Very clean and tidy room. Staff welcoming. Rooms on the smallish side. Very convenient for the city. Had difficulty finding the car park which is not signposted from the road.

Nicer than I expected! Great bar on site with food as well. I got breakfast there rather than getting the buffet. A 5-minute walk to the Neustadt train station. The wifi and AC were both excellent.

We chose this property for a two night stay in Dresden because it was within walking distance of all the major sights and had a parking garage. The staff were friendly but checkin took a long time. This seems to be a common issue at Motel Ones as we had the same issue at the Berlin-Alexanderplatz. The room and restaurant were bright and clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food. Decaffeinated coffer was availble but only as instant - disappointing. Nevertheless, I would stay again.

A good budget hotel. There is no staff to check you in—you do so at a kiosk outside of the hotel and it prints out a key for you, so be prepared to handle that. Once you check in it’s absolutely fine—clean and well kept; you can come and go as you please.

Very good budget hotel. Excellent location. Seems new and is very clean. The rooms are minimal, but we know what to expect from this chain. Downsides (1) it's hard to take a shower without soaking the bathroom floor. (2) At check-in, the credit card machine gave me an option to pay by EUR or USD - without thinking I hit USD (I was tired from a long trip) and immediately incurred a 4% surcharge on the crooked exchange rate. I realized my mistake within one second but it was already too late. (3) having to decide on breakfast time at check-in is a bit rough.

We had a road trip whit 5 hotels this was one of the worst rated but the absolute best one. exception that we found breakfast a bit to expencive. when getting the hotel, the rooms was far above what we had hoped for... we had a wonderful view. and a perfect room for us. since we didnt plan to spend time in the room except sleeping... if you need time in the room its a bit cramped. but we had 0 problems. sadly the english in the reception not good. and we ended up paying for parking twice even tho told we could leave and come back. small detail but max 9 euro became 15 euro.

Very, very nice hotel in a good tourist location. This facility is fairly new, in the Euro-modern style, and is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Nice bar, great breakfast buffet, and friendly staff. Very close to the Hertz car return and main train station, and a little further to the old town.

Cute hotel for one night. Romm was very small, no closet or drawars for clothes. Bathroom was tiny. We found another bigger hotel down the street and cancelled our remaining 5 days here.

Comfy bed and good pillows. Super close to Christmas market and walking distance to old town. Good new modern hotel. Room was a bit small but it’s pretty common across Europe. Check in and out was easy and quick

This was a fairly typical European hotel: perfectly adequate but smaller rooms than in most U.S. hotels. There's a pleasant lobby, free wi-fi, and a bar. No restaurant in the hotel. Located on the Neustadt side of the Elbe river, it's about a 20-min walk over to the Altstadt where most of the historic tourist sites are. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. It is a substantial continental breakfast, whereas the other hotels I stayed at in eastern Germany offered eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. in addition to breads, cheese, and jam.

Everything was ok, parking need to be bigger and not charging 6 euro after you go out for half hour. Would be nice if you offer breakfast included in the price.Happy you offer pets friendly. Happy with wifi, and room very quiet! Front desk ladies were very nice offering customer service, Speaking English ,German etc.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood doesn't look like much at first, but it's a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Augustusbrücke and then across to the Old City. Or walk the other direction for 20 minutes or so and you're in the midst of cool dirty bars and food. But then you can come back to sleep in a quiet place with not much around. The hotel itself has cool blue hues everywhere and a nice bar downstairs.

Room small and too hot (27 degrees on entry). No air conditioning in the bedroom, only heating. Breakfast table badly laid out- too many people in small area. Bar staff had little knowledge of drinks. Garden area scruffy. Not up to usual Motel One standards. (our third Motel One)

Like other Motel Ones, clean and stylish. The room is a bit small, and two luggages are maximum to fit in the room, yet it is cozy and the bedding quite comfortable. It is close to Neustadt S-Bahn and train station, North of the Elbe River, yet easy to get to main attractions with street cars. There's a very nice restaurant just next to the golden statue of August III near the bridge (stop: Neumarkt or 15min. walk from hotel) with good food and view of the city. Try it when you get a chance.

the staff at the hotel were friendly. The hotel is slightly outside the touristic area but there is a good tram service that will get you to the city centre and the main touristic places in less than 10 minutes. Overall it's a very good hotel with a good standard of service/ cleanliness.
