Enjoyed the break and will definitely be coming back.
4.1
Where do I start,
overall look of hotel is beautiful, all areas are spotless, the pool is nice and very big, the Italian restaurant we try was disappointing ( only 1 menu available, yes 1 menu to share between the tables !!!, food average, tiramisu terrible, no cocktails available despite been on the menu...)
The buffet restaurant for breakfast very nice and ample choices, used it also in the evening 300dam if not all inclusive, choice was various and food was ok.
Hotel about 7mn from jeema el fna 50dam by taxi

I recently had an incredible stay at Jaal Riad Resort Marrakech, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The culinary experience at their restaurant and buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, providing a perfect start to each day. The resort itself is a serene oasis, with a quiet ambiance that allows for total relaxation by the beautiful pool. Evenings were particularly enjoyable at the O2 Bar and Stay Bar, where the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. Overall, Jaal Riad Resort Marrakech exceeded all expectations and made for an unforgettable stay

Beautiful facility. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff.

If you want a quieter place to stay, this is a great place for you. The place looks very nice. There is a pool and a gym that you can use.
It is a bit far from the Medina. You need to get a taxi to get there. The problem isn’t so much as getting there but more of the swindling and price gouging that happens when you try to find your way back. Most drivers don’t know the place so I have to refer them to the mall behind it. That mall is still some walk away from the hotel entrance.
The place itself is so nice aesthetically. However, I tried calling for room service four times and nobody was answering. The free breakfast was okay— could be better. In my room, they didn’t refill the soap and when I asked them to change it, they never did.
There is only one elevator (it’s a three story building) and only one receptionist.
Overall, perfectly adequate place if you just want a place to sleep and leave your stuff for the day.

The staff were friendly and helpful. In addition, I inadvertently left cash in the safe and the staff found it and held it for me to pick up. So gracious. Can’t say enough about this place.

Every staff member was attentive, lively and pleasant. We had a great time at Jaal Riad Resort and are already planning to come back to stay. Excellent location from markets, mall and airport ! The Bowe spa was perfect too, the ladies who did our hamam were so professional and brilliant.

My stay at Jaal resort was excellent, largely thanks to Ale Eddine’s exceptional service, his professionalism and assistance made a big difference, the hotel was clean and comfortable and conveniently located.
4.1
Excellent stay at Jaal Riad, very polite and helpful staff, breakfast options were also very good. Swimming pool is not heated hence not usable , could do with an indoor pool like other 5 star hotels. Overall great experience.
4.1
Great service. Food was ok. Nice property but they do an all inclusive thing that gives this place a bit of a cruise ship vibe.
4.1
Beautiful architecture, spacious pool and amazing staff.

Hotel was clean but very outdated and not kept up.
Staff tried hard to be friendly and courteous.
It had no vibe.

There was no iron in the room. The bathroom was blah. Won’t recommend

Where to start with this property! The most beautiful resort in Marrakesh. As soon as you enter you're greeted with grandiose intricate morrocan architecture making you feel like you're in a palace. The hotel is immense, very clean & modern. There are top notch restaurants, boutique, a beautiful spa, and huge pool which makes you want to stay at the resort all day. It is 100x more beautiful in person.
We stayed at many hotels during our vacation in Morocco and this was our favorite place! The staff, from the managers to the cleaning crew were the kindest people we encountered during our trip. They always went out of their way to accomodate us, give us recommendations, call taxis, make reservations, upgrade our rooms, and everything we could have asked for and more!
The suite we stayed in had two of the biggest balconies I've ever seen in a hotel room, very comfortable beds, walk-in closets, fully decked bathrooms, a living room, and AC strong enough to combat the Marrakesh heat. Most importantly the rooms were crystal clean.
Everyone in Marrakesh who knew we were staying at Jaal hotel told us we made the best choice! Truly we couldn't have picked a better property for our 6 days in Marrakesh, we did not want our stay to end. There are no words to describe how friendly and welcoming the staff was. They all speak multiple languages and there's always a smile on their faces. Do not look elsewhere if you're coming to Marrakesh! We will come back again and again for sure.

A very beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff

On arrival, my partner went to check in and was told to sit and relax as they took about 15 mins to get our keys and then another 5ish mins when we were told to wait for a porter to help with bags, when we felt we could have just went up with the porter to follow since we were tired from a long trip.
Nice pool to lay during the day. Not much in terms of activities. Breakfast options are very good. Restaurants are average. Communicating in English with most of the servers and porters was a challenge at times.

No one spoke English ir understood English

i did like the first impressions,But, the staff were very very unhelpful, they are liars, tried to charge me twice for city tax, I had to argue with both the women on reception. I sent 3 emails to have my boarding passes printed off the same woman said come back in the morning but guess what she wasn't on the morning we were leaving and the women that was didn't know how to log on to retrieve the emails I had sent.
The rooms are very tired and tatty things broken lights, broken chair it took them 3 days to come and fix the light and change the chair this being after I told them 4 times, all the public areas were nice but rooms all need a revamp, we had to move rooms and the same women on reception said she would give us the best room ha that;s a laugh it was worse than the one we were in, the shower was in the bath the bracket was broke and had been for a while.
Breakfast was a disaster every morning you would sit down get orange juice and coffee then we would go and get some cereal eat it and then go for omelette leaving our coffee cups half full along with the orange juice and when we go to back to the table it had all been cleared away so we had to ask again for coffee and orange juice that would then come cold and then no cups they would bring then but no spoon no sugar it was a nightmare in the end we had to take it in turns to get breakfast it was like being on holiday on your own! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. Absolutely gorgeous, so traditional but also with a modern touch. I was treated so well by staff. The quality manager, Tariq, was amazing - he looked after me and made me feel so welcome. Pool is lovely, food is great and lots of choice, breakfast the same. A lovely stay and i am hoping to come back again later in the year.

The entire aesthetic of the place is just stunning! From the moment you arrive you’re surrounded by neo-traditional and authentic Moroccan architecture and design interwoven with classic French flare through sprawling corridors, low lit Art Deco bar lounges and spacious promenades through open air courtyards within the building itself. A large pool with more than ample seating awaits you beyond the palatial dining rooms through a small but beautifully curated garden bringing you to the spa which includes an indoor pool. The staff are friendly and professional with reception concierge and bellhops often being able to communicate in several languages adequately and similar can be said for the restaurant staff, though they are sometimes a little forgetful and table turnaround could be quicker but this is nothing to be concerned by.Various services are available including an ATM off the main lobby, a poolside bar and eatery, laundry services on site and a taxi rank directly opposite the hotel. Additionally, for those of us not on the all inclusive packages, a small shopping mall with a Carrefour hypermarket is situated a short walk from the hotel amid the developments of hotels, stores and entertainment venues.Lastly, the hotel is only a 30 minute walk from the city gates and if you’re looking to stretch your legs it’s a great way to get some exercise but watch out for the pavements, or lack thereof in some stretches!

Hotel is nice but you have to pay extra to use the pool and the spa which they dont tell you about

The views were nice and the rooms were generally clean. However, there was no iron in the room and therefore clothing needs to be sent to laundry by a certain time to be recieved the same day. The food options were limited++ and the towels in the room were not changed unless we asked. Its not an unpleasant place to stay generally but a few upgrades would change the service tremendously. I would say its more of a 3 star hotel, maybe 4 at a push.

I didnt know anything about this hotel prior to choosing it. Didnt even read the reviews. I needed a hotel because the accommodation I had lined up was not good, so I chose this blindly. And this hotel was very very very nice. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to even bring me free room service at 3 a.m. a couple of times because I was fasting. The rooms and areas were clean and nice. I liked it very much.

Really enjoyed it. Great pool. Looks a little tired but still fab. We upgraded to all inclusive which I would recommend if you are staying in as drinks are more expensive than London. We had just climbed Mt Toubkal so this was a respite hotel after the trek for which it was perfect. May be a bit far from town centre but a taxi would do the trick.

The front desk staff were very poor especially later in the day after check in when asking for towels etc. Nobody was prepared to help. In fact we got waived away by the afternoon male staff. The restaurant and bar staff were good apart from the clash with Ramadan food time when there was no bar service. They all stopped at once. Again we got no satisfactory answer on this

I arrived and my shuttle bus waiting for me at the airport on time. Room was lovely and cosy. Everyday housekeeing change bedsheets and cleaned room. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast a nd dinner was nice. Lovely service from waiters and staff. I just came back to london last night and miss Morocco already. Great hotel and the country is peaceful and interesting see you very soon. Definitely coming back i would recommend.

Hotel was fairly shabby, although the rooms were large and the building attractive. After a delayed check-in I was shown to a room that was half ready (pillows missing from bed, etc.), although that was rectified reasonably quickly. Staff offered no help with taxis or transport, and were unwilling to provide access to the advertised business centre for printing facilities. Overall I didn't feel there was value for money, and I would not stay here again.

Great Service. Comfy room. Definitely would recommend to others.

We got there and the receptionist told us that there was no room available. We then booked online and went back with our confirmation number. She made us stay in the lobby for 2 hours even though it says online that the check in is at noon we got in our rooms at 4 pm. She also told us that she was going to give us the paper work to fill but then she forgot and got back to us after an hour. Overall the pool was full of long hairs, the chairs around were dirty, the soda machine was full of bees and the hallway was smelling like fish.
