Relatively low cost hotel. Easy to get to off I-90. Has a nice kitchen area if needed.

The room had unrepaired damage including a hole in the wall and two drawer fronts that were partially detached. It had a coconut odor that was strong every time we entered the room. The room was clean but there were a few spots on the bathroom floor that I cleaned myself. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I often will read reviews before I stay anywhere and this place had good reviews. I have no idea how! The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, the shower had hair in it and the towels did as well. No ice machines, even simple things like an alarm clock had layers of dust which showed right there that room hadn't been cleaned appropriately. We left early and got a refund. If it wasn't so late I wouldn't have stayed at all.

Quiet. Clean. Well kept. Great coffee. AM desk clerk listened to my comments regarding a loose faucet assembly. Nice place & VERY well soundproofed-hotel backs up against fwy-we heard very little road noise.

We did not realize how far from town this place was, so the location was an issue for us. The traffic noise was pretty high. Everything else was great except the smell in the lobby was unpleasant. I don't know if it was a cleaning product or what, but I was glad to get up to our room.

It was very loud in many ways, from the banging around the room walls, yelling in the hallways, chasing dogs down the hallway. There was trash on the floor in the entryway of the stairs when we checked in, when we left next day, still was there. Also, the hallways smelled like cigarettes. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, including refrigerator and stovetop for cooking, however the cabinets were bare of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, completely empty. They did have a pan available for us to borrow, but it was handed over unclean and we’re only given paper bowls to use for our dinner that evening. Was overall disappointed and would not stay there again. The price was equivalent to other hotels in the area that offer way more ambiance and amenities.

The customer service was excellent. Hotel, very clean! Cudos to the cleaning engineers! There were some issues with maintenance: sink stopper did not work. Maintenance took the whole apparatus and left me with a whole which I had to be very careful that nothing fell down the drain creating a worse conundrum! The phone did not work!
I would give this hotel a five. Good for one night!

Walls are paper thin so if your neighbours are up and talking it’s like they’re in the same room. No breakfast included.

I stayed in 2 My Place hotels during my trip and the level of quality of service and the accommodations are pleasingly consistent from one place to another. Both rooms had a galley kitchen but no cooking utensils so can be a problem.

Pictures online are deceiving. The rooms are old and stinky. Walls are filthy and bedding stunk. Wouldnt not go back again.

First experience I ever had I end up booking the room and didn't realize that it was the wrong date for me to book this room and it was not even 5 minutes and I couldn't even get a refund for it that's very lousy customer service very lousy everything talk to you not give somebody their money back I can understand if it was like 678 hours and then I tried to you know cancel it was within the hour that I canceled because I was the wrong date and so you guys just take my money I'm not okay with that

Room service did not come to our room once to clean it as we stayed there from Friday to Sunday also asked for towels it took about an hour and a half to get some and was told there was a pool and continental breakfast which was not available for both of them

There was food on the walls by the bed. The top blankets weren’t clean. The bathroom was old and had paint peeling. We were given a tool other than what we paid for but not a discount. And they put us by the front desk. We heard the phone until late into the night. And then again early in the morning.

I like the affordability of the rooms, and they come with complete kitchens. However, my room had a coffee maker but was missing the coffee pot.

I asked for receipt at checkout and was told Expedia would get me one … did not happen . I think at check out the hote is responsible to get the customer a receipt

Few mins drive to the Spokane valley mall and Walmart. 18 mins drive to downtown Spokane riverfront. Room is quite clean. Area is quiet. Night shift staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is not free but with the price I paid ($107) I’m not complaining.

Nice big parking lot. Walkable to a very nice Restaurant. The mall and other dining options within a driving mile. Nice and clean with a big refrigerator and microwave.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and not once did housekeeping clean the room. Trash was overflowing, ran out of clean towels, and toilet papee.

Vishal was great meeting us at the front desk, checking us in and getting everything we had asked for to us. Impressed with the room and the ability to do our own laundry. The best experience was customer services with Vishal, did a great job and always smiled.

The hotel was average. I really liked the room at first but, the bed was stiff and extremely hard making it super hard to sleep. On top on that both Saturday and Sunday they were doing construction in the room above me as early as 7am waking me up both days. When I brought it to the guy at the desk attention. He said in slow months they work on things. The hotel was empty so why did you put me in a room that work was being done above it. Several other rooms were open. The breakfast there is no breakfast as advertised. They have a little small store downstairs and everything is triple the price as it would be at the store and prices are already high at the store right now so, I just couldn’t justify spending eight dollars on a small breakfast sandwich. Even a small pint of ice cream was 9 dollars. I’ll pass. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. But won’t be coming here again on my once a month stay in Spokane. Disappointed I didn’t get to sleep in on my days of either day!

The room looked clean & nice. Blackout shades were 👍 Nice space overall.
Bthrm-the wall fan was clogged w dust buildup & top of the hairdryer had dust & a dental pick left on it.
The comforters are premium but uncomfortably warm! An all-season comforter w an optional extra blanket would be so much better! The pillows are too big as well. The smoke alarm’s blinking green light that flashes every 10 seconds is bothersome as well…so opposite a good sleeping environment.
This is near the interstate & can hear the traffic.

Staff were friendly room adequate there was pet hair on the carpet and the only breakfast offered were heat up jimmy dean items for 7.95 an order.
