Nice location

The hotel is a bit old but it’s clean and nice overall. The only real complaint is that the air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted, it was either extremely cold or you had to turn it off. Overall a nice place however.
2.5
Nice room (a bit small but clean) in a friendly, well-staffed hotel in beautiful Intermuros.
When we return to visit Manila, the Bayleaf will be our choice.

A great view of parts of Intramuros! The room is also quite exquisite and spacious. Beautiful and comfortable with room size windows! Very happy to have chosen this location!

The service was good but the room was a little tired and old and aircon was very noisy.

My major issue in there was BEDBUGS!!! it gave us a lot of bedbugs bite on our stay. They made parking more complicated, they collect our parking pass every time we drive out and collect P300 even though were still checked in. We always have to explain everytime go back and forth. There’s not much amenities like other hotels, there’s no pool, or gym which is common to other hotels. You still need to ask for some things like flat and ironing board. limited bath towels provided. They’re not fair on how they treat people for the breakfast buffet at the penthouse. They told us we can’t get in there wearing slippers, sando, and sleepweear but with foreign visitors they allowed them to get in there wearing sandos, sleepwear, spaghetti strap.

I cant say enough about this property and staff. Beautiful tropical gardens leading right to the beach. 3 different lovely pools. Beautiful clean room and large comfy private porch that could seat a whole family or 2. Prompt service
When front desk called. Transportation arranged by hotel extremely efficient. Would stay there again.

I liked being in the Intramuros with the looked gates, so less traffic made it quieter and safer.

From check-in to check out service was superb. Personnel super warm and cleared all our inquiries. Facilities are excellent, specially its sky deck. Totally worth it.

This hotel is located in Intramuros. Walking distance for multiple historical location. My sister and I took a tuk tuk around the area and our driver shared the amazing history of the area! This hotel lobby is gorgeous and the restaurant was great. The only thing is the rooms are outdated. Besides this the hotel and staff were lovely

The food is great as we were in a conference for 3 days. The location is very good if you like museums and things related to culture.
The view is also great from the skydeck restaurant as it overlooks the heart of the City of Manila.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the bayleaf hotel. It was central to all the sites in Intramuros and super clean. The view at breakfast was great, we would definitely stay again.

Staff was amazing and very helpful with getting rides, information, maps and suggestions. You would never know it is a training hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Food was excellent.

People were asked to wear face mask when getting food during breakfast but when guests go gor 2nd serving, they are using the same plate. Same goes when they get their 2nd serving of drinks. There are not advisable for sanitary reasons. There is also a broken outlet cover in the bathroom in our room as well.

Very good stay. Probably the best (only) in Intramuros. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. 10/10. They helped me with a couple of minor issues. Buffet breakfast was plenty of choice. I’d stay again if I decide to stay in Old Manila. I tried the restaurant onside and food and views were amazing

The drain a little slow

The water was warm. So taking a warm shower was not the same as a hot shower. The food was ok. We ate breakfast during our whole 4 day day. We also ate couple of nights at the rooftop. The view was great but the food was ok. The staff was very attentive and courteous.

The staff were friendly. However, slippers and rovers were not placed in the room, and I had to pay to receive them and use them. Breakfast was simple, and I was surprised to see a caterpillar crawling on the table where the food was displayed.

We admire all the friendly, efficient and, courteous staff members.
The location allowed us to stroll at night and visit the attractions in Intramuros.
Highly recommended.

Their tapsilog is soooo good! I stayed here for my mandatory quarantine while waiting for my swab test results. It wasn’t bad at all! I got a nice view too!
