Smells like mold everywhere, though it looks clean. Was very dissapointed when they charged me a $250 security deposit when checking in. My account was charged $410, and was unexpected. I was told i will need to wait 5 to 10 days for a refund. It wouldve beem nice to know this in advance

Was very unsatisfactory. Rented 3 rooms for 2 nights. Bedding was stained. One out of the three front desk staff we encountered was super nice the other two were very rude. After the first night they came in to “clean” our room I guess you can call it that. All they did was take the dirty towels and not replenish them so for 4 people we had 1 towel left. After originally only having 3 to start off with. Did not even bother fixing the beds. Only reason we knew they entered was the lack of towels. When asked if we could get more we were told oh no there in the washer and dryer at the moment they’ll be ready in an hour which was after check out. Then as we are told they didn’t have any we watched the cleaning staff fill the cart with clean ones. It’s not as we asked for a lot we had just asked for 1-2. Pool states it open online, but it is not. Was one of the reasons we booked there so the kids could swim for them to be disappointed.

This was a perfect hotel to stay at while visiting New Orleans because it was safe and nice and we ubered to and from the French Quarter without any issues

Found bedroom carpets filthy, like I watched the dirt rinse off my feet against the white shower floor just from walking barefoot in the room. Didn’t hear a vacuum cleaner the whole time. lol Breakfast operation was good though, I’ll give them credit for that.

Rooms on pics were not consistent with my experience. I checked in at about 7:30pm. Went straight to the bathroom to use it and toilet did not flush. Front desk informed me that they were not a plumber and nothing could be done til next morning. My lady was very upset. Poop/urine remained all night. Tub drained so slowly that I had to stand in a puddle of dirty water when showering. I would personally stay elsewhere for the price. I really feel that I am due a full refund, but fighting for it..... Oh, well, I will learn from the experience. Safe travels to all

This is my second stay at this hotel I am totally pleased with this hotel. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The location and parking are good. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Gentleman at front desk working afternoons was amazing. Only an easy 10 minute drive to the French Quarter. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and fast food. Super nice and very clean and modern guest laundry.

post hurricane Katrina several years ago we moved to another city but had to return home for a funeral. Our stay here certainly lightened our load. All of your staff was very friendly and accommodating especially a gentleman by the name of Mr. Gary. We will be returning very soon! Thank You once again!

Overall this hotel is good for what you pay. It is clean and comfortable but nothing over the top. Complimentary breakfast was decent. The only issues I had was the hairdryer was broken and they couldn't get me a replacement so I had to go to an event with wet hair. Staff were friendly.

Staffs were not very friendly. They appear passive and reluctant to help customers. Room sound Insulation (noise proof) is poor. I was disturbed by the upper floor. Rooms avalability was so limited.

Overall the stay was okay because i didnt spend much time in the room. But a few things i would say are that the room had carpetting that was filthy - i walked without socks for a coulple hours and my feet were black! There were stains on the curtains and duvet as well. Even though their breakfast timings for the weekends were till 10 - they ran out of a lot of things by 9 and don't replenish. The staff was very friendly though.

When I arrived at the hotel I was early. The lady behind the desk was on her phone and seemed bothered by me interrupting her for an early check. We left and when we returned closer to check in time she was still sitting away from the desk area and of course on her phone. A gentleman came to the desk to help me and the lady walked out the door still on her cellphone. While we were waiting we noticed a man had returned several time’s parking in front of the hotel under the covered entrance drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. The curtains in the room were burned and needed to be replaced. The price for this hotel should be lowered.

The only real complaint I have about this property is the height of the toilet. It was far too low for senior citizens.
