We loved our stay at this Riad! It's in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from getting into the heart of the souks, and with nearby restaurants and shops. Although close to a busy street, when you're in the Riad, you cannot hear a thing outside...it's super peaceful - a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day walking around the Medina! Breakfast was also one of our highlights. Set on the rooftop, you get a fresh juice, plate of fruit, pastries, eggs and some sort of treat each day - it's so fresh and super delicious! All the staff are warm and welcoming and are always on hand to help. Our only problem was right at the beginning trying to find the Riad - it doesn't show up on Google maps and the hotels.com map was very confusing. The taxis can't take you to the door so they drop you off on the outskirts and you walk through with your case. We ended up getting a bit lost so had to ask a local for help - worth asking for the exact pin / coordinates prior to the stay so you don't get lost trying to find it! 😅

Overall this was a lovely spot, impeccably clean, amazing staff, delicious food. There were some challenges for us that someone who is used to the Medina and Riads wouldn’t notice like cabs and excursion vans can only get as close as a five minute walk to this Riad so large luggage is a challenge. The Riad is very quiet with no sound protection and in turn I felt we had very little privacy in our room. It does feel more like a bed-and-breakfast than a hotel. I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed because it was listed in the ad and disappointed that we were not able to buy snacks at any time (and that when we ordered food the delivery driver couldn’t find the Riad).

Lovely riad. We spent a few nights of our honeymoon here and felt warmly welcomed by the lovely staff that really did everything to make our stay special. The breakfast was great and there are 2 rooftop terraces, one of them with a 360 view of the city (!).

Most amazing place. One of the best in terms of service, quality and luxury we’ve stayed in. Perfect location for the souks, the square and more. Every important site within 20 minutes walk. Staff were incredible. We arrived late after a significantly delayed flight and were whisked straight to a dinner on the terrace within moments of arrival. Given a lovely talk through the best things to see and how to get there and a cool bottle of rose. A special shoutout to the night manager who was always there when you needed something. The whole team absolutely made our trip.

Amazing staff, so attentive & helpful! The riad is gorgeous and there are plenty of spots to relax. Great location, easy to walk to the main square and lots of restaurants. For a quiet escape in a bustling city, highly recommend. Plus the food is amazing, don’t skip breakfast!

Where to start... we had the most wonderful stay at Riad O! From arranging our stress free transfer before we arrived, to the incredible in house hammam and massage, delicious daily breakfast and the excellent dinner we had one evening, the location and fantastic staff, our stay was just perfect. We felt so well looked after during our stay, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we were served tea and biscuits on arrival and given great reccomendations for things to do and see in the area. We found the Riad and rooms to be really beautifully decorated as well as having everything we needed for our stay. The roof terraces were lovely, especially at sunset. And the two small pools are perfect for cooling off after a long day. The Riad also serves alcohol for those who like a drink. This place really is a quiet and peaceful oasis moments from the hustle and bustle of the Medina.

Fantastic quiet location, with a very relaxing vibe. Our room was really nice, super clean. The breakfast was lovely on the roof deck. The staff were made the stay even better. They were so accommodating, friendly and efficient. I thought I had left a ring in the room, I called them and when I got back they had literally taken the whole room apart to look for it. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Riad O was perfection. For starters, we wanted to stay in The Medina but not in the square, we wanted to stay in a more peaceful area with easy access to the square and that is exactly what we got. Excellent location for walking the Medina and a very charming neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provided excellent hospitality. The Riad is clean, beautiful, and a dream place to return to after exploring. Extremely relaxing and pleasant. I recommend catching a sunset on the upper deck. Thank you Riad O! We will refer friends and family in the future.

Run like a boutique hotel. The young owner/manager and his team make one feel very welcome. A lovely place providing a sanctuary away from the hustle of Marrakesh. Drinks on the roof were welcome. Lovely dinner.

Best service ever in a hotel! Very cozy small Riad with charm. Staff goes out of their way to help you in every way. We felt incredible welcome and the breakfast were best we've had in a long time. Easy pick up at airport and also well organized private excursions. The Riad is located in the old city, you really get a good feel of proper local life. Easy 10-15 min walk to main market among vibrant streets. Will definitely use Riad O next time as well.

Lovely little Riad. Room was a little small but adequate. The glass above the door should really be covered for privacy. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Riad was exceptionally clean. Recommend having mint tea on the terrace in the sun....beautiful. As for the location, it's in the old town and very close to a mosque and therefore you will hear the calls for prayer throughout the day, starting very early in the morning!!

This place is a little piece of heaven. European chic. The staff are amazing, the food is beyond delicious, the care and service is a 10 out of 10. And I had a hammam treatment and a massage through the hotel from Magda and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had.

5 Star Experience! The accommodations were supreme and the service was impeccable. They speak many languages perfectly. The check in was fantastic, as it was our first time in Marrakesh we got excellent recommendations of places to go and restaurants to visit. They made reservations for us and were accommodating the entire time. When I go back to Marrakesh I will be staying at Riad O!

This was an oasis in the middle of the Medina. The rooms are very clean and the showers are very cool! The staff and owner are very helpful and have awesome suggestions. I loved the pool and breakfast every morning. I would go back to this hotel for sure and found it to be a perfect romantic place to enjoy Merakesh!

We had a wonderful time at Riad O! The rooms were very comfortable/modern while still maintaining the feel of a traditional riad in the common areas. The terrace was probably our favorite as we had breakfast there in the morning, and sunset wine there each night. We were also able to lay out one afternoon and had wine/snacks brought to the rooftop which was so relaxing, plenty of seating in and out of the sun. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh squeezed juices each day and an assortment of fruits, breads and Moroccan pancakes each day, in addition to being able to get eggs/omelets to order. The location was perfect, just inside the medina but away from the crazy commotion of the main square and the souks. We felt very safe walking to/from dinner each evening with a quick 5-6 minute walk to the medina walls where we easily found cabs into the new city for dinners. Manue and Assiz were so accommodating helping with directions, tours, reservations, and general information each day, really going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The place is quite small, I believe only 6 rooms, so you do hear some noise in the mornings with the daily prayer from the mosque and the city waking up, but that was part of the charm for us, and part of staying within the medina. Especially for the value, we would definitely stay at Riad O again and will recommend to friends traveling to Marrakech in the future!

The Riad O is located on the edge of the Souks and within a very friendly local community. Emmanuel, the manager from Belgium, and Aziz, the local night manager, made us feel welcome and valued as guests, rather than like customers. They had excellent tips, and helped us book activities and restaurants as well as briefing us for our days in the Souks. The food in the Riad was excellent, at every meal time. Which you could eat in the dining area or on the roof terrace which is warmed by the Moroccan sun all day long. The Riad is still very new, and it has been taken care of very well; so is in top condition. I had heard mixed reviews of Marrakech from friends and colleagues. We had a tremendous 6 days, and that was largely thanks to the team at the Riad, their hospitality and their expert advice.

We stayed in Riad O in late December and had a fantastic time overall in Marrakesh. The Riad is very clean with a lovely rooftop and lots of sunshine, conveniently located walking distance within all the main sights, and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the old Medina.

Great room and very attentive staff. It is only a 6 room facility, so the staff really makes you feel at home.Food was great as well. However, wouldnt recommend the hammam ritual, as it wasnt good value for the money. Would probably go to a real spa for that instead.

Excellent small hotel and excellent staff. Can be tricky to find down the small alleyways and can be a bit noisy but this was expected being in the Medina. 15 mins walk to the main square
