The rooftop pool is amazing. The location is amazing. Although we did not have a great deal of contact with the staff, they seemed very welcoming. The rooms were nice. The hotel was clean.

We were very impressed with the staff, location and the cleanliness. The location was in the middle of many eateries and shops; it was so convenient. Cassel, front desk, was super helpful and kind. It was the first time for my three kids in Waikiki and Hilton Grand Hokulani made the experience memorable. We did movie night on Sunday and the fireworks (just a couple of blocks away) on Friday. We will be back! Thank you!

Everything at the Hokulani is outstanding

No front entrance so as you first arrives it’s a bit challenging finding the hotel. So as you approach be sure to enter the garage once you pass CVS.

If you are planning a family trip then this place is the BEST place ever in Hawaii, Oahu! I stayed in the Premier suite with my family for my parents' Wedding anniversary and they are so loved this place and staffs are nice and friendly, especially Nicole in the front desk, and Shane who is the pool area staff was friendly and professional! Also, my cleaning staff did an amazing job! They keep my room clean and neat. I had a fantastic family trip here, highly recommend it!!

We had a fantastic time at this property with our toddler. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very responsive to text requests. Contrary to some reviews we've read, we had a 3rd floor room facing the nearby building and we never had any noise issues either at night or during naptime during the day, both during weekdays and weekends. The property is walking distance to everything with lots of food options nearby. It's family friendly for our family - we didn't need a kid friendly pool or a beach right at the doorstep, we wanted a large suite with kitchen and that's what we got. The only negative I can think of is that the tub fills from the ceiling and it's guaranteed to splash everywhere - it's a fancy cool looking but not functional design.

Excellent location, well maintained property with free washer and dryer, well mannered staff by providing extra care and listen to our needs. Unit has a kitchenette which is hard to find. Thumbs up!!

I liked that the hotel is centrally located. There are many shops and restaurants in the area, and a supermarket within walking distance. Having a supermarket nearby was essential because I traveled with my family and eating out for every meal can be very pricey.
That being said, the hotel comes equipped with a full size refrigerator a countertop stove, full size microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. Our room was stocked with eating utensils, cups and plates. It was like being at home.
The bathroom was beautiful. It has his and her sinks, a spa tub, and a stand-alone shower with a raindrop shower head. I particularly enjoyed the shower. It was very relaxing after sightseeing with the family all day, or returning from the beach.
The staff were kind and accommodating.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area.

Financially ripped! Paid almost $300nt. No view, no AC, no perks, no discount for a 90yr old vet. $45 parking fee. $40 resort fee added to nighly rate, when obviously not to be used. Asked at check in to remove, answer was no. Asked for any discounts on room, again no. Asked for reduced parking fee, NO. Asked if we got any perks at all, NO. Had to call for bedding on Sleeper. Had to call to no ice on ice maker. Nobody showed. Picture on web showed balcony with patio furniture. Deceptive. 3 foot depth on “balcony. Had a view of parking lot. Asked for an ocean view for the rate, NO again. Yes the room was nice, but not $300/nt nice with NO PERKS. FELT RIPPED OFF & will never book again, nor recommend. My blog will not support this property and will warn others. Felt my elderly, almost 90 yr old Dad was taken advantage of big time. Shame on Hilton!

Everything's fine but only the pool.
Pool is too small to play. So disappointing

Beware this hotel faces a wall, and it’s extremely noisy wall with some sort of vents coming out that run all day and night. The balcony has no chairs and no room for chairs. It’s too small to sit out on. Embassy next door or Wyndham and Imperial across the street are far superior to the Hokulani.

The resort is family friendly. Room is spacious and comes fully equipped with kitchenette. The bathroom is much appreciated - big shower stall with strong water making it extremely to clean up the kids and swim suits after the beach. The hotel is new and well kept. Location is central to the nice shopping area. The only thing we would like to see improvement on is the soind proofing of the room. We could hear next door in our bathroom, and the siren on the street.

Our place was super clean, very quiet (except kids in pool but it was locals spring break so understandable) this is my second stay here and so great. Bartender on rooftop is awesome! We had a very relaxing time.

I have now found my favorite hotel in Waikiki.

Great location. Room was a great size. The pool is terrible but not a big deal necessarily. My biggest issues were lack of an outdoor area to arrive upon check in and only 1 day of housekeeping for a 7 night stay. I shouldnt have to clean my own room considering the cost per night to stay.

The suites here are very nice. Lots of room and everything felt very up to date. Being able to chromecast/airplay to TVs was excellent as was the entertainment selections with out them. Coffee provided was also much nicer than I have been accustomed too.
The staff here is next level and goes above and beyond. This was probably the best hotel experience of my life.

We absolutely love this property. It's our second time here and cannot imagine staying at another location. The staff, the suite, the location, the amenities (laundry, pool, movies, gym), the proximity to various surf breaks (and board storage!) ... its a fantastic deal for the price. Can't wait to come back.

The location was good and centric in Waikiki. There are a lot of restaurants and luxury shops. Walkable to the beach. The room was spacious and has kitchen area (even a rice cooker). We used the washer/dryer twice on our four days stay. Also having a wireless charger was very convenient. The pool area on the 16th floor was kid friendly. The room overall was clean. The bathroom even has two sinks! No complaints really except for one day street noice on a Friday night. Other nights were fine. Parking was valet and those guys were good and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views (some of the ocean), and conveniently located near everything you need

We loved this place! Great location, clean, great service. We were greeted by at least one person every time we went in or out. The roof deck was closed for a couple days of our stay for some construction, and without asking they waved our resort fee for those days. This is how customer service is suppose to be. Heated toilet seat was a nice touch and it was probably the best Hotel shower I’ve ever been in. Free laundry came in handy as well. If I had to be picky, the toilet paper was a little thin. Other than that, there wasn’t anything out of place. 100% would stay here again.

We had a great time for our 1 wk stay at the hotel. It’s close to everything.

The staff were fantastic!!! Especially Brian. They were very helpful and kind. Our room was exactly as advertised and the roof top patio is amazing! I wouldn’t stay here with small children as the pool isn’t that big, but our 17 year old loved it! Great drinks at the pool bar and the lady bartender (can’t remember her name) was awesome!
We didn’t love the Italian restaurant within the hotel but PFchangs and Starbucks across the street were great. Lots of shopping in the area and the Hard Rock Cafe was only one block away.
The beaches were super close and so many options. We purchased beach chairs and an umbrella at Walmart.
We will definitely be back and will stay here again!!!! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
