It's a Tune hotel which now charges more and provides the same.Overall all ok but only use if required for early/late flight.Better options in KL

Hotel stay before early flight. Very basic but we just needed a bed. 5 mins walk from airport (once you get the right exit) You need the lift beside the carpark. Breakfast included but can get to take away, although it was lukewarm. Would use again as very easy

I needed a sleep over near airport option for the night and Tune Hotel was very good for this. A short walk from the airport and well signposted once you were in the vincinity. Good restaurant bar to have dinner at as well.

I have stayed here 3 times. This a good hotel for a short stay / layover etc. Near airport. Good restaurant, lounge areas & decent breakfast. Standard room is fairly small / basic but clean. Staff is very efficient and friendly.

The mosquitoes are everywhere in the room. Can’t even sleep now at 0345 hours and rushing for 0500 hours for shuttle bus to KLIA1.

We stayed at the Tune for one night before leaving KL. The hotel is just outside of the airport and you can walk to the hotel from both the bus terminal and the air terminal (KLIA 2). It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the arrival terminal. The hotel was spacious and had food options in the mall and on the hotel property. The room was perfect for one night and was quiet and the beds were comfortable as well!

Staff were vert helpful both at check-in and when we requested a room change. Rooms were modern. They do not have in room phones to contact reception and when we tried to csll them by mobile, a few times in the evening, they were not answering the phone, so we had to take the long walk to reception to request the room change.

This is an excellent hotel for catching an early flight, as it is just a few minutes walk to KL airport. The hospitality is top notch, as they pack all the guests to- go breakfast when they can't catch the free breakfast window. We had their Nasi Lemek lunch boxes which were very delicious.

This was our 3rd stay at the Tune Hotel in 3 weeks during our Malaysian holiday. Due to our flight connections, we needed an inexpensive, clean and comfortable hotel adjacent to the Airport. KL city centre is between 45 minutes to an hour away, so the Tune Hotel KLIA2 was perfect for us as a couple, especially as all our flights were with Air Asia, based out of KLIA2. We tried the Family Room this time as we were staying 2 nights. So much more space, double the water bottles provided, double the towels, toiletries etc. Breakfast provided from 6am to 10am was really good, especially the egg station. Although there is no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we were prepared for that and never travel without a small electric jug and our own team/coffee supplies including small long life milk satchels. Given this hotel is great for overnight stops, you can alternatively wait till 6am when breakfast starts. Another option is a quick walk back to the Airport where there are heaps of dining options, cafes, takeaways and a grocery store, even a 7 Eleven. P.S. The hotel was undergoing repainting on this visit and when we were allocated Room 001 on the ground floor (where the family rooms are situated) the fumes were a bit too strong. The staff were very good and understanding of our issue and happily changed our room to 002 on the other side of the hall. We always stay at the Tune Hotel when transiting through KL for our overseas trips and would definitely recommend.

The Tune Hotel at KLIA2 is perfectly located only a couple of minutes walk from both the Departures/Arrivals halls. It's ideal for overnight stopovers in KL, especially late check-ins. It's clean, has really comfy beds and a great shower. Whilst some may view the rooms as basic, there are multiple power points, a TV with English speaking channels, good air conditioning, a hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo provided, plus 2 bottles of water per day. Depending on how much luggage you have, there is sufficient room for two people in the twin or double rooms. The only downside is no tea/coffee making facilities nor a fridge in the room but we always travel with an international electric jug and small long life milk satchels, so not a problem for us. Anyhow there are so many shops back at the Airport for drinks and snacks, it's easy to get by. If you can wait, Breakfast is served downstairs in the cafe area from 6am and there are lots of food options, including coffee and tea. The omelettes at the egg station was my favourite. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for short stays in KL.

The hotel is near terminal 2 and accessible via the free shuttle from terminal 1 and a short walk from the shuttle stop. Would recommend for transit passengers as convenient to the airport — limited dining options at terminal 2 and the hotel though. The showers may be smelly — they need some attention. Bottled water is provided in the rooms however no glasses. Adequate for a night stay.

The property is near terminal 2 and accessible by taking the free shuttle bus from terminal 1 and walking a short distance. The room I was given faced the street so was a little noisy but not much of an issue — make sure the window is closed properly if you are hearing outside road noise and birds. The shower was much better than other room I stayed in at hotel — the shower drain smelled like poo! Bottled water was provided but no glasses which would have been nice for teeth brushing. Overall, would stay here again for transit and would recommend for transit passengers.

Conveniently located for KLIA 2 - only a 10 minute walk along a sheltered pathway from the terminal (KLIA 2). The direction signs should be improved though as we had to ask for directions from a number of staff. Breakfast is served from 4am was great as we had an early flight to catch and it was Ramadan month. Will definitely consider staying again if we are in transit in KLIA 2.
