Beautiful, comfortable, well located, friendly staff and good value for my money.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It's perfect for a travel trip. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to my day. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Easy access fm Hakata station, just 10mins straight walk, hot bath is great , quiet environment, will stay again next time 😀

Great hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good size. Breakfast was amazing! Loads to choose from.

Excellent service at the front desk. Wonderful rooms. Excellent breakfast where they remembered us with just one visit and reserved a table for us. Just stellar.
2.5
Clean, close to the Hakata station. Small room but we expected it. Hot spa was nice. I enjoyed it every night.

We enjoyed the stay! Very Good price, comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast with many options.
The housekeeping was great, the only thing I could point out is that they provide New towels, razors and toothbrushes everyday which is not necessary, and not at all environmental friendly. We got a lot of things we didn’t use, which I am guessing gets thrown away after we leave.

We used Landry and just 25 minutes late to pick up, someone took and we pick up at the frontdesk
Our clothes still wet and wrinkled I need ironing all clothes
They should notice some memo to guest
I never have a this kind issue in Japan hotel stayed

Clean, good location, friendly personnel. Check in is only after 3 pm, extremely small room for two with hardly any space for luggage, raised bathroom, water not provided despite note indicating that it is, no view from annex room.

Property staff rude which was very eare in Japan.

Comparative big room to other Japan hotel room, value for money. Decoration a bit old hut clean.

A 12 minute walk from Hakata Station. Shinto shrine behind hotel was beautiful. Close walk to Canal City Mall. Staff are courteous and excellent.

Close to Hakata station, excellent breakfast, decent size of hotel room and the spa is an added bonus.

Good space and bed size for 3 pax

It's a little far from the hustle area so dragging the luggage there was a pain. Besides that, it's good. They had free water fountain so you can refill your bottle if needed. Also they gave us free breakfast, which was nice.

The staff probably language barrier, is unable to connect with foreign customer effectively but they did try their best. Also it would be better if the management could empower them slight discretion to allow early check in (or as soon as the room is available) when foreign customer arrive to hotel early before the usual 3pm local time as it is common some foreign customer carry many luggage and travelong hours and highly likely need a rest or freshen up. This is merely our opinion. Tq

The room was clean and adequate, however, the bathroom was a little dated and maintained a stale odor unless the fan ran constantly. The bed and pillows were a little too firm as well.

If there is a good arrangement to buy breakfast on some days and no need to separate make booking. Looking for this new arrangement soon.

The first time I stayed for one night so my room was small.
The second time I stayed 3 nights so I had a big room with a sofa and table.
It's very quiet, near hakata station.
Thete is a small bath very relaxing.
The staff agreed to keep my suitcase 2 nights between my stays.

Entire hotel looks old in term of overall environment, very strong floral odor at lobby. Extremely small in room size and musty smell was noted, however, it was relatively expensive and not recommend

Clean and helpful staff. Walkable Distance from Hakata station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Quiet and calm at night.

generally okay, good choice if fair price, looks kind of old style and room is a bit small but service is good and it got everything I expected

My room was big and clean, all employees were so kind, amenities (public tub, coin laundry) were great, breakfast was excellent, and hotel location was perfect between Hakata Station and Canal City. This will be my go-to hotel when I come back to Fukuoka.

Front staff was very helpful and the Buffett breakfast was great

My husband has tattoos and was not allowed to use the onsen because of it. This was the main reason we picked this property was to use the onsen. I didn’t use it either because I felt bad that he was being discriminated against because of his tattoos. In America, having a tattoo doesn’t mean you are a criminal.

Main building (Honkan) is better than next building (Betsukan) in size and conditions. Slept well in main building but not so much in next building probably because of the former having a larger room and darker black out curtain. Service is awesome in Japan as always. The underground public bath is very relaxing too. A extremely good bargain in weekdays. It is roughly 7-10 minutes walk to Hakata station. If you don’t insist on subways or trains, it’s a very convenient spot for buses too.

A very comfortable business hotel. Clean and room of good size. Onsen at basement a real plus.
2.5
clean and good. didn't have much time spending at Hotel, mostly spending time outside. but overally the roomservice(housekeeping) is good and clean enough.
I found that most hotels in CBD are pretty small comparing to the ones in other countries.
Anyway it is a good hotel

Close to JR Hakata City where you could try famous Hakata ramen restaurant called Kanetora in Dietos or try a single person hot pot at Motsunabe KITTE Hakata. Right across the street is a 7-Eleven. Breakfast provides a wide range of variety including Japanese and Western style dishes. My favorite is that they serve natto. Laundry is well priced compared to hotels in Tokyo.
2.5
This hotel looks a bit old but is well maintained. The location is in good walking distance to the central station and the Canal City Mall and is close to various bus stops. The communal bath is smaller. With more than five people in the pool it can look crowded. But with the low fares it's nothing to complain about.
