Parking space is impossible for cars and street parking charging only 2 spots available for guests. No help from staff. Sent in circles in the rain and finally decided to find a different hotel for the night. Baguio is not for visitors who want to drive as there is no parking for the average person. Looks like tourists need to take taxi everywhere instead of driving. Never again will I visit.

Decent reasonable priced hotel near the park and SM.

Building is old and lots of stairs

Great Historic Hotel! Love the history of this hotel and the dinning option onsite!

Hill Station was nice and having breakfast, lunch, dinner there is amazing, very close to taxis and shopping (especially SM), otherwise dated rooms in very rough shape, bathroom was in very poor condition similar to a cheap motel instead of a high end hotel. Staff seemed short handed.

The room was not air conditioned, wifi not working and the advertised free breakfast was not honored. They have a good staff but they just followed their policy.

Same day booking with quick check in. We would usually stay in this hotel when available.

I like the the area is in the heart of the city walking distance to many restaurants and shopping center, the place is so noisy needs renovation, towels and mattresses are old looks dirty.

We liked the rustic feel. However the weather was too hot and the ceiling fan was inadequate. Loved Hill Station for brunch.

Location of the hotel is amazing! Quaint and convenient although you may have to deal with the noise in the vicinity. As it is in the proximity of where the major mall is you will be hearing a lot of traffic noise till about 9 - 10pm. The hotel is quite quaint and comfortable. It is truly an old style lodge type of property. The most amazing part of the hotel was the BEAUTIFUL and WONDERFUL restaurant called Hill Station. The owner Mittas is the best to hospitality and welcoming you to her restaurant ensuring you have the best. The staff at the Front Desk were very kind and very accommodating at ease to help you with anything you need. The property is nicely secured in the late evenings as a security guard sits affront of the property. Most of all the property is at a very comfortable and convenient location and has wonderful service and a wonderful restaurant to accommodated their guests. I would definitely return to this property as it is away from the major areas of tourism but close enough to get

Very convenient property for us. Our last night was a disaster because the water tank or something about the water was inoperative. It was uncomfortable not having water when one has an upset stomach.
If not for the last day, all went well.

I always stay in this hotel whenever I go to Baguio City. Great location, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff and free breakfast.

Rustic but clean. Old building worth trying to stay in . Accessible to everything.

Very convenient to SM mall. Newly refurbished room with good amenities.

Nice hotel except for the noise from vehicles since its in the heart of Baguio. Staff are good but they need to be more informed about the places to visit in the City of Pines.

Nice place with lots of charm and history. Bed, sheets, and pillows were all high quality and very comfy. Room wasn't big, but not too small either. No ac, but late Nov weather didn't require it. Bfast was great and the restoraunt downstairs was pretty good. Only complaint is the shower, the water was hot but the pressure was way too low. Also the shower fixture was odd, I never did fully understand how to operate it. One time you turn it a certain way and get a reaction, the next time you do the same thing and the shower gives a different reaction. Staff was nice. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.

The surrounding area has more to do than can be done in two days... Wonderful fun for the entire family!!!

the wifi does not reach the room, and the room is right next to a hiking club which is always very noisy. i asked to be transferred but i was told i had to pay extra. not good. the hotel is very close to a big shopping mall and so is always busy and noisy with traffic. the facilities such as carpets etc are old and I think no amount of cleaning will save them. they need to be replaced. on the positive side it is close to Session Road and Burnham Park and the Public Market, all within walking distance. And the restaurant Hillstation had very good food, including the complimentary breakfast.but in summary, there are better hotels nearby. and one can just go for a meal at the Hillstation without subjecting oneself to the problems of the hotel

The staff is very intimidating and always asks about where youre going.

This hotel and the associated Hill Station restaurant have so much going for them. The historic building is charming and away from the congested town center The staff is overall quite attentive. The restaurant is airy, spacious and has delicious food. So why have such poor cleanliness in the guest rooms? The upholstered headboard was very dirty and made all the bedding seem suspicious as well. If I had noticed before coming back after getting soaked in a downpour, I would have insisted on a change. A tiny investment in the decor with new bedding and perhaps adding some of local crafts would go a long way to making this a truly special place Definitely examine the room before you settle in.

Everything went smoothly except for the noise on the first floor hallway. At night we heard employees chatting and were loud adding to the busy noise from the footsteps of people also checked in. Bathrooms were clean and the location is perfect for all basic Baguio tours.

Our stay is okay but need to always check and fix the toilet especially at room 101 where we stayed. There is a restaurant downstairs and a bookshop, just a few walks to the nearby mall.

The service is excelent specially the restaurant. But the rooms are not really clean carpet are dirty and the bathroom are not really clean. The people in the front desk is very professional the only thing need to improve is the room and bathroom.

The hotel is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay albeit old fashioned. The meals are excellent and the service is great. At around 100 years old and one of the original US administration buildings it is an island of tranquility in the middle of Baguio. An evening meal in the dinning room has a colonial atmosphere and good food.Quiet and relaxing, not a night spot but close to places that are.

since they dont have ac in their rooms, they should have backup portable electric fans, in case their customers ask for one. The night was warm on our first night, so we ask for extra fan the following day but they were not able to provide us with one. I dont think they made much effort to provide us with one. We had to open the windows to let cool air in. But then we had to deal with big mosquitoes too. If they had installed screen windows, this could have been prevented.

Great location plus I love the ambiance of the place.

The wood is creaky, the rooms are basic, and the heater can be hit-or-miss, but the ambience, and the delicious breakfast makes it worth it.
Walking distance (as long as you don't mind walking on inclines) from Session Road, SM Baguio, Burnham Park, the night market, and the public market, yet far enough to be isolated from most of the city's noise.
Not for honeymooners, though - the walls are thin and the floors are creaky. Everyone will know that you've been busy.

The room was disappointing because the bed cover has stains and the room was expensive and no ac. You can hear all the outside noise. The only goodthing is the resto.

Both rooms had terrible smell !!
Floors squeaked when walked on.
Blanket torn and dirty.
Staff was indifferent, and obviously could care less about guests.
This hotel does not have guests: only victims !!

Friendly staff. Reasonably clean. Very central to the SM City Mall and downtown Baguio. I felt safe and comfortable. I would have liked to be given bottled water and an ATM in the facility but managed to handle these necessities within a ten minute walk. Best to bring along some earplugs s the traffic is noisy unless your used to it.

We arrived at the hotel around 7am and Tom from the front desk gave us the room right away, free of charge! Didn't expect that since for some hotels/inn/b&b, early check in by that time still have a charge.
The room was spacious but there was a sinking bread in the toilet bowl. Hihi! Not biggie for us though. We have to call front desk for the hot shower in the bathroom and the guy instructed us to open both the faucet in the sink and the shower so that the hot water will come out. (And we have to do that everytime we're going to use the shower.)
The location was great since it's just in front of SM Baguio and just a few minutes walk from the Bus Terminal and Session Road.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The night shift front desk on duties (special mention to Tom ) were helpful but not the day shift front desk :|

We stayed in Casa Vallejo for 3 days 2 nights. We booked a week in advanced through Expedia. The whole stay was pleasant. We have not encountered any problem whatsoever from check-in to check-out. The room was very nice and cool even without air conditioning. The room as the basic things you'll need: Bed, TV, Table, Bathroom, WiFi. It also comes with shampoo and soap. It has hot and cold shower, though at certain times, the water tends to be a little weak, maybe due to the number of people using it at the same time. The staff were very accommodating and prompt to answer questions and requests. But what I loved the most about this hotel is its proximity to Jeepney Terminals, the Mall, Burnham Park, Public Market and not to mention the vast number of food choices nearby. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book here again if we happen to be in Baguio in the future.
