
4.5
The view of river maked the location obe if the best in this area. But the facilities didn't match the price, didn't worth.
4.5
Great spot right beside the Chateu. We had the room with Murphy bed queen and it fit our family of 4 and our little service dog perfect. Would stay here again if visiting QC again.

Location was great. Walking distance to attractions.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Proximity of hotel to Vieux Quebec was excellent! We look forward to visiting again.
4.5
Very nice place and warm staff. Room design is cozy and modern. The staff and front desk were excellent too, very professional. We were allowed to store our luggage on our last day and come back to pick it up. The location is very convenient to many attractions. You can walk almost anywhere and there's a great view of the river. I would choose to stay here again if I came back to Quebec.
