double bedroom cant open 2 luggages in proper way. pretty small size
price is fair and location is good

For the price and a place to stay I would recommend. Only con for me was that the room was way smaller than I expected. For a couple, space was too small. The bed was ok comfortable and pillows were so so. If you just need a clean place to sleep I would recommend. If you have a whole family and luggage find a bigger place.

This property was ok. The staff were friendly but otherwise the condition of the building is a bit run down. The biggest thing was that it was noticeably more dirty than any other japanese hotel we've stayed in. It seems like the cleaning standard is not high here. Also the clean towels we got smelled bad which was unpleasant. Overall it was fine for a couple of nights and the shuttle to the station was nice.

Incredible location near some of city’s old temples and Hakata Station. However, incredibly limited laundry facilities with inefficient machines so it took me over three hours to do one load of laundry. Staff charged me an extra 200 yen accomodation tax which is usually charged when I have paid online beforehand. The walls are thin as the neighbouring rooms with other tourists were loud and they smoked in the room (which was prohibited). Below average for Japanese standards and the price.
4.0
The property provide good value for price. The reception lobby is small, but rooms are good for price.

Clean and convenient.

The room was big enough!

Hotel provides comfortable shuttle. Service to Hakata JR station. Staff are attentive but if they have more English speaking guests they can do with a few more English speaking staff

Yamato San and Ukeda San, Managers at the hotel were extremely attentive and took great care in making our stay memorable and comfortable. My wife and I have ‘best in class’ memories of our stay and we are looking forward to our return visit on 1 June
5.0
The hotel is not far from the station. The price is very reasonable in comparison to what you get. I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Fukuoka. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Good location
Friendly staff
Washroom is a bit small but very typical for Japan
Clean and comfortable

Triple beds left no room to move resulting in brushing against the LED TV and bed all the time! Wondering what will happen in an emergency such as earthquake???
5.0
Short notice easy to book and close to the airport

Property is waking distance to Gion station n Hakata station. Staff brought our luggage to our room prior to check in as we were early then. Room is comfortable. Only thing I don’t like is the 1 foot step to go to bathroom. Breakfast is set meal and not buffet per their website

Good hotel. Great location close to train station. Staff always helpful.

Only concern is the main building isn’t attached to our room’s building. We gotta carry all our luggage’s from check-in main building to our building via the side road at night.
4.0
The room is very small, but we knew that going in. It’s clean, the water pressure was great, bed is comfortable enough, the property itself doesn’t look old, overall no complains.
The location is amazing, with a convenient store right across the street from the property and within 5mins walking from one of the city’s main train station Hakata.
We would consider staying here again!

Great place with a wonderfully central location. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, but it was cool enough to sleep. I can imagine it would be difficult if the weather was warmer.

Breakfast is not good

Had all the things I needed. Close to train station. Very standard room; my only critique is the room is so small! IT's smaller than the hotel I stayed in in Tokyo.

Parking is inconvenient

Quality service and polished staff

Booked a non-smoking room but only smoking rooms were available at check in.

I live in the non-smoking room for three nights. When I got into the room, a mouldy smell kept staying inside the room, the ventilation system and the hygiene yet to be improved.

The hotel is centrally located near Hakata station, so we used it because of an early flight the next day. The hotel itself is a little worn, but the room was comfortable and the service was good. We were really happy with the relatively early check in compared to other hotels. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Room size, per US standards was small but cozy!

This is a really good hotel for the price. Good area and located near the Hakata Station. Ideal for people traveling by bus or train.

Hotel is located close to train, bus and subway lines. The price was great as this is a nice hotel. I’ll stay here again when I return to Fukuoka.

We stayed here two nights and tried both Western and Japanese breakfast. We did not care much about the taste of the cold food that was served.

Small room but expensive. Free shuttle to station though it is within walking distance.

Impressively helpful friendly hotel staff. As expected of Japanese business hotels, the room was “tiny”, hardly enough to fit our 2 large suitcases. Fortunately, facilities are senior-friendly, barrier-free, quite accessible. Location-wise, the hotel is about 10 minutes away from JR Hakata Station where there’s tons of shopping and dining choices. Apparently, the hotel also provides complimentary car service to/from JR Hakata train station during check-in/check-out days. Amenities are near perfect - toiletries and all. One can literally stay with just a set of changing clothes. Try the modern and very unique sushi conveyors too, not to mention the famous Hakata “udon” and “ramen” —- the soup’s yummy indeed!

Had to stay here for a night while passing through Hakata. Was a decent place to stay. Rooms were a bit dated but comfortable, clean, and functioning. Wifi was not good. Very close to Hakata station and walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

The staff was very nice to the guest and free shuttle bus toward hakata station is available, but the room was very dirty, such as body hairs on the bed cover and the restroom.

離JR站不遠,10分鐘路程。
酒店有免費車接送到HAKATA STATION
樓下就有family mart,很方便

Great breakfast like authentic Japanese restaurant, free shuttle service like limousine.

Clean, comfortable & convenient.

There was a distance from Hakata Station than I thought. It is too bad that there was no public bath.
I want to keep booking a hotel closer to the station more quickly.
